My Lit Marker plant is finally starting to take off! It's still on the smaller side, but it's showing some really promising growth. The nodes are nice and tight, so it looks like it's going to stack up beautifully. I'm excited to see how this one develops – it's definitely a late bloomer, but I've got a good feeling about it! This past week has been a whirlwind of work, leaving little time for anything else. My phone's camera roll is sadly neglected, with only a few snapshots to show for it. But finally, I'm finding a moment to catch up on my grow diaries. It's been exciting to see the progress, even if it's just through photos. I'm looking forward to documenting the next stage!

Hey now, hope everyone is doing well, I had one out of two Fastbuds Strawberry Bananas pop and she is currently in Pro-Mix seedling starter/perlite but will be transferred to Coco Coir/Perlite as soon as her roots fill up the solo cup. I will transplant her probably in a week or so, she seems to be starting slow even though she's in a perfect environment. I have seen this before, and some of the ladies I was ready to give up on became massive producers, so I'll see what happens with this one. I have gotten some great yields and flower quality from Fastbuds strains, but I have not had the greatest germination success rate compared to other breeders. I started prepping some coco for this grow by flushing it down to .4 EC and I currently have it soaking in buckets of water with an EC of 2.0 from Cal Mag. This will help prevent cal mag deficiencies in the plants. I will transplant her to her final home in a week or so which will be a 5.4 Gallon Airpot. Once in her final home she will get fed 4x per day, and the runoff will go to my tomatoe plants outside which will also be in coir. I am very excited to crank this Medic Grow LED up and especially add that UV/IR spectrucm to the flowers and see what effect that has on the final THC and terpene production. I am currently running the Spectrum X at 30% which is about 230 watts in the F1 spectrum which is the blue/veg spectrum. I will be adding more seedlings to the tent here shortly to try and fill her up, but I started with the longest expected grow times of Glueberry OG and Strawberry Banana, and next week I will add a Gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds and a Purple Punch from Barney's Farm with the hope that they will all be ready for harvest within a week or two of each other. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and Blaze On! 💪 Website: https://medicgrow.com/ https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled

Day one of week 7! Saturday 3rd Oct. Yay I made it to week 7!! First week of flower! Flipped the lights and the girls are getting their first 12 hours of darkness as I type. As soon as it’s lights go on I’m gonna get the next lot of nutes in as they seemed almost ready for a feed when I put them to bed. Getting a little nervous the temps are a still bit high as we go into flower but these girls seem hardy so staying positive! UPDATE: Day 2 of week 7, Sunday 4th Oct. Girls still looking strong and nutes gone in again today. Got a fan blowing onto the outside of my tent (which is helping lots) as the slightly lower humidity levels are really heating things up with the dehumidifier working harder inside the tent now, especially around watering time. Fan at full whack, if this doesn’t work I may have to get an intake fan but was trying to avoid extra costs. Keeping a close eye 👁️ UPDATE: Tuesday 6th October Day 4 of week 7 Nutes in again and a little more teasing with the LST to keep the girls low on the stretch. Think I found a little white hair 🤩🤩 (see pics).... It’s getting exciting.. 🤓 UPDATE: Thursday 8th October Day 6 of week 7 Ok great news today.. All four ladies have some pretty little pistils all over various bud sites and no hermies in sight! Phew! 😅 Nutes going in too 👌🏼 Happy growing and all that jazz! 🍃🍁👌🏼❤️

Wednesday, January 27 Fed plants yesterday(26JAN) 3/4ga each plant. 2tsp/ga ratio of Bud Candy pH’d @6.3’s. Have a compost tea brewing that I will feed them tomorrow. Compost tea is comprised of 1 Cup of worm castings and a 1/4 Cup of bone meal powder. Bone meal powder is a great source of calcium and phosphorus to help in the flowering stage. I also added 1.5tsp of Great White Myco root powder to 3ga of compost tea. This morning I noticed little white hairs growing out of pistils all over the plants! Finally, signs of early flowering since switching to a 12/12 light schedule this past Saturday. Plants have shown a sizable amount of stretch in the past couple weeks so I’ve projected at about 6-8 weeks from now for a harvest? I’ll keep y’all posted on the days ahead and as always, stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱 Thursday January 28 Fed plants about 3/4 ga each of compost tea @6.3pH. Hopefully will respond well to their first tea. I’m going to continue to do more research on compost brews to dial in the process. Stay safe and happy growing💚✌️🌱

After a slow start, the lady has developed great. Gelonede from Zamnesia grows small and bushy, can be trained and tied down very well. After 42 days of rearing, it bloomed for 58 days. The sticky, dark green flowers smell of lemon ice tea.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. It was a good week for the Strawberry Banana Auto, she was pushing her 7th node on day 26 so I gently removed the top, and I also removed the lowermost 2 nodes so I will have nodes 3, 4, 5, and 6 to work with. She got a little sad immediately after topping, but when the lights came back on after 6 hours of dark she was perked right back up and I immediately started LST to try and develop an even canopy. She is still feeding 4 times per day on Silica, CalMag, and GH maxi gro veg nutes. This light is an absolute beast, I now have it cranked up to 50% in the V1 stage, and it continues to keep everything green and more importantly with tight internode spacing. I will continue to LST for a few more weeks and transition her to flower nutrients once her vertical grow stops on its own or if I need it to stop due to height constraints. Thanks for stopping by, stay safe, and Blaze On! 💪 Website: https://medicgrow.com/ https://growdiaries.com/grower/medicgrowled

Checked the fast bud Cherry Cola and gorilla cookies in paper towel and it had a nice tap root so it went in to the the Ocean from Fox farm with the center using a starter seed CoCo mix. So now we have two seed planted with tap roots in soil with clear solo cup over the top with some spritzes of water in the cup to keep the humidity up over the seed until they pop through the soil.

They look like about another month on most of them. I'm interested in how big the buds will get, I'm used to having a big main cola instead of an even canopy. The dirty aquarium water has been doing great through flowering so far, no nitrogen toxicity. 3/11/22 - Defoliated for the last time! Defoliated so there's no moisture buildup between leaves, preventing PM. There were so many leaves, it looked pretty like a beautiful bush - but my intuition told me that those are going to hold too much moisture. Now there is enough space for the buds to fill out with even airflow throughout. They don't look as beautifully full after defoliation but they'll be cleaner & easier to trim come the end of flower. Aquarium water only: 6.82pH 395 PPM 73.4⁰F Nutrients added: 5Tbsp unsulphured molasses ¼tsp raw potassium ¼tsp raw phosphorus 2Tbsp concentrate Seaweed 1tsp mycorrhizal fungi powder Aquarium water after nutrients: 5.83 pH 787 PPM 73.4⁰F

Flush is on! A gallon a day each of pH’ed tap water for the next week and a half to 2 weeks. Fall colors galore incoming! One is already going mad purple as I started it on the flush a bit earlier.
