Day 57: Girls looking good and healthy. Got the HLG turned up 100% pumping 500 watt to em! We shall see. Still only given around 500ppm nutes. Day 58: Got mostly cloudy with just a couple amber it looks like. I'm thinking I need to start flushing. Albeit, only on one plant. I will wait a few days more until I make a decision. Day 59: Still looking beautiful! Buds are getting thicker! Decided I will give MOAB till week 10 and check the tric's at that time. Prob start flushing at that time. Only time will tell. Day 60: Girls looking good. 👊 Not gonna lie, getting nervous as I do not want to cut em too soon or too late. This is a tough spot. The one has a ton of red hairs. It looked as if there was just a couple of amber that I found the other day. I was looking on the outside of the buds, also. So I know the inside is where I need to look. Just not wanting to jack with them too much. I will check again at end of week. Day 61: Busy. No updates. Day 62: These girls are starting to smell amazing!! I don't see any noticeable growth here lately. I'm hoping they start to bulk even more though as I think I am still seeing some clear trichomes. Day 63: Welp, all is well and no new updates. I been feeding pretty heavy so I will back off and just water tomorrow.

Ultima settimana di crescita, fra un paio di giorni si eseguira' una defogliazione un po più intensa, per poi poter cambiare ciclo di illuminazione. Durante il periodo di crescita in questo caso ho tolto solo le prime due coppie di rami e le prime foglie primordiali. Ho notato che con meno stress, si arriva al cambio 12/12 con delle piante molto meno allungate. Vedremo consa succede nei giorni a venire 💚 Ps. Harvested #2, 40/60 amber to cloudy trichome ratio, couldn't weigh wet 25/10/24 - Harvested #1, 50/50 amber to cloudy trichome ratio Haven't weighed #2 final dry weight yet, still in the process of trimming #2 final dry weight: 273.9g, just under 10 ounces. 02/11/24 - #1 is dry, haven't had time to trim, in jars until I have time. Estimate #1 will yield more then #2 #1 final dry weight: 351.8g, 12.5 ounces 625.7g total off both plants #2 has better bag appeal, smell is very floral and piney. #1 is not as nice looking in appearance but takes the win for smell, has a strong skunk smell, get a whiff of cat piss whenever the jars are opened as well. Was very prevalent in the final week of flower, kept thinking the cats had got into the room and peed somewhere. Overall happy with the results.

Hello this is week 8, week 4 of flower 4-5-6 weeks of flower are the most important because it's bulking phase, i have already see trichomes on sugar leaves are forming, which is a good sign! Wish me luck. Day 51 i did a small defoliation to open up the canopy for better light penetration and airflow Day 52 slightly lime green leaves on the top can be caused by low nitrogen in my water soo i decided to ise more Pro Organic Bloom nutrient, or it may can be just because of flowering stage, who knows😁 Day 55 plant is still yellow at the top, i don't know why, it can be either low PH in roots or nutrient deficiency, but PH is 6.8 at roots, so it must be PK lockout, i will stop using full disagree of Big Bud, for a few waterings. It also can be from genetics because i have seen many Wedding Cheesecake with the same issue, so i don't worry too much.

She's starting to smell very nice! Already much stronger smell than my last grow which is welcomed! I moved the lights down 4 inches in hopes to 'light train' it and prevent the main cola from gaining more height so it can concentrate on the budsites, hopefully it pays off. Live and learn! Bienvenidos a la semana #3 El crecimiento ha sido espectacular  Esta planta me está devolviendo el gusto de cultivar fotodependientes como cuando era joven, da gusto ver como crecen de forma exponencial día tras día Ha pasado un par de días de la semana en interior debido a la inestabilidad meteorológica.  Se ha mantenido en la maceta de 3 litros hasta el día #21 Día #22 (09/06). Hacemos el transplante a maceta de 15 litros La composición del substrato es: Base tipo Light mix + perlita (hasta 25 por ciento) + hummus de lombriz + micorrizas + guano de murcielago La idea era pasarla a una maceta de 7 litros y después de 20 días aprox a la maceta de 15 litros, pero estaba el cepellon lleno de raíces, y he decidido pasarla directamente a la maceta final, porque me parecía que había poco más espacio al pasar de 3 litros a 7 litros A ver cómo reacciona!    Este día #22 también ha vuelto al exterior hasta nuevo aviso meteorológico  Se planea hacer topping cuando alcance el quinto - sexto nudo para que no se vuelva de un tamaño incontrolable (que por otro lado estaría bien   ) Gracias por leerme y seguir mi diario!

Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de crecimiento de estas Pink Sunset feminizadas de silentseeds. Vamos al lío ,se trasplantaron en macetas de 7 litros definitivamente. El ph se controla en 6.0 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 24/20 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 16h de luz, el foco está al 50% de potencia. De momento van creciendo a buen ritmo y tienen un buen color, estaban muy bien enraizadas al realizarle el trasplante se notaba la abundancia radicular. Get out the way she’s about to blow 💢💣💥 it’s been a hot week this week I’ve had to dim the lights a bit a take the drivers out the tent to cool it down a bit. Might be a good thing she seem to be fading a little so hopefully diming the lights will slow down the rate she’s using nutes. I fed the worms some banana within a couple of days the turned it into fresh casting she seems to have started her swell too. Until next week let’s get it 💪🏽

Not too much to report this week. Smell is picking up a bit and trichromes are developing nicely. Plenty of growth all around. No problems—everything looks happy.

Well I decided I had to pull the plug on this girl with all the weird weather we've been having. I've been pulling yellowing fan leaves off her for a couple weeks now and with our 2nd heat wave and all the smoke & ash thrown in for bad measure... it's been truly weird. Yesterday was a day for the record books around here - it was so dark I could tell my pets were spooked. Even they knew it wasn't supposed to be this dark in daytime. Probably how animals react to things like a solar eclipse. If they haven't got somebody nearby to reassure them of some sense of normal - the alarm bells start going off. I hadn't really gotten the impression this girl was all that fragrant during the flowering process UNTIL I was washing all that ash off her this morning - then I was like - WOW this stiff is pretty intense in the nose. One thing I'm pretty sure of is that the sun ain't coming out for a couple more days the ways the smoke be flowing around here. We'll see. Two more plants on the patio but they aren't far behind. September 13 >> Debudded the Widow late this afternoon to make space in my shed to harvest Jack Herer in the morning. She was still a little moist as I harvested her 3 days ago - but it hasn't been that hot. The smoke is still hiding the sun and the atmosphere is labeled "unhealthy". Hung her up in my front bedroom to finish the drying process. I should note the passing of reggae giant (many say inventor) Toots Hibbert, of Toots and the Maytals last Friday. I went looking for some pics of the last show I saw him at and coincidentally it turned out to be one year ago today, September 13, 2019 at the Independant in San Francisco. I was lucky to have seem him a few times. So I uploaded about 30 seconds worth of Pressure Drop from that show. RIP Buddy. 😪 ====================================================== September 21 >> Finished hand trimming the Widow yesterday while mostly listening to the last round of the US Open. In September... while they're playing Stanley Cup playoffs too. Very weird time.... both these things normally happen in June every year. The buds weighed in at basically 8 ounces (227 grams). The trim came in at 325 grams - and in this case I use the Trimbag - although I don't think she was really dry enough to get proper function outa the bag. I still spent over 6 hours hand trimming the remainder AFTER the Trimbag in this case. It wasn't really a problem because I had like 10 hours of US Open coverage for 4 days to burn thru. In the process of turning all that trim into hash at the moment... because I'm all configured to go at the moment after making Wonder Pie hash last week. I'll stick it in the garage to dry for a few days and add the weights later. One thing I've noticed that's probably pandemic-related is 90% isopropyl alcohol has become very hard to find (haven't had to look for like 6 months because I had a couple bottles that lasted). I've used it to clean my glass bong/dab rigs for years. 70% is there - but even that now it's like you have to ask for it.
