Plants in 4 and a half weeks of flower

I am very happy with the harvest @21% wet to dry that pretty strong for me, the buds were in the tent for 10 days, the long slow drying process has really paid off. The buds were solid and frosty, this strain was very easy to grow, and like I said Original Sensible Seeds do not disappoint, I have a few more strains by them and cant wait to get them started!

🌸 Week 6 Flower – Gelonade Diaries The Gelonade girls continue their elegant dance into flower, both Pheno #1 and Pheno #2 shining in their own unique way. Their structures remain remarkably similar, tall, strong, and full of energy, while each holds onto her own personality, expressed in leaf form and flower shape. This week we noticed a few small spots on the leaves. Nothing dramatic, nothing to sound alarms about, but enough to remind us that plants, like people, sometimes whisper when they need something. It could be calcium, it could be another minor imbalance, but the key is observation. We’ll keep a close eye, watching for patterns, listening to what the girls want to tell us, and adjusting gently if needed. 🌱 Quick Recap (For Those Just Joining) From the start, this run has been about detail and care. • Germination was clean and quick, the girls leaping from seed into life. • Veg was marked by strong branching, healthy leaves, and the unforgettable funky unicorn foliage of Pheno #2. • Transplanting into super soil and fabric pots gave them the room to spread their roots and breathe. • The shift into flower was smooth, guided by careful lighting, steady feeding, and a balance of Aptus and Plagron nutrients. • Weeks 4 and 5 saw sativa-like stretch, white hairs bursting across every cola, and canopy lights filling every corner with photons. Now here we are in Week 6: the garden maturing, the flowers stacking, the personality of the genetics truly revealing itself. 💧 Feeding & Balance The recipe continues to revolve around Aptus Regulator, CalMag Boost, Top Booster, and Plagron’s Power Buds, Sugar Royal, and Green Sensation, with Aptus All-In-One Liquid helping tie the orchestra together. We’re keeping EC balanced, always mindful that the soil already provides a strong foundation. 💡 What’s Happening & What’s Next This week is all about observation. Flowers are swelling, resin begins to sparkle in early traces, and aromas start to hint at what’s to come. What to expect: denser buds, richer pistil coloration, and a canopy that will soon demand defoliation for airflow. What not to expect: miracles overnight. This is the stage of patience, where the magic brews quietly within each calyx. 💚 Closing Thought The Gelonades remind us that growth is rarely flawless. A spot on a leaf is not a failure, but a message. Perfection isn’t the goal, balance is. And balance is exactly what these girls are showing us week after week. PS: Understanding Foxtailing One of the girls, our Pheno #2, is starting to show signs of foxtailing. For those new to the term, foxtailing refers to when buds grow in elongated, irregular patterns instead of stacking neatly into the dense, conical shape we often expect. The result is a flower that looks “spiky” or “funky,” almost as though the plant is growing multiple little towers from a single cola. Why does this happen? There are two main sides to the story: • Genetic Foxtailing: Some strains naturally express this trait, especially sativa-leaning hybrids. In this case, foxtailing is simply part of the plant’s personality, often leading to extra surface area for resin glands, which can even mean more trichomes and aromas. • Environmental Foxtailing: Stress factors can also trigger it — high heat, intense light (too much PPFD), or shifts in feeding can encourage buds to keep stacking in odd ways rather than finishing their round formation. In our case, the temperatures have sometimes pushed higher than ideal, and the lights are running strong, so those factors might play a role. But genetics also carry a heavy influence, and Gelonade — being sativa-leaning, can naturally lean toward these elongated flower expressions. Is foxtailing a problem? Not at all. While it can look unusual compared to the “textbook” cola shape, it doesn’t reduce quality. In fact, it can increase flower mass and surface resin coverage, giving us more material and potentially more complex aesthetics. Some growers even treasure it as a unique expression of their plant’s individuality. So while Pheno #2 may look a little funky, we see it as a gift, more fruit, more character, more story to tell. Ich selektiere diese Woche die drei besten Keimlinge und stecke sie in 39l Stofftöpfe (ca30l Substrat) mit einer 70:30 Mischung Bio Bizz all mix und Coco.

I sprouted 2 feminized Chocolate Mint OG seeds from HSO 😁💪🌱 these were taken from a pack of 10,the remainder I will sprout after flowering these 2 so I can learn their growth patterns (morphology) first. I'm starting them in a Jiffy Tomato pod.(really like these for watering.u can really see how much water u are giving them.) On a heat mat at 74° for the 1st 7 days. They are under 2x Viparspectra 600w LEDs in a 2x4 tent. At day 7 I transplanted #1 into a 1gal plastic round pot. And the 2nd plant will be going into a 7"x7"x9" They are both in Happy Frog Soil medium by Fox Farms. The plan is 6 weeks veg then flower time!

Seed was in a cup with water for 72hrs when germinated. Seed spent 2 days in soil before sprouted

Start 8th week, nice odor and good conditions. Putting now more PK.

Grow diary 11 Stage 2 Days 11-20 The light schedule was altered to 19/5 on day 11 and the 6 inch distance was maintained until she went into the main tent. Lights on 7pm off 2pm Day 12 was the 1st time she was watered/fed since day 6 when it was soaked for transplant. After day 12 she was fed 300ml every day and the run off checked to make sure everything was in range. Day 17 she was topped after the 2nd set of nodes. I'm thinking of removing the lowest set of nodes in a few days and doing a small mainlining project, Day 18 she was moved into my new main tent (gorilla shorty gt225). The light is my mars hydro TS1000 set at 50% power 20 inch above the canopy. The wilma system is just hydroton/clay balls, and the feeds are on at 8pm for 15mins and on at 12.30pm for 15mins. Day 20 she seems to be adjusting to the topping and the transplant. I'm happy with how the last 9/10 days have gone, its still been mega hot and i have managed to battle the heat quite well so the plants haven't suffered. At the moment all 4 strains are at about the same point in growth. Temp Max 27.8c Avg 23.8c Min 19.4c Humid Max 69.5% Avg 55.7% Min 45.4% VPD Max 1.98 Avg 1.32 Min 0.71 Hope to be back in 10 days without hitting any problems.

Die Lumatek 200W Pro ist nun 30cm entfernt und auf 100% gedimmt. ------ Tag 80 angekommen. Nachtbilder. Den Mädels gehts super! Blüten werden immer größer. Temperatur noch bei 23C und die LF habe ich etwas runtergedreht und auf 45% gestellt. 2.5L Wasser mit Hesi Bio-Bloom bekommen sie alle 3 Tage, mit einem Ph-Wert Zwischen 5.5-6.0. Got about 215g but i have been smoking for a month. Gorilla Glue = 120g N.L. Blue 1 = 55g N.L. Blue 2 = 40g

retrospective: they both died of overwatering or lack of oxigen due to an owner thats thought it will be easy. put them under 15min/15min WET/DRY cycle they day they reached the floor of the pot. once while changing the water they were off for 1+hours, which may have hurt them severly, rootcolor never was the same after that from white to gray around these days..

Week 5 for Peyote Zkittlez by seedsman, She's really starting to push in size, just from last weeks update she's been topped twice more at the top. I also transplanted her from 5L to 25L yesterday as she was drinking water everyday in the 5L pot so clearly time for a new home. 😎 Probably going to be keeping her indoor until some of my autos outdoors finish up in a month or so. Just going to giver her a few more days to adjust to the new pot then ill be pulling her as wide as i can side ways.

This was a huge plant for most of its life I struggled to get the nutrients on point. It always seemed to want something more than what it was getting. It turned out to have some great final buds with dense tricombs all over with a super dank smell with a cream and butter smell

La black domm quemada se recuperó, la daikiri sigue estancada.. puse a germinar la ultima q quedaba y no salió asiq supongo fue falla del pack. Las demas vienen hermosas y ahora se van para arriba con todas las condiciones lo mas posible ajustadas, lo unico malo es que sigo sin medidor asiq estoy regando a ojo de temoeratura y ph

Flowering Week 25: Structural Support & Purple Progress Update: 29.08.2025 | Day 17 Hey Growmies, Week 25 brought some clarity – and a little intervention. Remember those yellow leaves up top I mentioned last week? Lower leaves were totally fine, so I knew it wasn’t nitrogen. I posted pics and you guys came through – most of you called it: lack of potassium and phosphorus. So, I did something I rarely do: gave the ladies a mild dose of mineral fertilizer. Mixed a 2L bottle with normal dosage into a 10L watering can filled with rainwater, then split it evenly between both plants. It felt like a small gamble, but sometimes you gotta trust the process – and the community. I didn't want to spend money on organic fertilizers as long as the Tripart bottles are still full from last year. Biggest lesson this year? My compost needs more power. Next season, I’m amping it up with extra horse or pigeon manure to keep those nutrients steady deeper into flower. Strain Check Durban Poison: This girl’s gettin’ heavy. I’m constantly tying branches to my support structure to keep ‘em from snapping. She’s bulking up nicely, and the colors keep deepening into that gorgeous purple she’s becoming known for. The smell? Still pretty moderate – not overpowering yet, which is kinda surprising. Still not seeing much resin on the sugar leaves, but she’s a beauty through and through. Blueberry: She’s still reaching for the sky – definitely wants to be the tallest girl in the garden. Bud sites are becoming more defined now, and she’s slowly starting to form proper buds. Her colors are even more striking than Durban’s, deep and vibrant. Still no real smell to speak of, though. I’m thinking she’ll need until at least the first week of October to fully finish up. Next Steps - Keep a close eye on how they respond to the mild dose of mineral fertilizer - Stay vigilant for pests – especially as buds develop further - Check daily for branches that need extra support and tie them up as needed That’s it for this week, folks. Hello again, GrowDiaries family! 😎 We’ve officially entered Week 11 (5th week of flowering) and this Critical is breaking the rules. Even in full bloom, she managed a last stretch, reaching 40 cm. The reaction to this week's defoliation has been simply perfect, and the energy is now 100% focused on the flowers. 📏 Precision Measurements & Training -Height: 40 cm (a surprising +3 cm stretch since last week). -Canopy Management: The LST and the deep defoliation from this past week have created the ideal environment. Airflow is optimal, and light is reaching the base of every cola. -Visual Check: I’m continuing with the white light photography. Resin production is at its peak, and the first milky trichomes are already starting to appear. 🌡️ Environment & Climate Challenges -Temperature: We are still managing those tricky nights at 12°C and 27°C during the day. -The Strategy: The lukewarm water trick after the defoliation was key. The plant showed no stress and continued growing vigorously despite the cold floor temperature. -Humidity (RH): Stable at 40-45%. This is crucial now that the buds are gaining density to prevent any mold issues. 💧 Watering & Organic Strategy -Nutrient Strategy: Maintaining the Biobizz schedule: Bio-Grow 1ml, Bio-Bloom 2ml, and Top-Max 1ml per liter of water. She is drinking and eating everything with great appetite. -Pest Control: The cinnamon barrier is still there and working perfectly. Zero gnats, zero problems. It’s the best way to keep the roots clean during the final stage of flowering. 🌿 Flower & Resin Evolution -The sugar is turning into ice! ❄️ Resin is now heavily coating even the smallest leaves, and the buds are fattening up fast.
