18/12 - Harvest Day! One is very big and the otther is a miniature...i would love to master this One day 🤣

Week 1 Flower We finally got the Surf Purp siblings into the flower tent Playboiis! 👍 Now they'll be growing at a faster rate throughout the transitional period, silicon has been increased a bit so they stay thick and strong, and also bendable if needed. Remo grow has been significantly reduced whilst remo bloom is now being added at the same strength as micro. A very small amount of Astro flower is being added too. Epsom Salts has been doubled along with Cal-Mag being upped very slightly. I always feed at 5.9pH when in the transitional period/stretch and then increase to 6pH once in full bloom. This is to slowly transition their pH to 6 as this is a better pH for the required nutrients throughout flower. Because they haven't yet had the usual maintenance flush after being delayed in veg, I gave them one on Day 6 Flower. They were topped up with a nutrient feeding straight after to ensure they don't go hungry! I checked the ppm and pH of the tun off for each of them before flushing mote water through them. This is to check if they're roots are happy and healthy with a good pH and feeding well, without leaving a high ppm in the run off. The strings that they're under were already there from the previois girls, but was sterilized before putting the Surf Purps in. These were enough to move all the branches required to open them up and spread them out evenly. Because I'm only flowering under one light, the two outer plants (1&3) won't be getting the same intensity as the other two, so they'll more than likely produce smaller, less dense flowers (if they're female). It's just something that'll need to be considered when picking a keeper as they could produce the same, or bigger flowers if given the same intensity as the other two. I placed the two tallest plants at the back as they look like they'll stretch the most out of the bunch, so it makes the two smaller plants at the front easier to see and tent to the canopy. They were all given a good defoliation on Day 7 to slow their stretch, now that their growing at a much faster rate. We'll soon see their pre flowers to determine what sex they all are! Just recorded a video this week. Nothing has changed. They are vibing with some bigger sisters. Some plain water is sprayed every other day. The first seeds that popped were transplanted to a bigger container and some others already popped

Plant fully recovered. I am really surprised because of the buds development. I had to use some vegetation fertilizer for the leaves color.

Day 28 to 35 26C 65%RH 32DLI Girls going crazy, cant say much, just did some defol of old leaves, LST with topping on day 29 they got Vita Race spray started doing dipping of pots into water 2-3 times a week so they dont dry out on outside so quickly (big problem of textile pots) Will post more videos on day 34

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

Welcome to Week 1 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Autoflowering grow courtesy of the fine folks at Sweet Seeds! This is the second of three consecutive grows/diaries that I am doing to showcase the tried and tested genetics from this reputable seed breeder. My last grow was a smashing success so I have high hopes for this grow as well. Nothing much to report for Week #1 although I will mention that the first watering was only 0.7 of a litre per plant (0.18 of a litre per plant per day) and the second was 1.4 litres per plant (0.35 of a litre per plant per day). I am watering on my usual schedule of every fourth day as this seems to be the sweet spot throughout past grows. I am using the usual- air bubbled tap water that is PH’d to around 6.0 and if need be (over the winter months in Canada) warmed to 68-70 degrees prior to hand watering with a small watering can. The seedling that lost one of it’s cotyledon leaves is fine but still a little smaller than her sisters. So now on to Mom’s tip of the week… Mom’s Tip for Week #1 is- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- QUALITY IS KEY!… When considering growing Cannabis, even on a small scale, quality is an important factor in all aspects from the seeds to set up to the supplies used throughout the grow. Starting with seeds from a established breeder will raise the odds considerably in your favour for a successful outcome. Many seed companies are more than willing to ship out freebies while building up their brands which seems attractive to new growers- but use at your own risk! There’s nothing worse than being halfway through a grow and discovering male flowers tucked in amongst the lowest branches or realizing that your beautiful buds have been mysteriously pollinated just weeks before harvest. I know that seeds from a reputable seed breeder are usually more expensive and can be hard to access in certain parts of the world. But purchasing quality seeds from a reputable seed company is the first step towards homegrown Cannabis success. An area that new growers often overlook due to the high price is the quality of crucial components in their set up- including tent, lights, and intake/exhaust fans. Anyone can get away with cheaper pots, oscillating corner fans, water pumps for dechlorination, etc but it’s worth every penny investing into the workhorses of your entire operation. An initial investment of around two thousand dollars will provide serious growers with the longevity and hassle free basics needed. If done right, quality components will pay for themselves within the first 6-12 months of use and continue to serve your needs for 3-5 years to come. Supplies used throughout the grow are the final area where quality is important but somewhat subjective too. Although I’ve already stated that I don’t feel the need to spend big dollars on all the extras (pots, oscillating fans, water pumps for dechlorination, PH/moisture meters, etc- I do believe in doing my homework to make sure that I’m getting the best bang for my buck. I thoroughly research every item purchased and used in my grows by reading customer reviews, speaking with other growers and sometimes even trial and error at my own expense. Making quality an important factor in all aspects of Cannabis cultivation will benefit you, your grows and the planet we live on. 🌳🌎🌳

Началась новая неделя сегодня я заменил питательный раствор на новый и сделал его немного покрепче все в пределах таблицы кормления теперь он в значении 700 ppm а PH также я держу в пределах 5,6 тот цветок ,что в земле после пересадки я пока не поливал растения выглядят хорошо ,но растут немного медленно а в общем вроде не плохо 😎

She’s taking her sweet time now! I found a nanner and pulled it off, but I have to keep an eye out. You can see from the trichome shots that she is not ready yet... thinking maybe 1-2 more weeks—-hoping for sooner. Going to start a flush because of the leaf yellowing. Otherwise, she’s moving along! ✌️🏻💚🌿💨
