This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!😍 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40's℉). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Our weather has finally cooled down and the daylight has dropped to just over 13 hours now. 8/21- My daily watering campaign continues with me giving the Papaya Sherbet 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. 8/23- Luckily, with it's wide node spacing, there's not a lot to do with the Papaya Sherbet at this point except to keep her watered! She has not required any thinning out and has had only a few lower leaves turn yellow, which I promptly remove. Overall, this lady is a dream to grow, requiring little to no effort or maintenance! 8/25- There's the second week of flower on the books for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod and I have great expectations for how this fine looking lady is going to turn out, as she has exceeded all my expectations so far! Clyde established itself really well after the transplant. Feeding has started this week with Biobizz Bio-Grow at half strength. Clyde was topped today at the 4th node, 6 nodes were already established, and LST has began also.

This week i‘ve started to feed my little girls with nutrients again. The ladies doing a great job and started to produce some purple buds with frosty trichomes.

4/8 frosting up more and more and buds plumping up but not much. I feel its key to note that ine of the plants is more short stocky and the other has greater internodal spacing

Buds getting really thick. Turning a sweet color. No trouble growing this one. Very nice plant.

In der sechsten Blütewoche haben sich die Blüten weiter verdichtet und an Größe zugenommen. Die Pflanze profitiert sichtbar von der erhöhten Lichtintensität und den zusätzlichen Netzen, die für Stabilität sorgen. Das Scrogging hat sich als äußerst effektiv erwiesen, da alle Blüten gleichmäßig Lichlt erhalten und sich prächtig entwickeln. Die Pflanze wirkt insgesamt sehr vital, und die Blütenstände zeigen eine schöne Harzbildung, was auf eine erfolgreiche Ernte hoffen lässt.

Plants started vegetative growth again. After gowing was stunted and only weird shaped leafs were developed for a while, they started growing normal leafs again.

So being my 1st hydro/RDWC grow and it’s been ages since I’ve had photoperiods I flipped to flower a little on the early side to be safe. With each grow the more I learn the more I’ll push but, for now I’m playing it safe. The Growbuds trellis nets helped out a lot being my 1st time using! Gotta say I’m loving them.

Tag 63 Blüte die 10. Woche beginnt und die Damen sind fast soweit aber für es sind immer noch zuviele Trichome klar und die ersten werden erst Bernsteinfarben. Würde ich WPFF also Waschen und Liverosin pressen wäre jetzt oder in paar Tagen Ernte. So wie es aussieht dauert es also noch ca 10 Tage. Meiner Erfahrung nach sind jetzt die entscheidenden Tage wo noch viele sekundäre Stoffe wie Terpene und Cannabinoide geildet werden. Der Duft ist Fantastisch bei jedem öffnen des Zeltes. Da der Sommer mit der Hitze eine Pause macht kann ich niedrigere Temp. halten und schone noch die ganzen flüchtigen Terpene. Also ich habe wirklich viel Glück mit dem Wetter gerade. Die letzten Tage habe ich angefangen nur noch mit Wasser zu gießen, angepasst mit Canna CalMag auf (EC 0,5)(PH 6,0-6,2). Nur der mineralisch gedüngten Frozen Tropicana Cherry mische ich noch 2ml/L Canna Flush ins Gießwasser um Salze rauszuspülen. Den Drain halte ich gering. Es reicht mir wenn ich nur 5% drain habe (der EC ist da bei 1,4 und PH 6,1). Besser könnte ich es mir nicht wünschen. Canna Terra hat wieder einmal mehr als perfekt funktioniert. Die Ladies trinken auch noch viel auch das zeigt mir das Sie noch wollen und es noch zu früh wäre sie zu ernten. Jeder grower kennt das ja am Ende trinken sie nur noch sehr langsam und sagen dir ja Buchstäblich das es soweit ist. Ich finde es sehr wichtig die Pflanzen zu beobachten und nicht irgendeinem Plan stur zu folgen. Da wir in paar Tagen in Urlaub fahren muss ich wohl die Ernte und das aufhängen der Pflanze meinem alten Growbro anvertrauen genauso die Vorzucht des neuen grows. Ich hoffe das die Damen noch nicht trocken sind wenn ich wieder da bin. Aber da will ich hier keinen zulabern. Ihr könnt euch ja vorstellen wie das ist erade in den letzten Tagen nicht da zu sein. Zum Glück kann ich mich da auf meinen Kumpel verlassen er hat auch schon viele Jahre Erfahrung und ja meinen Grow Style ja von mir gelernt und fast 1 zu 1 übernommen..
