Now we've reached day 41 The situation here is starting to get really very interesting, the flowers are starting to swell and well too, the plant is taking a full flower shape and there is also a super scent. The plant is growing, we have started giving fertilizers for flowering again to avoid going into shortage. We wait to see the flowers and you will see... WEEK 4: SHE HAS EXPLODED THIS WEEK! Heavy LST with some light defoliation done throughout the week. No notable deficiencies or toxicities. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ FF Ocean Forest Soil Botanicare Cal-Mag: 4 ml/gal Botanicare Hydroguard: 2 ml/gal Added: Humboldt's Secret Golden Tree 1 ml/gal Reservoir ppm: 250 Reservoir pH: 6.3 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Notes: At the start of this week I added Golden Tree supplement at half dose, and I'm happy with the results. I read some comments about it stinking up your grow room, it is NOT the case for me. I would definitely recommend it, my Pineapple seems to love it. She has sprouted a ton of new shoots this week which have been LST'd to create an even flat canopy (see pics). Through LST and defoliation, my goal is to create 7 or 8 large colas around the perimeter and a bunch of smaller ones in the center (see pics). Using garden ties i bend the main stem down to almost 90 degrees, exposing the lower bud sites to the light. As new bud sites grow, they also get tied down and some light defoliation is done, only removing what blocks the lower bud sites from the light. This means the leaves that face towards the center get clipped, everything else not blocking a bud site stays. She ALWAYS responded positively to the LST and defoliation. Never slowed her down (see time lapse above).

Tricky situation with these as one Hermed so isolated them and let them finish! Still got an amazing result! Can’t actually wait to try these 2! One had fruity and spicy aromas and the other was dank like a deep kushy smell too it!

I spent the week mainly transplanting. I transplanted the Sour Diesels (ILGM) from a Jiffy Pot into a 1 gallon fabric pot.😁 I really didn't have any issues this week everything is going well 👌. The plant(s) recovered 😷 from the transplant like nothing even happened. I would guess in the next week or so I will be transplanting into a 2 gallon pot, depending on how fast she grows. I like to go up 👆 in pot size gradually. I never really believed it made a difference. I would go straight from the Jiffy Pot to my end pot (3 gal, 5gal, whatever). Then I found some 1 gallon and 2 gallon fabric pot at a really good price 😎 so I bought them. I started out just trying a few plants and kept the plants that went straight into the large pots right next to them. To my surprise 😮 I noticed a petty significant difference in growth. Now I figure for a little extra effort 💪 whether it works or not it's worth a shot.

I'm going to try an 1hour/day of UV light. I want to know if it will increase the weight, increase the trichomes, is it true?

The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50's℉, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!🤪💚 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 8/11- Here we go into the FIRST WEEK of flower for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod! She finally finished her preflower stretch, ending up at a nosebleed height of 90" tall! It was such a great sight to look at her yesterday and see little flowers beginning to form. She's going to be a beautiful plant! 8/13- Our weather has cooled off after last weeks tropical system passed and it's nice to have a much needed break from the heat and humidity! I am continuing to water daily with 5-8 gallons of well water from the garden hose. I also went ahead and removed two small branches that were at the very bottom of the Papaya Sherbet that would only take away nutrients from more beneficial areas of the plant. 8/15- Today, I top dressed the Papaya Sherbet with 3 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 Power Bloom which I watered in with well water from the hose. I then applied 1/2 gallon of a nutrient mix I made up in 2 1/2g of well water consisting of: 1/4 cup Neptune's Harvest Seaweed(kelp) plant food and 2 1/2 tsp. of Plantonics Amino Bliss. 8/17- There goes the first full week of flower for this incredibly stunning Papaya Sherbet photoperiod from FastBuds and I can not wait to see her transformation as this lady progresses through flowering! first day of putting into setup forgot to check water temp ended up getting to 77 may also be why #3 started teisting bad. Roots already coming out of bottom seem healthy. I am in growing in my garage I have an ac unit hooked up but still hit temps of just under 80 degrees a few days but got Temps back down around 75 during the day.

I really lost track i have been really busy at work working alot of overtime anyways im currently on week 7 of flowering.. All girls are looking real frosty

I absolutely love to watch them grow! Especially that moment they hit their first growth spurt. I started with RO water that is remineralized for drinking purposes. The ppm is only 18! My tap is 156! So considering they don’t need much water, I’ve been stealing some of our drinking water. The RO water starts at pH of 7. After I add the nutrients, ppm of 249 @ pH of 5.8 while soil is still sweet @ pH of 7 I think my days are off as a new week begins on the last day of the previous week. I am going to leave that for consistency. 04/21 - Noticing some possible nutrient issues with the Fruity Pebbles for several days now. Going to see what she needs. Up front I’m thinking maybe just a super small amount of Amino Acids with a little Epsom Salt. Maybe she is struggling to access the nitrates from the neem cake. IF it’s a issues with nitrogen. We will see. Maybe she would benefit from some extra calcium?… Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Day 22 and I am noticing how these girls have been burning up a lot of potassium lately, dealing with the wind and sun 💨 ☀️, getting pushed around all day. I plant to top dress with some Kelp Meal pretty soon. Day 24 -> 4/22/22- a quote from the weather on today’s red flag warning and dust storm warning. “ HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Satellite imagery. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.” I’m keeping the girls inside today. Day 26, I was planning to check the runoff on some of these girls, especially the fruity pebbles, however I messed that up as I also top dressed WAY too much of the seaweed bliss. So I flushed with plain RO water at pH of 7 until there was only slight coloration in the runoff. I didn’t check the runoff as a lot has changed with all that flushing. So next watering/feeding I will make sure I check the runoff on multiple plants. So the seaweed bliss with its 17 on potassium, seems to be the most likely culprit for why there is a bronze-ish color on the inside of the new growth. Hopefully a foliar feed of Epsom salts can correct the problem. Inside tent, lights on LOW. Noticing similar pattern in all of them to a degree, most noticeable in the fruity pebbles.
