So here we go, our first grow under indoor conditions using a DWC (Deep Water Culture) 8xBucket system.But wait ...theres more!! We will now also be showing you guys a traditional South African Sun Outdoor Grow using a self made 3 Tyre flower pot which takes i access of about 75ltrs of Soil (19.8 gallons) during our peak season which starts in September 2021 and Lasts till January 2022. Did also try to Germinate Barneys Farm "Auto Tangerine Dream" but had all three seeds fail their germination period so we have had them replaced with Divine Seeds "Auto Amnesia" which we will be featuring in our next Grow.

Plant is growing really quick, it started slowly but with a good root system it started to grow and grow non-stop. As you can see at the timelapse of the last week it also went outside of the recording frame. As commentedbefore it had signs of some over fertilization and it still has a bit of it, but i think it will go further. day 27 update. the signs of over fertilization are increasing at some leave tip, but i will wait more to take action. One thing is secure now, this plant needs less nutrients than the GHE table shows. I will wait about 1 week more which according to seed bank and some diaries is the aprox time remaining to start flowering and will apply 70-80% recommended dose.

Day 36 preflower stage, should see buds forming within the next several days or so. WE ARE AT WAR!!!! Applied a pouch of nematodes to every pot to kill the fungus gnat at its larval stage. Which has been gnawing on my roots! Increased the sticky traps to trap the flying f*<|{£rs. Will reapply more nematodes in 10 days to kill the next generation. Then hopefully that’ll be all! Don’t overwater folks. Fungus gnats suck! Hopefully last hiccup of the grow. Cheers everyone. Good luck on your grows. Day 41 and I’d say we’re officially in flower. Seein those hairs real good now. We’re still experiencing a rather annoying fungus gnat infestation which has really stunted these ladies. This is entirely my own doing by more than likely overwatering them, creating the problem. Sighs… lower stems grew considerably, which has me optimistic as to the potential yield. I won’t know till stretch is over to gauge my yield. Hopefully Fastbuds amazing genetics can help me fix my f up. 🤞 Day 45 and were on our second round of treatment with nematode packs. I have moved the grow lights up substantially as to hopefully help with the discoloration of my leaves. I believe it to be light stress from the lightening around the edges and some brown tips. Some of them are curled upwards so thst could also be nutrient burn. I have asked a question about it to hopefully get the help of someone more experienced than iam. Good luck growing my friends🍻 Day 48 I ripped open my nematodes packs and mixed in the first couple inches. The top few inches of soil are now aerated better. Hopefully things will improve. Seem to look better since I moved the light up. Stretch ladies… stretch watering at 6.0 to hopefully lower the ph of my girls. I could do the viniger method? Or sulfur. July 19: Hi guys and girls, that past has been an interesting week. I have already collected a Cream Cookies and a Zkittlez from the 420 FastBuds and can report the first report in the C.C.C. The other plants grow strong and others are almost ready to be harvested. For example, the Zkittlez that has completed its flowering under the LED lamp is already receiving only water like a second cream Cookies. I must say that comparing the plants grown and flowered under the HPS lamp and the LED lamp I don't find many differences, both plants have produced very dense and resinous buds. As you can also read in my journal C.C.C. both the Cream Cookies and the Zkittlez become part of my favorite varieties 😉 In the pictures you can see how the LSD-25 is a real purple variety. At his side is the Purple Glam Kush from BulkSeeds, which has nothing in purple except the name, but which is producing a considerable amount of buds with the latter plant. Back on the LSD-25 I have to admit that it is really beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. In the future I will make better ones. The Lemon AK and the Six Shooter have grown considerably in height and for this reason I have practiced the FIM with other smaller plants. July 24: This week I tried for the first time to make a resin extract using the BHO system, although instead of Butane I used Dimetyl Ether, a gas made for this kind of extractions made by Daxso. For many years I have used waste to make good hashish using the ice-olator method (water ice and sieves) and recently I also bought a bubbler machine because I am lazy 😆 In recent months, however, I have seen many videos on Youtube of people who made high quality resins with the BHO system and I decided to try. I purchased and used a 50 cm extractor, but I've already bought another one smaller than 30 cm that I want to fill with just buds. I made my first excerpt and could follow the steps in the video I uploaded. Unfortunately to smoke I will have to wait until next week when my new Focus V Card V2 arrives, but as soon as I get there I will keep you updated 😋

4 weeks cure buds@54% RH Smoke report: Smooth smoke, at inhale we got a subtle sweetness rolling over the back of the tongue with under it a slight herby flavor, immediate a warmness goes to the head Then the pine/herbs taste start to take the lead at the exhale which is very pronounced.

Hi guys, so I chopped the little gelatocake 3 days ago and its hanging in 55% humidity and 15°f, I have taken a sample bud, you no how it is lol. Sherbert mimosa are struggling along and going purple 💜 bit cold here lately, starting to fatten up a bit now, the baby photos are growing fast but need repoting. Happy growing guys 💜💚💪

W10F and the end is near. The bud sites are small and internodes are spaced far apart. I neglected them and let the light intensity get too high during stretch. They are pretty frosty though. Fade has started and they are displaying nice colours

Ok so I’m not afraid to say 7.7oz shocked me on the wet weight, I had a goal of 1oz dry being a first time grower, factoring mistakes, this and that so I guess we’ll see if what comes as I read up to 75% in weight can be lost in drying and curing….so fingers crossed I hit my goal 🤞 I harvested based on the 1st photo, I cut a small piece of bud off the main cola at the bottom to really check it under a scope and saw red headed trichomes, so checked the lowest flower and had the same results (photo 1), this was after I’d asked a question earlier based on a photo I took on a leaf and was advised to check the buds instead…so thanks for that info there 👍 Also a big thanks for the comments the looks at this diary. Really looking forward to the next couple of weeks and seeing how the rest of this little venture pans out…I guess we just have to stay tuned😊🤘🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 12 Oct 2021: Harvested 16 Oct 2021: Plant seemed completely dry today which surprised me a little so I snapped stems and yus sir they were ready to be trimmed down….icky sticky, earthy, diesel, piney smells were the hints that were hitting me as I was trimming away, I have a lot of airy buds, which is on me! As a First time grower, until I actually got growing and started to understand the complexity and importance of keeping cannabis growing in stable conditions with par values on lights, feed schedules, trying to keep negative pressure in the tent with passive intake vents, adding lights, humidifier, dehumidifier, more fans…a learning experience indeed and not one I’ll be shying away from. Anyway there’s me blabbing on…..dry weight time 👀 38g/1.3oz and roughly 13g trim so I am extremely happy that even though I’ll probably lose about 8% of this during the cure, I think I made my 1oz goal of smokeable bud 🤘😊🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 A smoke report is due in 4 weeks when it’s had a bit of time to do what it needs to do!

Buds are starting to take proper shape now, second quickest of the four I have now although the sweet tooth did get topped possibly slowing it down. Got some bad looking marks on lower leaves some are completely dead. Look like pH or phosphorus. Got a pH test pen on the way tomorrow so will test when I water them. I will update the diary once tested. Tested pH and it looks good at 6.9 so I'm gonna increase bloom nutes cos it could be phosphorus or magnesium.

Only got to start this diary on the third day of germination after I’ve moved the seeds from the toilet paper wrapping to plastic cups.

Another great week of growth , tips and bud arms coming through strong . 55 cm high and 70 cm across at day 33 . I will keep the arm’s seperate by tightening my tie wire as needed and also take any fan leaves off that are shading the bud sites or collecting moisture during the off cycle. Started adding a little bio diesel for flower after doing a coco flush . Hopefully replicate this week again next week .

Good day. From this week my DO SI DOS starts the flowering. Look at the branches- very strong and fully covered with flowers. I defoliate the plant each 3rd day. Very healthy and strong genetic. And there are no smell yet. The plant like to drink a lot - the most dry plant everytime I open my small tent.:) I will add some PK from next week to help progress the flowering.
