Weekly update: August 6th Looking great, major spurt of growth on both girls, #1 (sativa leaning girl) had major final stretch to end off stretch in 3 days (hopefully). And #2 (stockier indica leaning pheno) has had a big increase in flower size in 3 days which is promising, and is also producing a very sweet and tropical fruity gas smell, this is TCP after all! Oh yea and I’m running about 1700 center 500 outer ppfd and tapering down if I see anything but nothing so far all good nice genetics, may drop in the next week even if no signs or symptoms, to prevent and not be too greedy. Now for the not so good… been getting 10% runoff almost every feed, but my runoff of #1 was 3500ppm and pH 4.5 and #2 at 5000ppm and pH 4.5. Been giving around 850 ppm input at pH 6.0, never went over 1000ppm input. So I have to correct with 25% increase in feed volume, 300-400ppm input at pH 7.0 for what I infer to be 2-3 feeds until runoff ppm is significantly lower, and pH is at least 5.5. UPDATE Aug 8: To address the toxic/locked-out root-zone I did a regular feed with runoff (1.5 gal total volume per pot @ 820ppm bloom focus), runoff consisted of pH 4.2-4.5 and 4000-6000ppm... OUCH. I then fertigated with 0.5 gal plain pH 6.5-7 dechlorinated tap water each. I repeated this a total of 3 times, to which the last flush had 3 ml/gal cal-mag. final runoff ppm @ 1000-2000, pH 5.3-5.5. To conclude, I more than likely wasn't achieving enough runoff per scheduled feed, and did not cycle a few plain pH adjusted waterings. I had almost the same thing happen last run with autos, except they were showing signs of lockout, these photo girls are not. I must do a regular watering every 3 feeds, achieve 20% runoff with high ppm feeds, and 15% runoff at least with mild to moderate ppm's. Lesson learned, I hope I get a full run in the future without hiccups like this. The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = .46kw * 0.15kw = .17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = .99kw *0.15kw = .85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = 4.30kw *0.15kw = .65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. .17 + .85 + .65 = .67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. .67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. .67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. I should have had a lot better harvest but because I was away for 12 days the pH and ppm's got messed up. As well as 1 day of the air pump being off after I got back resulted in the start of root rot. Will grow this strain again for sure!

Hey guys I'm doing 1 more week of shogun on the large pheno of the strawberry chemdawg og as it is a bit behind the other strawberry chemdawg og and blackberry moonrocks. I started the flush on those 2 plants so I think another week or 2 until I harvest those. The smells are amazing really smelling the strawberries and fruits. There really packing on the frost now too.

Apologies for the lack of updates — she’s looking super healthy! Buds are really packing on weight now, rock solid, colpurfuk and the smell is absolutely out of this world. She’s honestly one of a kind. Will update again soon — looks like she’ll go another two weeks or so.

Week 10! First week of flower! I was eager and may have jumped the plan I had the other day of waiting another week but after some sound advice from a few people that inspired me to flip them to flower and watch them flourish!! Day 1..fed fox farm trio with some added aloe vera, very little..won't add anymore from here on out..I added some peroxide as well!! I opened the tent this evening and they were praying up to the mary Jane gods!! Just what their daddy wants to see!! Let's get this smoke to the heavens for the loved ones!! Aye!!! Thanks again to everyone who inspires me and has helped me along the way! Oh and I ordered a trellis net so it should be set up in the coming days!! I was going to enter the solo cup challenge with the mini Starbucks cup you see but I didn't realize time was ticking and i may end up throwing her away unfortunately as I dont have a tent to put her in with a light set at the right hours or whatever!! She wouldn't survive on 12 12 or would she? Day 2 of flower - I opened the tent this morning and the girls are reaching for the sky even more! I forgot to mention I made some fresh Aloe Vera tea/juice for the last feeding I did before flipping to flower..next run I'm going to try not using aloe vera on one of my plants to see the differences..I feel the aloe vera has helped my girls alot but I'm not too sure!! Black Cream Starting To flower. Beautifull plant.. It as came to the first scrog level. Started Training. Dont know if it let her got or make another scrog level. Please share your ideias. Scrog Its new for me but in small budget space i get it. ... this its the way to go. Bomberry its a slowstarter maybe gave her a little more water in seedling fase. The pots are big and it was dificult to control seedling moist at begening.... Killed 3 seedlings. Wedding Cake looking good Purple Couscous Tink its going to be another beast. Share Idias. Flowering has finally arrived, the structure is fantastic, each branch has its own space, and the light manages to penetrate inside. With the help of the fantastic tent-x I can keep everything under control, humidity and temperature are now no longer a difficulty to overcome, and thanks to the LED module I can also control the switching on and off of the LED light. The best thing ever is being able to use the statistics that the device retrieves, calculating the VPD and with a table I can understand if the plant is breathing well. I thank TROLMASTER immensely for giving me the opportunity to test their product! 👽

This ladies got pretty big for real, hands down the biggest autos I've ever had grown in 7l pots, excellent performance, and the flowers start to stink really strong, there is one pheno which is more developed than the other 2 phenos but the 3 have developed really good and they are producing a lot of sticky and stinky trichomes! Let's see how this will end up! Can't wait 🤤

Algae is an asshole. Thought things were going really well... and then found a bit of algae in the rockwool.... No biggie I figure. Wrong. Left it one night, and today (Sunday) open the jar to find algae in all the roots. Not cool. Well, I needed to swap the nutrients anyway, and was going to do a major bonsai pruning... so why not also wash everything, plant included, in mild hydrogen peroxide solution? Sure, THAT's fun. Made the decision to swap Hydroguard for H2O2 as well, since the water is room temp (21-22 C) and the H2O2 supposedly helps prevent algae.... and keeps away root rot even in higher solution temperatures. Oh, and H2O2 is also seemingly a buffer... making getting the pH right in that small jar strange - needed WAY more pH down than without the hydrogen peroxide. Fingers crossed that the major life disturbances will help manage the algae and not just put the nails in the coffin.

Great week, the girls are doing fine without me. All I have to do is pop in and give them Some water x2 a week. I increased their feed just a bit this week, I will start tapering the nutrients off soon, and will increase the amount of water going through them in hopes of getting a 10% runoff or so at least 3-4 times before harvest. Don’t even want to think about getting too far ahead, I’m getting very excited for these beautiful girls. These are quickly turning into the best homegrown I’ve seen yet! Happy Gardening 🇨🇦👊❤️

PH: 5.8 3-7 Temps: 21.8 to 25.3 degrees Humidity: 52% to 78% 4-7 Temps: 22.2 to 26 degrees Humidity: 36% to 64% 5-7 Temps: 19.7 to 24.5 degrees Humidity: 45% to 62% Watering: Both 1.5L I transplanted the girls in the early morning to 18L AutoPots. I use the airbases with an airdome, and a airstone connected to an airpump. As for the soil i use Plagron Coco-Perlite 70/30. After i transplanted them i moved them into the 100x100x180cm tent. The light is at 40% strength with a distance of 60 cm. Im happy they are finally transplanted into the AutoPots, My plan was to do this way sooner but i forgot to buy the root disks. So i had to wait till they arrived, and with the legalization in Germany there is a huge delivery time. 6-7 Temps: 18.8 to 25 degrees Humidity: 41% to 64% 7-7 Temps: 18.8 to 25.5 degrees Humidity: 44% to 57%

Both plants, Jackie I and Jackie II look great. Big buds all over and they smell awesome. Can't wait to harvest them. I love this strain from the coffeeshops, hope it tastes like I know it 😍

Then it was time to top them. It was interesting to observe how differently all four girls reacted to the loss of the main cola. Yes and then I gradually started to bring her down. But again, completely different reactions. Every time before I stressed them, they fed Boom Boom Spray beforehand. Super addition.
