Wow what can I fucking say... A real experience this was. True og x platinum is special cultivator. This freebie was a limited get it or don't this weekend sale only. I was lucky enough to snag some s7, candy cane, and 2 true ogs. The first true og failed due to me trying new germ methods. This one however weather no lights for 8 days with a window seal veg. She them bounced back and grew VIGOROUSLY. With the help of clonex and great white, we were able to top and clone her 2 weeks in veg and with strong lateral roots in 8 days. As week 3 to 4 approached we then transplanted the clones into a new solo which was uneeded I know now. She great rapidly and was then sprayed with 30ppm colloidal silver. This was to prep her for a reversal in hope of a potential keeper just based on her vegetation growth alone. She is incredible man, a really fast grower. As we approached week 5 and 6 of the vegetation process her clones got huge with big fan leaves which is know of the True Og since she is a high Indica hybrid. Her mama was the spread out over theist days of her vegetation cycle and achieved around 32 tops. For and indica she does stretch well but my downfall was not knowing she was indica or "noticing" it by physical traits. I should have given her 8 weeks and then I would have had 64 tops with everything spread out with an impressive lollipop.... maybe 128 one tent?!.. In all honestly I should have given her 8 weeks to create 30 colas instead of bud sites and nice chunky tops. Amazing quality just need the yield... okay back to it.. As the stretch went for around 3 weeks or 20 days, I hsted and lsted where needed to keep an even canopy. She transitions to flower fast and likes bloom around week 3 into 4. She builds heavy frost early on in the first 20 to 30 days to flower. Next time she will definitely go past 70 days. 62 days was definitely pristine and she definitely is a keeper. As mid to late flower set in, I Backed off gradually on the grow and increased on the bloom. I threw in terpinator late but will try near week 4 to 5 next go at her. She stacks incredible fast and well. Each bud created on this monster are dense as golf balls. She then starts to fade around Day 40. The 40s you will see purples and fall colors which then turn into a mix of reds, violets, autumn, and blackish purple. She then throws the most tirchomes once she near day 50. Her bracts bulk hard as they fatten to finish but her pistils which are thin and horse hair like are very very few. This is an amazing feature as her flower to leaf ratio is more hmmm give me bud.. Her terp profile boasts early and bullies other plants until harvest. She smells of berries, just, gas, spice.... honestly it's extremely complex... As I finally pulled her slightly amber on day 62 which was one of her early harvest ranges I'd day 60 to 75 for this strain. She was all cloudy however during the pull. As the mom dried for a couple of days, we pulled some okay numbers and have learned a lot and we also know what to do to triple this harvest number next go.. the clone was also successfully reversed and we believe created f1s true og x plat visions cut and true slurricane by visions... we will updated as soon as we know... Smoke report: OH man... this will be an ongoing thing until Christmas... I won't smoke much more until after march.. She is being saved until I get more. True Og x Plat 💯 hits like a fucking truck. She is a heavy head hitter with body stoning blended in as well which give her a nice balanced hybrid hit. It truly lives up to the platinum lineage tho with inhouses trichome productivity which is sugary and potent on hit almost like the sugar cane 🤔 She is extremely sticky when grinding into a bowl. The bud sticks completely in your top grinder almost every time.. As you smoke her you get the smoothest God damn smoke you'll ever smoke.. The smoke has a diesel pungent sting to the nose immediately after you take a hit. I'd say for a rookie it's probably a no go for you buddy... soon after that you are given the true og coined term "couchlocked" A real winner with other flavors which are extremely complex and can't be named until later--------------->>> The flavors found/ complex terpene profiles given off by this cultivar are I'd say "loud". Very creamy berry kush notes on the jar opening. When you smoke her 2 hits into a bowl, your face with feel red and flushed like a dab would. Shes like smoking pure hash essentially. Thats how greasy she is. On the exhale you experience complex notes but mainly earthy diesel kush funk. Very enjoyable relaxing high. Very potent. 2 friends took 2 hits and said it was too much to function even after that... for an average smoker it needs a warning label 🏷️ True Og X Platinum truly serves its purpose medicinally in large amounts with pain numbing goods and most important sleep. She takes the tension from everyday endeavors and throws that shit in the rear view mirrors. Large amounts induce permanent sleep. This is highly recommended as a night time smoke which worms great with my lifestyle. I really enjoyed growing this cultivar. The only thing I regret is not giving her 2 more weeks in veg. I would have capitalized instead of just getting some. Would have doubled if not tripled my harvest numbers. OH well. There will be a volume 2 shortly 😀 Update: No clone seeds. Pollen was kept. I believe it was due to using a store bought ppm. Nearly 35 days I think to get some pollen. Wasn't strong enough to reverse in a timely fashion for pollination. I'll grab a clone from wicked however and still continue crosses however. Rawtton will get some true og pollen however. All is not lost.

Day 61: For this week I needed to do some adjustments. Because of not having much time for 1.5-2 weeks and the beautifull weather I kind of lacked interest in them. So I didn't notice that the fresh air flow didnt reached a corner with plants, which resulted in them having heat problems and therefore falling behind. You can see this in the last 2 pictures. The buds stretched and didnt swell. It looks small and silly. Lets hope they will get better but I won't expect them to be as nice and thick as the others. Since I grow alot of plants, I do not mind, it doesn't harm me. I lifted a fan up and changed some plants location.

Hey all! Reminder: MIDDLE PLANT IS GSC #1. BOTTOM LEFT PLANT IS GSC #2. (Bottom right is mystery seed, two in the back are FastBuds Gelato - which you can't even see anymore haha. This diary is only focusing on the GSC plants). Wow, the growth has been insane. The girls are touching the edges of the tent, and you can almost get lost telling what's what in this sea of green! The bud sites are definitely showing signs of swelling up. Unfortunately I dealt with some nute burn on both plants, more on one than the other, but I flushed them twice with PH'd water and it seemed to have stopped it spreading. Definitely was feeding too much. Stuck to the dosage guidelines but feel I did not give enough plain water in between nute-water feedings (actually none at all until I flushed them). Man. They are huge plants. Underestimated how big these would actually get! I CANNOT WAIT to start seeing fat buds! As I mentioned before, I have been taking a tolerance break for most of this grow and I will continue to do so until harvest (day 25 of the tolerance break today). Hi guys Entering week 6 on the 4 strain fastbuds 420 auto tent Grown under the marshydro tsl2000. Major defoliation done yesterday and lollipopping. I no there autos and you shouldn't do this 🤣🤣🤣 never affectes them in my opinion. Few plants are in need of some calmag so I will give them some tomorrow. Some nice colors on the cherry cola 💜 ill keep you all updated.

A lot of growth this week, the back right is rather spindly and tall compared to the rest so will need to train her down quite a bit I think. I have some soft ties coming in the post tomorrow so will be doing some extensive LST over the next few days, aiming to spread out taller plants and giving the shorter ones a chance to catch up. I did do some HST this week, but I botched a few up and had to add a splint to one of them. The tall one also has a couple yo-yo supports as she was leaning over a little bit. PH swings are less frequent but do happen from time to time, went as low as 4.7 PH during lights out but doesn’t seem to have affected them. I am determined to have an even canopy by the end of the transition period this time 💪

Hallo liebe growmies, ich hoffe euch geht es allen gut! die Woche war wieder eine erfolgreiche Woche 😁 ich muss sagen ich bin erstaunt wie gut die runde bis jetzt läuft und wie schön sich meine Ladys entwickelt haben, bis jetzt habe ich noch keine Mängel vernehmen können und die Damen sind meines Erachtens nach auf dem besten Weg zur sicheren ernte aber nun zur Woche Am 08.03.23 also einen Tag bevor diese Woche begann habe ich den compost Tee angesetzt dafür habe ich 2,5L Wasser was ich ja eh in der Tonne ab stehen lasse entnommen und habe es in einen leeren behälter von destilliertem Wasser getan, dem ganzen habe ich 2x luftstein hinzu gefügt mit Belüftung's Pumpe (Eheim 200) eine kleine mini heizung für 8 L Aquarien (regelbar) auf 20 Grad eingestellt. Dem ganzen habe ich dann 15g/L wasser compost Tee (37,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) hinzu gefügt bactrex drauf 1g/L wasser (2,5g bei 2,5L Wasser) und 5ml/L orgatrex ( 12,5ml bei 2,5/L wasser) gab es auch noch hinzu das ganze habe ich dann 24 h belüftet und bei ca 20 Grad Wassertemperatur gebraut (Bactrex gab es jetzt 1x bei dieser gabe hinzu,bei dem nächsten compost Tee fällt bactrex dann weg) hab jeder Pflanze von dieser Lösung jeweils 0,5L an die Pflanzen basis gegossen vorher habe ich die Ladys aber natürlich Gewässer mit 2,5L Wasser und Dann Die Lösung oben drauf. Danach saß ich Dann knapp 4 Std vor dem Zelt und hab ausgeschnitten unten rum (alle Blätter und Triebe unter dem netzt entfernt) danach hab ich noch ca 1 Std damit verbracht Triebe von oben heraus zu entfernen die zu dicht an anderen standen ( war echt nicht einfach da nicht zu viel weg zu schnippeln) aber ich glaube ich bin auf nem guten Weg. Den Rest der Woche habe ich nur noch gehofft das sich die Pflanzen gut erholen von dem was ich ihnen angetan habe, und hab die Fächer Blätter so gut wie es geht täglich runter gedrückt unters netzt damit genug Licht eindringen kann in den Baldachin, aber irgendwie hat die Damen das harte ausrasieren nicht wirklich gestört da wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist der stretch immer noch in gange ist, aber schon deutlich weniger geworden zum Ende dieser Woche. Am Sonntag dem 12.03.23 gab es nur Wasser zum trinken hab jetzt 3,5L Wasser gegossen und somit den Topf komplett mit Wasser gefüllt es kamen dabei ungefähr 20 ml Wasser unten raus, was halb so wild ist, aber immer hin Weiss ich jetzt die gieß menge um den Topf gleichmäßig zu füllen. 😎 Ahuuu, siebente Woche und sie wachsen und wachsen, trotz hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit ist nirgends Schimmel zu finden. Was mich sehr glücklich macht. Das bekämpfen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit ist gar nicht so einfach, zumal die Temperatur nicht optimal zu regeln ist für einen guten VPD Wert. Es ist noch viel zu tun und ich freu mich drauf.

Going into week 2 of flowering and shes looking pretty nice if I may say so my self. I've been trying to make her as flat and wide as possible for the last few weeks with some LST using paper clips. For the last few weeks the pH was raising daily from 5.5 all the way to around 6.6 over night so I would have to go back every day and add some pH down to bring it back to 5. I was thinking it was due to light getting into the reservoir so I added more black out to the bucket and for the last 3 nights I've checked the pH has been steady at 5.7 so I'm thinking I solved that problem.

This girl grew up to be 77 days old. She grew short and without training, focused most of her energy to her main top cola. Even with the cheap Chinese leds shes got dense and really does pack a punch with a strong aroma and flavor. I'm thinking I should probably get more of these beans while they're are still available because she could easily be end up being added to the favorites list. I'll probably put a few nugs away for a long term cure. She was a pleasure to grow.

Harvest was easy pulled all fan leafs off five days ago but left bud leafs on top to help drying process and it makes trimming easier as you can see I trim plant as it stands then I cut branches off or the whole plant. Only took 1hr to harvest.

One of my favourite plants to grow so far. I learned a TREMENDOUS amount, especially all the ins and outs of supercropping. Although I did end up breaking my stalk, she turned out quite nice! I can definitely see myself supercropping plants in the future just to play around. The terpenes are also really nice on this girl. I can't wait to make some bubble hash and rosin. And I generally can't wait to grow this girl again knowing what she needs now in terms of training. Will also be nice to see the difference with organic dry amendments vs the FF wet nutrients I used.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is measured in decisions, not dreams. Dopamine release is not the pursuit of happiness; it's the happiness of the pursuit. "Mens Dei" Cannabis buds can expand or swell in warmer conditions, but this is not necessarily a desirable effect. High temperatures can cause the buds to become airy and loose, reducing their density and potentially impacting potency and aroma. First 4 weeks flower, blazing hot expansion of buds, 4 weeks after cool off? Why?? What can be made to expand, airy and loose, can also be made to contract, dense and tight. Why? Trichomes do not discriminate, although we like to think of trichomes' primary purpose as being to get us high; they are there to provide photoprotection (sunscreen). Trichomes apply themselves based on area dimensions; the more area = the more trichomes in order to protect. Different from density: Trichomes, the resinous glands on plants, are often produced in response to stress, including high light intensity. This increased production can lead to denser trichome coverage on the plant, stress, stress, stress, stress is the signal. There is a certain beauty in watching the large water-filled buds once swollen to the brim slowly shrink during drying, as the surface areas contract, the trichomes just cluster up to form denser and denser coatings, already dense from high light intensities, UVB exposure, and IPS, and every other stressor I could tweak. Trichomes, the resinous glands on cannabis plants, are often produced in response to various forms of stress. These stresses can be environmental, like excess light(HIL) or UV-B radiation, temperature fluctuations, or drought, or mechanical, such as wind, pruning, or even the weight of the plant's own buds. Not so much a "master" grower as a master of stress. Psssst. Tip. Trichomes fill with "antioxidants," including THC. Ant"ox"idants, The production of antioxidants in plants is intricately linked to their oxidative apparatus. The plant has limited oxidative capacity/apparatus. During daytime photosynthesis, a large percentage of that oxidative capacity is tied up in protecting the plant. During the night, plants alter their metabolic pathways. This leads to a far more focused production of specific antioxidants, like THC. Plants also produce antioxidants during the day. Excess light, for example, can trigger the production of excess antioxidants as part of their defense mechanisms against reactive oxygen species (ROS). The differential ROS production by blue and IR light can have significant biological consequences. For example, high levels of ROS induced by blue light can lead to cell damage and death, while lower levels of ROS produced by IR light may be involved in beneficial cellular signaling pathways. Long nights under the IR (very low ROS), the boost in cellular respiration, and the boost in energy production. In a perfect world, I'd give the plant a shock treatment of 60DLI in 4 hours and give her the other 20 hours to perform cellular respiration under IR. The stress of those 4 hours would be rigorous and full of stress abound, 1800-2000ppm CO2 is easy for a couple of hours during daylight, it's maintaining it that's hard, but 4 hours is very doable with nothing but a little extra "carbon sugar" in your medium every other night during the first 4 weeks of flower. In my opinion, you only need to jack CO2 for those first 4 weeks of flower to see maximal output, after that it's all about trichome preservation, everything else comes second. Without the temps to assist with metabolism, CO2 is reduced to normal levels along with temps 4-5th week of flower. Buds are primarily composed of water. Developing flower buds, like other plant tissues, require a significant amount of water for growth and turgor pressure, which helps maintain their structure and firmness. Turgor pressure in plant cells is primarily generated by osmosis, but transpiration plays a crucial role in maintaining it. The optimal internal leaf surface temperature for photosynthesis at 1800-2000ppm CO2 is likely in the upper range of 97°F, meaning ambient would need to sit at 102°F-ish or thereabout for full metabolic utilization. That's putting your transpirational pulling force x5 x6 maybe x7 of what it would be if she were cruising at 68F. "My buds won't fatten, what can I do!!" Crank that bitch. If your purpose was to blow up a balloon as fast as you can, as much as you can, would you use 2x force or x5 Force to do so? Bad analogy, but you get the idea. Kiss. Optimize photosynthesis & VPD by day, cellular respiration by night. TECHNICALLY: "While transpiration and cellular respiration are both ongoing plant processes, they are not neatly separated into day and night.
