Week 8: Water and wait This Lady is SUCH a blast to watch!!!! Her giant colas and sugary orange nugs just sparkle with resin. The structure is GREAT for avoiding bud rot which would be my major concern here. She has been flushing for a week. I assume she has 1 or 2 more in her. Really excited to write this smoke report.

New grow and with come its own issues I started nutrients to late and had a heat issue but all that has subsided this week a did a little defoliation and made sure to revamp nutrients

The ladies are doing well. Cant complain really but the hard work is yet to come. The different strains are getting bushy and the Blue Gelato #2 has the biggest canopy thus far. They all have been transplanted into 3gall pots. No strong smell even from stem rubbing but the orange Sherbet has a distinctive smell that's so citrusy. feeding has gone well this week. I may run into a pending issue when i bring out the 4x4 tent as I have been using a 2x2 for most of the veg period.Lets see what challenges week 8 brings to this run. The Vanilla Kush is taking training so well. So short and stumpy.

Hey guys, what's up? Here's an update on a new week of vegetative growth for this beautiful Strawberry Cola Sherbet from Sweet Seeds, which is developing quite well, although I had to interrupt fertilization due to a small root blockage, a mineral buildup because the pH meter has been miscalibrated for some strange reason and I had to water at least twice with an incorrect pH, which has caused the plant to be unable to absorb these minerals. I have already watered with distilled water, adjusting the pH to 6.0. I hope it will return to normal within a week and I will fertilize again gradually, as I expect it to bloom in 1 or 2 weeks. I will keep you updated and you will see the progress. A STRONG HUG FUMONES,💀😍

16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

Green crack is deffo the little weirdo in the tent but she’s showing signs of healthy growth so she gets to hang around , transplanted into 15L pots midweek for the next week or so then I’ll transplant again into 28L pots for the run home

Plant starts off slower than others. But once she’s in flower and starts packing on resin and changing colors, everything changes. The plant reeks of funky terps and citrus and just stinky goodness. The colors are crazy ranging from pink to blue and purple. Highly recommend this strain and she produces super fat sticky buds. She’s a keeper.

Not much to report this week, the trichomes are still milky. My feeling is that it will take another 2-3 weeks until they are ready to harvest. Until then, I will continue with the fertilizer scheme. The smell of both strains is very pleasantly fruity (citrus) and I continue to monitor the VPD value and temperatures. This time there are no pictures and only videos they show better the development, in the time lapse you can still see a growth in the flowers, slow but there is still growth.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying' and remains the 'Frost Queen' in the run she is a VERY happy girl! The #2 pheno, while different from her sister, is looking gorgeous and starting to really ramp up her trichome production! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking amazing with a generous coating of trichomes covering their flowers, especially on the #1 phenotype and both have developed a funky sweet, creamy aroma! Week 6 I'll start first with the Purple Lemonades. PL2 unfortunately is a lost cause; she's just wasting time and resources. Time to go, RIP PL2 🙏 PL1 is super stunted but seems to be fattening up nicely. The nodes are so tightly packed together she may turn into one big nug however, that makes tasks like defoliation difficult to perform. I so badly what to see this girl through she looks amazing but that's nothing compared to her smell which is INCREDIBLE!! At distance there's chocolaty notes but up close, she smells like Skittles with more of a tang, i've never smelled anything like it. To say i'm really looking forward to smoking it is an understatment. The Pineapple's are continuing to develope very well. They both have slowed growing in height and are now busy packing on those buds. They're both nuggin up nicely. Water intake has now gone upto 3 Ltrs for the pineapples which seems to last them a few days. There has been a few unseasonal days of 30° + this week so i've had to offer a little respite from the high UV. Going into week 6 I just need to keep on controlling those pests. Miguel seems to have moved on so i'll need to keep an extra eye out. I'm also hoping for a flowering stretch in the lemonade to give those buds a bit of breathing space.
