As sementes chegaram em 17/11/2021, 5 dias após a compra no site. Dia 18/11/2021 - 12:00, coloquei a semente em um copo de agua para iniciar o processo de germinação. Dia 21/11/2021 - coloquei a semente no vaso de 7L 50% turfa 50% vermiculita. Esperando a gestação! atualização: a semente não germinou. Dia 23/11/2021 - coloquei as duas ultimas sementes para germinar no copo com água (comprei 3 sementes) Dia 24/11/2021 - Simplesmente nenhum sinal de germinação ainda, nunca uma semente demorou tanto para germinar, se é que irá germinar. 25/11/2021 - Finalmente 2/3 sementes germinaram!!!! grato pela ajuda! fim da semana! hora de decolar 🚀 É meu primeiro cultivo, espero que a comunidade possa me ajudar e compartilhar dicas, muito grato!

Day 14 of Bloom today 14 (May). Still Stretching a bit more I hope, but looks ok so far.. considering previous problems I had. next week I will brew my first compost tea as booster and few days after that some defoliation/lollipopping will be done.. Happy growing 👌

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

Found large numbers of spidermites as well as some thrips. Luckily all were on my marigold plants, a few had wondered on to my ladies but the issue has been contained with minimal harm to the plants

OK guys I'm back after being away for 2 weeks. I've proceeded to a final transplantation into a 9L AirPot container, right before I left for vacations. Despite the transplantation, no special operation was done, I want to see how this clone is going to grow on its own and I don't have enough room for training / bending. A friend was in charge of the grow room while I was away, and she did a pretty good job. The clone is healthy, standing proud and praying the light. I started to build the manifold for 4 colas but some side branches have already reached the canopy, that clone wants to produce weight! She will remain under vegetative stage for 1~2 weeks before flipping into 12/12 light schedule. I can't wait to see her full of buds! Thanks for stopping by 👊

Well, after the last LST, she certainly didn’t pinpoint her final shape .. she almost covers 1 square meter .. there are very, very, very many buds! the smell of vanilla baking) is very pleasant and sweet! trichomes slowly begin to shower buds)) maybe it seems to me! but according to my observations the products of Barney Farm always give the highest result! both during growth and during flowering! at all stages! and most importantly, the resulting buds always blow away the head of any inveterate smoker !!! Hello Growmies, We’re sailing into week 13 of flowering with our Epic Buzz, and she’s taking up nutrients like a champ. Her appetite has grown to a robust 2.5 liters of nutrient solution a day, prompting me to stay vigilant with reservoir top-ups every three days. With the flower stretch winding down, I’m prepping to add PK 13/14 to her diet, aiming to bolster her as she enters the final stage of bloom. The marks of a previous hiccup when the reservoir ran low are visible, leaving a few leaves to yellow with chlorosis. Yet, most of her foliage remains lush and unaffected, a reassuring sign of her overall vigor. I’ve opted to keep the blemished leaves to avoid any additional stress that might come with their removal. Beneath the foliage, a network of healthy roots is hard at work, supporting the development of dense, trichome-rich buds that are starting to resemble golf balls in size. These buds are clustering around the colas with the promise of closing up any gaps, a sight that’s building my anticipation for what’s to come. The snapshots of Epic Buzz reveal her current state: a resilient plant pushing forward, her unaffected leaves standing out against the backdrop of her less fortunate counterparts. The canopy is speckled with trichome-laden buds, each one a testament to the careful balance of watering and feeding that has been maintained. As we prepare for the addition of PK 13/14, it's with a watchful eye and an eager mind, knowing that each adjustment now can have significant impact on the harvest. Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate.
