She's 4 feet tall!!! Wow! I'm a little concerned about light burn, but don't notice any signs of light burn yet. And she will be going outdoors soon. But I'm very impressed with this girl so far! 👍

I’m still removing some leaves everyday, I prefer only removing a few leaves but instead of taking just the lowest ones I pick some from every part of the plant. I’ve had good results so far with giving the lower buds a bit more light through this “method”. I’ve seen a lot of online tutorials recommend exclusively removing leaves from the lowest 2-5 sections and a lot in one setting but rarely instead. What’s your experience with defoliation? Do you prefer one or another method? I’m currently watering once per week, giving her 5-7 liters with fertilisers over a few hours. She’s only getting watered again when the substrate is dry in the first few inches. I’m thinking about getting a cloth-pot for the next grow for better oxygen supply. Also, it’s way too early to take a look under the microscope but I think I’ll take one anyways. see ya

Day 1-14 (March 24th) (Day 14) I sprouted 5 Puro Loco and 1 Slurricane F1 (Archive) seeds in a mini aerogarden hydroponic system on March 10th and they they were getting way too hot in the small space I had it in. It was also given flowering nutes from seed. They started curling and cupping like crazy so I decided to transplant them into soil in solo cups and 1 gallon pots. They’re in my veg tent currently and I’m pretty optimistic that they will all recover nicely. I plan to veg them out for 3-4 more weeks, transplant into 1.7g or 3g pots for their final containers and then flip into flower at the same time as my flower tent. I’m using a dimmable 600w hps in a 4x4 tent with living soil/coco blend and nature’s pride dry amendments plus a few other rock dusts, foliars, teas, microbes ect. I’m keeping the humidity around 80% with my humidifier in my sealed tent. I won’t be topping, scrogging, supercropping ect. Just a little lst here and there. Recent events have caused me to move the plants in my veg tent plants into the flower tent and veg them out there. So that leaves me with an unoccupied veg tent where I can veg these girls out and flip them at the same time as my flower tents. I also have to move my tents by mid June so that worked out well I guess. Just have to buy a carbon filter before the flip. I also found and sprouted a bag seed of some Guava Cake a few days ago that was very nice. If it’s not a vigorous grower, I will scrap it because I’m not trying to risk the herm. Since I have to pack as many female plants as possible in this tent before the flip, I’m going to throw in 5 stunted black garlic seedlings. These ones are from a 12/12 from seed grow box I couldn’t keep lightproof. One of them just identified as male so I will pull his ass. He was the only one showing so hopefully any more males will be visible before the flip. I forgot to add, these were started on March 1st. So let’s just say all these plants are one month old but this will be the first recorded week.

Slowly increasing nutrients and lowing the pH a little at a time. Growth is a little slower than I anticipated, but I've read that coco often starts out a little on the slow side. Both girls don't have the sturdiest stems, but I've added some support and fans to try and get those trunks a little stronger. I know the Meph guide talks about funny leaves, and both of these girls have a little something special about them. Reggie is much bigger and had some two lobes younger leaves whereas Weezie is smaller in stature but stared out with more uniform leaves, but now has a funny ripple. It's always fun to watch how they grow! I was hoping to top them, but now I'm getting cold feet...

She has just started to flower. No nutes super soil living soil still going strong. So I fed her when I should t have. And stunted her a bit. But i think she’s coming back nicely.

Hey guys . A wonderful week goes by with a super growth :-). After I topped it for the first time last week, it recovered very quickly and showed great growth. I don't think I will use topping again on the lady because I should slowly blossom with a few other women :-) think it will be ready in the next 7-14 days for Flowering 👍. This week it was poured 3 times with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). The tent was cleaned and the health of all women was checked :-). After the photos she was sprayed again with neem oil so that the last little tripse disappeared. Even if you can't see any more trips I will spray it one last time next week to make sure :-). New update for week 12, concluding week 8 of flowering: Hi(gh) Folks! Thanks everyone for your input on my second grow question. I’m going for HighTV’s answer, the SOG with 9x4 main buds. Very nice to get everyone’s input on this, appreciate it! So another week done! They got their last nutrients Tuesday and on Thursday the 5 early ladies from Hempire got their first round of plain acidulated water. I flushed them a bit on Friday and Saturday to. Now they can dry out for a couple of days. I will flush them for the upcoming week and let them dry out before harvest next weekend. Im counting on them to swell up even further during this week. As for the rest of the 4 plants from Hempire, 4 from Royal Queen Seeds and 3 from Hy-Seeds, I will treat them as if this is another week 8, and they will get another dose of Flowering nutrients and PK. Then next week I will start to flush them also. I will have 2 full weeks to flush and let them dry out until my planned harvest on Saturday 5 January. I’m not even sure that will be early enough for the 4 RQS’s since they look like they have even more bud-growing to do, before they can start swelling! I will keep an eye on that. The 5 tall ladies, 2 from Hempire and 3 from Hy-Seeds show the nice thick Kushy buds i’m craving for, can’t wait to see the becoming nice and heavy! On the photos you see the slight diverence between the pheno’s, the left 2 plants grew the popcorn-buds on a stem, and the right ones have nice thick popcornbuds against the stem’s. The other to remaining Hempire plants also show these, apart from the early ladies offcourse. The early birds show a little stretching buds and nice purple colours. As a true visionary I decided to go FULL HYDRO this week, that means water in buckets and outside the buckets /s This grow turns out to be an uphill battle but i already decided to bring it to completion no matter what...Icy weather, floods, alien invasions what's coming next a big bank crash?! I bring this grow to the end , who needs banks anyways when you got #coins On 22.02. added nutrients to the 140 liters of solution. That's it, I hope to see y'all next week growmies.

It's been 28 days of flower now and The gals are still loving the fc4800 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. February 28, 2019 Update: Chugging right along in the veg tent. I sprayed the plants with Neem Oil last week and the leaves look shiny from that, but no new signs of bug damage since then. I did feed them a little Recharge also and they really responded great to that. After taking the pics I did some HST bending at the base of the stem on all plants. I didn't bend them over, just pinched real hard and wiggled the plant back and forth until I could feel the bend between my fingers. We'll see how that goes. The DinaMed's are still taller than the MediKush's but the MediKush's still have a nice tight node structure. If all goes to plan I'll have my flowering plants chopped and hanging in 2 weeks and will then be able to move these girls into the flowering room.
