Week 8 This week i ´ve been defoliating the cookies and stopped to give them nuts after some signs of stress on leaves, they are curling up and get burn out on their tips, this is most visible on pot 1 who´s appearing to be a sativa pheno! On the other hand Pot 2 who appears to be more indica pheno are showing more resistance to nuts! I Just been feeding them with ph water and have increase the distance for the ligths, I dont relate the burns on my leaves from that but with the temperatures on outside changing so drastic and the entire grow been heated and sealed (in order to save some money on energy) i only opened the windows to refresh the air two or tree times this week for a couple of hours generaly at 12 oclock to dont have my temps changing from 22 degres to 8 degres 😱, not the best conditions and not my easiest grow but what can i say? You can look them an judge... to me they are fucking Hero´s... They became thirsty, suffered from insufficient air flow, suffered slight burns for 24 hours of continuous light from the seed until now and still suffered from excessive fertilization but the ladies didn't fall off their high heels 🙌

Well after splitting the Girls up due to space it’s looking like the HPS Ladies are almost ready looking we’ll ahead of LED ones also buds are fatter with HPS but would say the LED ones look healthier looking if that makes sense

This was the final week. Very satisfied with this harvest. She was just in the process to turn beautifully reddish/purple - but trichomes were exactly at the right point for harvesting so with a heavy heart she got the axe! Will update this one with actual dried flower pictures as well as a smoke/vape report in the coming days.

They had 48 hrs of darkness, and the time has come to say goodbye to my friends. I thanked them again, spend some time with them, and under the sound of Amazonian shaman's harvest and healing songs (will post link), asked for their gifts, and apologized for taking their lives. I do this while in contact with the plants, touching, smelling them, observing every detail, no thoughts, just in the present moment. I feel emotional as I do this and remember how they were a companion, a source of distraction in a time of worry, sadness, and loss. How they already comforted me and kept me company in a time of painful insights about honesty, commitment, and staying true to myself. I thank them again for their wisdom and gifts, viva Santa Maria, viva Planta Maestra, may the mother of all beings give us healing and protection. And I proceed with the harvest as I visualize my intentions with every cut. Branch by bud laden branch is tenderly untangled from the scrog net, taken with a clean-cut and immediately hung upside down in the grow tent, which will now double as a curing and drying room. A couple more weeks and we will have the final cured and dried weight. More photos and movies will follow, this is where we are so far!! So the grow had dried in 7 days, what I wanted to be 14 at least. Thankfully, its Sativa ancestry shines through, the smoke isn't harsh, the buds a sticky and smelly, no hay smell at all. We ended up at 246 grams, excluding a shitload of larf and popcorn bud, totaling at 310 grams all in, a first at a gram per watt for me, but for the Zambeza seed competition, I stated we would only weigh the quality bud. Overall I'm very happy!! Should I have to buy Gelato of this quality at the dispensary that I frequent, it would cost me at least € 15,-- per gram. 246 x 15 = 3690 euros. also, 49 car rides of 25 miles there and back, 250 euros in gas saved. I started the week super cropping. Each of these babies is looking great now.

Hot and dry lately, she's getting big! Must of FIM'ed another 8 branches, topped the very top to try and keep the height under control! She's already started showing preflowers which is crazy early to me?! So I'm using a 50:50 ratio of Gaia Green All Purpose to Power Bloom for transition every 3 weeks. Excited to see how much stretch I'll get into flower. If she's starting flowering this early hopefully she'll be done by end of Sept!

Second week of flora is complete, a few days ago she decided to show herself as a beautiful girl 💅🏻💅🏻💅🏻. Good development, very good structure and looking forward to the next few weeks.. 🏻💪🏻

Bienvenidos cultivadores de marihuana clandestinos, y también, a los que tienen la fortuna de no serlo!🖐️👨‍🌾 PROBLEMAS: ayer detecté alrededor y dentro de la cáscara de la semilla ácaros, sólo en esta maceta, espolvoreé tierra de diatomeas, pero reconocí los síntomas, hoy había más bichos comiéndose el brote y ya lo habían desprendido del minúsculo tallo, me ha ocurrido otras veces y no me gusta, es un síntoma claro de semillas viejas o mal almacenadas. He quitado la semilla y el sustrato alrededor, he revisado con lupa el sustrato superior y he puesto otra semilla a germinar, he actualizado la fecha de germinación, ya veremos que pasa. ROYAL PURPLE KUSH, sativa dominante de altura corta y puede que aporte algún color a la temporada. El crecimiento vegetativo es vigoroso y permite una infraestructura abundante, lo que da como resultado múltiples colas "castillo" grandes, fragantes e incrustadas de THC. El distintivo sabor dulce de la madre Black Afghani se ve realzado por los sabores picantes y frutales del padre Bubba Kush Kush, lo que le da a Royal Purple Kush un sabor complejo y de otro mundo que debe experimentarse. El subidón es bien equilibrado, a la vez enérgico y sereno... viva sativa!! ===================================================================== Comienzo la temporada de cultivos de primavera/verano, con la mismas ganas y emoción de siempre, muchas sativas dominantes para aprovechar el fantástico sol de primavera durante toda la etapa de crecimiento vegetativo, cultivaré en modo mixto interior/exterior hasta la floración, procuraré que las plantas tengan la mayor cantidad de horas de luz posible y como voy a tener que mover mucho las macetas del interior al exterior, voy a cultivar en macetas de 10L para no partirme la espalda. También voy a estrenar tres nuevos Bio Fermentados Solubles basados en Microorganismos de Montaña (MM) y Pasto Fermentado para crecimiento vegetativo y otros dos para floración y que están en fermentación anaeróbica desde el 18/06/22, también otros hidrolizados enzimáticos de aminoácidos e hidrolizados potásicos complejos de ácidos húmicos y fúlvicos con minerales, conforme los vaya abriendo hablaré sobre ellos... pero aviso, esta temporada voy a muerte, sin piedad, quiero experimentar hasta donde puedo llegar con alimentación forzada en macetas, no busco amigos, busco cultivos descomunales para llenar mi saco de marihuana... He preparado un sustrato ligero, bien aireado, con perlita, fibra de coco, bocashi de algas, Biochar con MM y humus de lombriz; lo puse en macetas de tela de 0.45L (7x12cm) porque quiero trasplantar cuanto antes a la maceta definitiva. Hice una mezcla de riego para humedecer todo el sustrato: Agua de manantial de montaña con miel natural de brezo (azúcares, enzimas, minerales, vitaminas...), auxinas caseras de frijol negro (hormonas, enraizante) y 1% de mi Bio Mix para crecimiento vegetativo con Microorganismos Eficientes (EM), minerales y nutrientes básicos, con esta mezcla comienzo la inoculación de microbiología al sustrato, la miel es un excelente enraizante y aporta energía a los Microorganismos para que se propaguen... a continuación elegí la semilla más bonita y la enterré en el sustrato y se dejó ver a los 9 días, las bajas temperaturas retrasaron la germinación de todas las semillas de esta temporada, pero todas han germinado! Al principio, encapsulo las macetas para mantener la humedad muy alta en la maceta y favorecer así la germinación, mantengo el encapsulado hasta que la plántula se ha desprendido totalmente de la cáscara de la semilla. Después de 24h he comenzado a exponerla a la luz, durante la noche bajo la luz de la lampara Vipar P1000 al 20% de potencia (20w) y a unos 15cm de las macetas, por el día cerca de una ventana, evitando el sol directo... todo por la causa! 🖐️👨‍🌾😁 Hasta la próxima... Plant #1 (bushy, lanky pheno, skinny buds absolutely COVERED in trichs) Harvested at 56 days or exactly 8 weeks from 12/12 flip. Had a good 75-80% cloudy, 10% amber, and a few clear trichs. Dried at 48-59% RH, 3 days hanging/ rack drying and was dry enough for me to put into jars (few hours open, few hours closed) early tester smoke was phenomenal! Super heady high, lasted a good 2-3 hours for me and I am an all day dab and flower smoker! That's saying something to me! I cant wait to smoke her once it cures a bit more, super excited! Smell is not too overpowering, smells very floral and earthy, complete opposite of plant #2 (garlic-y, funky, cookie heavy smell 🤤👅 Total weights; Plant #1- 66.2g Plant #2- 65g

Not much to do with Autos. I take a handful of leaves everytime I'm in the tent. Veg thru 2-3 weeks of flower.

Bubble Kush is growing vigorously still, at present the largest plant, approximately 2ft in diameter. Watering with full strength nutes when dry. Ps. I'm not going into any detail, as grow diaries keeps cutting off these comments. Thanks for checking out my diary 🍃 ✌️

Veg Week 4. Excellent week. 6th node appears. Looked at the leaves, and my guess, we are good to top. Topped plant on the 16th. As of 5 days later, the plant appears to have recovered and has started growing nicely again. We should be completing the 2nd topping within 10 days at most if I am correct.
