Chonga is doing nicely at 7", Cheecha still a little behind. The soil has been staying moist for awhile, even with light watering and I was worried about root rot. So, I let them go about a week without watering. After a light watering with the remaining 1 ml/2Qt nutrient/water solution (about 1 cup each plant), I took the plunge and decided to try Topping (or FIMing), which I did a few days after watering. I'm also concerned about soil PH. I've been testing it with the 3-in-1 tester, but it always reads about 7. I tried the thing out in pure vinegar, but it gave the same results. So, soil PH is anybody's guess. I eventually bought a digital PH tester for liquids. BIG CHANGE: On Day 27, I switched over to a new, 1200W LED grow light.

The girl is fantastic :) she looks strong, healthy and happy :) next week, I will defoliate her to give energy to the flowers, and at the same time improve air circulation closer to the stem :) everything is going smoothly and well :).

For this grow I've used, For the growth 1 sf1000 2 fan 15w 1 extractor 150mm 350m3/h 1 carbon filter 150mm 1 Hydro Shoot 60x60x140 1 timer 1 thermostat Heating system for the winter month 11l RQS Fabric Pot and 11l plastic pot. 20 Hours On, 4 hours off light For the soil I've used plagron light mix ont the top + batmix in down pot + rqs pellets. For the blooming 1 Mars Hydro TS1000 (150W) 2 fan 15w Extractor + Filter 150mm 1 HS60 box 1 timer Same pots 20/04 Plagron lightmix + batmix + RQS Pellet After harvest, I've put the stuff in a room with 2 fan 15w, weather are really hot and dry, condition are not well, around 25/32*C and 40%HR, hope will be not dry too fastest. Thank you to everyone for following this journey! The results were nuts. Honestly, I would've been happy with 40g dry as this is my first grow. I DEFINITELY did not expect this outcome which is insane. This gives me so much confidence in my future grows and appreciation for the companies whose products I used. So, now to the point - Dry weight - Top class buds - 176g, smaller buds - 32g, larf/leaves/scissor hash - 26g. To sum up - 208g of product you can smoke and 26g that'll go to edibles. First grow, 2x2 tent, 100w light, three-part fertilizer and cal mag - that's insane, especially because I was expecting nothing more than 60g and like I mentioned, I would've been happy with 40g. I even thought my scale was broken or something went wrong, I still can't believe I pulled 208g of bud. It took 117 days from seed to smoke - that's disregarding the cure. Seed to flower in 42 days. Flower to harvest in 61 days. 14 days drying. Thank you to FastBuds, I've sent them an email about the grow with some questions and got a speedy reply with some pointers towards the end of the flower. Also, I don't have anything to compare this grow with but I had 0 issues with pests which I was really happy about. I didn't have to spray anything on the plants, didn't have a single bug inside the tent. They mention on the website that NL is a very resilient strain so that might've been because of this specific strain. Spiderfarmer light did amazing too - 208g of bud from 100w light!. General Hydroponics did way better than I expected - there's so many companies with multiple bottles of nutrients that expect you to spend ridiculous amounts of money on their products while I got crazy results with just 3 basic bottles. Cal and Mag by Canna worked with no complaints. Takeaways - seems like the runoff pH doesn't matter in coco - I could be wrong but I struggled with coco pH from the very beginning. Regardless, the outcome speaks for itself. Maybe the harvest would've been even better with an optimal pH but in this particular grow, I don't think it mattered much. Before starting this grow I've done A LOT of research and it looks like it most definitely paid off! I was panicking at first because of the slow growth. The plant also had some leaf deformities and the color wasn't as green as I've expected it to be. It was stressful at first, I think especially because I was constantly comparing my grow to someone else's. This specific LST method where I kept rotating the main stem clockwise every day or two paid off as well. The canopy was relatively even and new tops grew crazy fast. The only thing left to do is to cure the bud. I had two 1.5L containers ready for cure/storing since I didn't expect to pull much but had to go acquire a few more "big boys" to fit all the product in, which is a good problem to have. I don't think that I'll be updating the cure here but the plan is to burp 2x/day for 15-30min each time for the first week and 1x/day for 15-30min the second week. After the first couple of weeks I won't be timing the burps. As of now, I've placed boveda 62% packs inside the containers to maintain a RH of at least 58% in the jars. About the Northern Lights strain - the smell hasn't fully returned yet post trim, but it smells like sweet fruits with a hint of black pepper. You can still smell a bit of pine/grass but I think that'll be gone after the cure. Buds are covered with trichomes, they shine like diamonds when you take a better look. Also, the buds look a little airy but are still really dense when pressed. The smoke - It's a tasty, relaxing high. I get why people describe it as night time smoke but for me personally, it grounds me a bit and I can enjoy it anytime. Also, it burns white ash :)) P.S. This is a lengthy diary but I hope that people can learn some stuff from my notes shall they read them! Thanks to everyone that followed the journey, showed support or just browsed through. It's week three of Vegi, and all three Lemon Ladies are developing very nicely. They should be ready to flower in about 14 days. ☀️☀️☀️💚💚💚

**UPDATE** So, I’m struggling a little with my humidity. I did just realize that my grow tent had a vent/flap on the side, secured by Velcro. I opened it up, and I hope that it helps decrease the humidity. I also installed a small box fan inside as well, as a temp fix. So, it’s week 4 for my girls, and I’m having fun. I have 3 growing, however one of them are pretty short in comparison to the others. I’ll upload her later. The plants are at 7 inches tall, and it’s additional bud sites growing all over the place. A lot of leaves. I was really on the fence about doing LST, but I’ve watched almost literally everyone’s journals for Six Shooters and a bunch of YouTube videos, and I feel confident I can do it. So I did it. 🤷‍♂️🏾 I only did one so I can compare it with the other that doesn’t have LST, and we will see how it goes. Any advice or feedback is appreciated as usual. I’ve upped my nutrients now for aggressive vegatative growth, using 5 tsp/gal of FloraMicro, FloraBloom, and FloraGro, 1 tsp/gal of CALiMAGic, and 1 tsp/gal of Floralicious Plus. I honestly think that my plants are a little behind in general in comparison to other grows of my strain at week 4 (excluding any hydros). But I also see that some start their journal diff. Some start week 1 with seeds unpopped, some from when rap root appear (me), and some do it once the first pair of leaves sprout. A bunch of variables. But if I get a yield off of them, then it’s a success for me. And I also think now that I’m getting the hang of things, my plants will take off more. The only thing I need to get down now are my watering schedules. Thanks for reading y’all.

Week 19, day 6. Second week after switching to 12/12 lighting. Nr 1 is 155 cm tall from top of soil and Nr 2 is 171 cm. All video and pics is taken when the girls have hade 11.5 h of no lights and just got watered. The stretch on these girls was incredible the past 2 weeks after switching to 12/12 lighting. So fare this has gone smooth as silk and no problems at all despite temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius for the last 45 days. I have manage the heat by having between 85-95 % of RH in the room all the time. And this genetics from DinaFem seeds is awesome, i hope i will get a massive harvest of strong indica medicine.

Marching through flowering! She's doing very well all things considered. Last week I said I broke a few branches? Last picture this week is a close up on the area. She has repaired herself and it's as if nothing has happened! Nature really is miraculous. I honestly expected to loose at least 2 branches!!!

Hello friends hope all is well. Can’t say i can’t complain this tree is doing well. So far am waiting for to stretch some more. The buds are forming well. I’ll be giving her a organic compost low in N and big in P-K. So far my organic grown has been the best way to go. It more fun, and the learning experience is great to use with other gardens and plants.

So fat banana finally got the chop. Started off well then had an influx of heat around mid flower, not a major problem as I dealt with it, just could have gone smoother. She flew through veg with no problems or complaints whatsoever. She was resilient and would grow her again. She smells so loud, covered in frost.. I have a few more pictures of the chop to upload but will do it in a little while. Such a unique scent from her, definitely tropical and banana peel type of aroma and taste(from test smoke). Been a pleasure to grow and can honestly say its some tasty smoke. Will do a proper smoke report after this batch has dried and then cured. Thanks for tuning in! Will be back -FlavoursUk

Mildew was detected in the beginning if the week, the plant sprayed with solution of hydro peroxide to kill spores and then solution of apple vinegar to stop prevent new mold. It worked. I decreased the concentration of the watering solution and reduced light. A couple of daye left before harvest.

Une des 2 en retard a redémarrer, la 2eme toujours bloqué et petite , elle grandit pas , les autres par contre sa pousse a vu d'œil je vous laisse voir la différence entre la semaine dernière et cette semaine ou pile 7 jours se sont écoulés, ph 5,78 ec 1,57 , tripart et plagron , amélioration de l'humidificateur d'air ! Et amélioration du vent avec un gros ventilateur oscillant, 30 min on 30 min off pour bien agiter les plante pour simuler le vent et renforcé les branches , amélioration de l'extraction et intracteur d'air avec filtre , passage de diamètre 120 a 200 pour l'extraction et a 150 pour lintracteur, fini les odeurs !

Er gået over alle forventninger igen fik toppet hende! Troede jeg havde fået dræbt hende grundt ph plus chok men jeg skiftede alt van ny gødning og ph 5,9 også skyllede jeg rødderne rigtigt godt tog de største blade væk:) og nu kan jeg ikke se hun har været ved at dø!/) Hydro er bare det bedre og man kan hurtigt rede sine fejl:)
