Grow Journal – Week 4: Solid, Smooth, Silky Week 4 is here and it’s been a solid, smooth, and silky ride! The OG Kush (OGK) and Gorilla Zkittlez (Rilla Z) are officially a month old, while the younger trio—AK, Super Lemon Haze (SLH), and Moon Beam (MB)—are at the 2-week mark. And let me tell you, things are popping off! OG Kush (OGK) OGK is bouncing back beautifully from the topping I did last week. She went from one main stem to two strong, sturdy branches, and I’ve been LST'ing them to shape the structure. Originally, I topped her thinking she was stunted—I almost gave up on her. But man, I’m glad I stuck it out. She's looking really solid now. I gave her a top dress of Gaia Green All Purpose and Power Bloom (since she’s been in soil about 30 days), and backfilled the pot since it was a little light on soil. Also did a light trim to remove some oversized fan leaves. Overall? She’s thriving. Gorilla Zkittlez (Rilla Z) Rilla Z is going crazy right now—straight beast mode. I did some LST and a bit of defoliation; her fan leaves were huge! She’s already throwing out white hairs, so flowering is definitely around the corner. Like OGK, I top dressed and backfilled her too. She’s officially in late veg/early flower, and everything’s looking fire. Super Lemon Haze (SLH), Moon Beam (MB), and AK The babies have exploded in growth this week. I transplanted all three from their 16 oz cups into 1-gallon pots. Used some Great White mycorrhizal fungi during transplant and wow—they LOVED it. The roots were wrapping all around the cup walls. Honestly, they’re almost as big as my older plants already. It's wild. All that stuff I learned from OGK and Rilla Z? I'm applying it now and it's clearly paying off. Temps and VPD are dialed in, and they’re thriving. SLH SLH shot straight up. It’s like a pure rocket. I’m debating whether to leave her be or bend her slightly for some LST. Either way, she’s got serious potential. MB For a seed that was cracked when I got it, MB is blowing past expectations. It’s outgrowing both AK and OGK at that stage. Like SLH, I’m thinking of just letting it grow upright with maybe some minor bends to shape the canopy. I'm really embracing the “less is more” vibe on this one. She’s been super easy so far. AK This one is giving me serious OGK vibes. She’s a little behind the others, but so was OGK—look how that turned out! I’m planning to top her in about a week. Something about topping small plants just feels right to me. Let’s see if she responds like her older sister. Reflections: Month One in the Books One full month of growing and wow—I’ve learned so much. And just to be clear—I still have no idea what I’m doing! 😅 I’m figuring it out day by day, learning from mistakes, soaking in content from YouTube and my favorite creators, and just putting in the work. Everyone says “plants just need soil, water, and light,” but if you dial in your environment and care, the rewards are next level—or so I’ve heard. These are all autoflowers, so it’s a race against time. I’m really just trying to keep up with what they need and ride it out to the finish line. Everything's going good, just water till harvest now. Very Berry will be coming down between the 17-24 of march and the stone cold diesel will be coming down between the 23-30 everything in my house smells like this tent, that's with venting outdoors and running scrubbers. Hands down that stone cold diesel produced some funk , like almost gag funk, the berry is berry smelling of course with gas notes behind it.

Wir haben sie auch wieder stark entlaubt damit die luft besser zirkulieren kann und sich kein Schimmel bildet. -Tag 67 Heute haben wir sie mit 2000 ml Wasser gegossen, versetzt mit 1,5 ml Calmag, 5 ml Canna PK 13/14, 1 ml Plagron Green Sensation und 1 ml Plagron Power Buds. Der EC-Wert lag bei 1.460 mS/cm und der pH-Wert bei 6,2. 👽 -Tag 69 Heute haben wir sie mit 2000 ml Wasser gegossen, angereichert mit 1,5 ml Calmag, 6,5 ml Canna PK 13/14, 1 ml HY-PRO Epic Blast sowie 0,32 ml HY-PRO Generator. Der EC-Wert betrug 1,480 mS/cm und der pH-Wert lag bei 6,2. 😎

Beide Runtz wurden an Tag 70 geerntet. Runtz #2 getoppt und nach dem Green House Feeding Auto-Schema gedüngt gefällt mir ein wenig besser. Die buds sind kompakter und die Farben sind schöner. Sie wurde im Dry Ferm Bag getrocknet und riecht nach dem trocknen fantastisch. Runtz#1 hat mehr, kleinere buds ausgebildet, in Verbindung mit dem LST hätte ich sicher noch stärker lollipoppen können. Sie wurde im ganzen im Zelt getrocknet und überzeugt auch.

The mighty permanent marker decides the time to ripen is nigh. Finally shes starting to show shes nearly ready for harvest. The buds are looking prettier everyday the smell is dieselish dank and a bit pungent. Pretty much the terps im after. This is definitely the frostiest plant ive grown, especially when dried the buds almost look white. Insane. Really happy with this grow and cant wait to see what shes really all about. Happy 2 Months To These Lovely Ladies. I Will Be Harvesting The Purple Purple On Friday, I Wanted To Harvest It Today But The Soil Is Not Fully Dry Out And I Don’️t Want To Harvest It When The Soil Is Still Wet. I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Hola a todos! Creciendo felices la segunda semana, comencé a fertilizar. No puedo estimar la altura porque le adiciono substrato poco a poco pues bajó unos centímetros después de humedecido. Pensando en utilizar LST para aprovechar mejor el espacio, estufa pequeña. Me parece que se está desenvolviendo bien. Acepto recomendaciones 🙌

i normally dont do this of changing to 11/13 and in the same week full and hard defoliation like i did, but i was seeing my space getting short so , it is what it is and lets have faith that they will still feet in there lol i mean i still have a bit of space to bring up the LEDs but is just not that much so i better safe than sorry , i prefer to stress the “stretch” by defoliating and with this i hope for a smaller one , lets see. I mean they are completely recovered to a point i am thinking in changing the diary name and all since its not an SOS thing at all any more lol Started my fruit stimulator and my P supplement to help them realize is time for changing and off they are to what i believe will be a interesting Grow journey. For now that is all i am doing and i believe is more than enough love for the first week flowering lol As always thank you guys for your love , your time, your support and it all, i fell blessed and i am truly thankful <3 <3 <3

2nd week of transition in the books and development has been advanced and remains very vigorous. Had to pull out one more plant that was showing balls and we’re now down to a total of 6 plants of the original 10. Regardless the scrog net has filled in substantially while the canopy remains airy and light in terms of overall foliage space. The mains have been tied to the net over 2 or 3 rounds of bending and training to allow the lower side branches opportunity to catch up to the same rough height. No deficiencies and we’ve now apparently found the sweet spot for nutrient ratios. Everything remains on point and we’re mostly on auto pilot to the finish now. Alls good!

18 september 2022 flowering: week 8 -now 2 weeks of water only -the 10 heavy top heads need assistance -I used wires to keep them up -Harvested the smaller-lower-more mature branches -- 154g wet -felt like it would speed up maturation of main heads -also fun having less mature weed

UPDATE - 24th of February 2020 - DRY WEIGHT & LOVE 56g total dry weight, after I gave them a very nice trim. They started curing in glass jars on 19/2/2020 and are currently between 63-68%RH inside. Burping every other hour for couple of minutes. While trimming some dried buds yesterday, I came across a seed, I couldn't believe it, between 😕and 😆, first time experiencing this, interesting, hopefully she didn't lose a lot of her potency and it only happened late. Learning from this: don't change light cycle. I changed from 18 to 21 hours, thought that was a good idea... All this aside, I am sooooooo in LOVE WITH HER 😍I have never grown such a beautiful plant, excuse the photo spam, she deserves a stage, at least for me 😉I can't wait to try her properly cured and get to learn her whole taste spectrum with the low and slow dried buds. Some of them will be processed to oil and edibles. If I find time, I might document some more. Until then, happy growing everyone, peace 🙏 Tried 2 different drying methods: 1. Regular hang dry: For 7 days in small grow tent, darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F - she was almost too dry after 7 days. 2. Low & Slow dry: after washing & hang-drying for 4 hours, she went into the fridge for 7 days in a paper bag, followed by several jar tests until she was at a steady 68% outside; She dried like this in the fridge for 8 days. I didn't trim her too much, since I want to preserve everything for oils. More details: 16. Nov. 2019 - 13. Feb. 2020 - 88 Days - Grown from Seed Smell of Berries; Pink & Yellow tips; Lots of long curly brown hair; Pink tiny leaf tips on top of buds. I’m in love whooooooooooaaaaaaa. Chop on 13. Feb 2020 - 461g Put in vase with PH water for 2 days in Dry Tent darkness at 50% humidity & 20°C/68F 14. Feb. 2020 Darkness Day 1 - 469g 15. Feb. 2020 Darkness Day 2 - 452g Total wet - no trim - 452g Total wet - slight trim - 386g //Regular dry in tent - 50% humidity & 20°C/68F // 281g with trim went in Total dry - no trim - 43g Total dry - trim - 40g //Low and slow dry in fridge // 96g went in Total dry - trim - 16g Check 420magazine for “Low and Slow”-Dry. I had to top Cantaloupe haze and White widow as they were too close to the lights and I didn't want to loose any ppfd on my lowers. My GSC seems perfect for not topping. next time I would top those strains at least once. I have been flushing the CH and getting run off around 1200ppm which seems like the max she can take the others like it stronger so I have been flushing them every 2-3 days. CH is tough to keep happy but will continue to monitor. All plants are in week 4 of flower 12/12 from seed.
