Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. Willkommen in Woche sechs! 🌱 Die fünfte Woche lief perfekt – alle Parameter stimmen. Ich habe die Leitfähigkeit des Wassers auf satte 3000 erhöht und den CO2-Gehalt auf 1200 angehoben 🌿. Did this lady in a shared DWC bucket. Great auto yield. No herming and beautiful red buds. Gave the floraflex lineup from veg to bloom. Had some issues with leaves burning up close to the lighting but the buds are a beautiful color and smell like a nice piney gas. Cannot say anything but great things with this plant! Very happy and results are great.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la segunda semana de vida de estas Gorilla melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío , las 3 semillas que germinaron con éxito se colocaron en macetas de 0.6 litros y asomaron 3 , 100% ratio germinado. Voy a necesitar 2 ejemplares de esta variedad, eliminaré la más pocha antes de trasplantar. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. El ciclo de crecimiento puse 18h de luz, el foco está al 75% de potencia. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Hey Growers & Tokers! Sorry for the delay on the weekly updates, had some things I had to attend but I'm back and at it! A week has passed since the 21-day defoliation. These pictures were taken on day 27 of flower. Defoliation is showing its fruits, no signs of stress. Bud sites are growing day by day. Curious to see how these buds develop. I'm hoping the main colas turn out one big bud. Figures crossed. Did a little plucking this week, nothing too noticeable.. Smell is starting to come in, can't quite put my finger on it yet. Still feeding every other day. No signs of deficiencies, that's great. Next week i'll start giving her a PK booster. That's it for this week hope you're enjoying this progress like I am. Nuevamente repito siempre el mismo proceso en el cuidado de la planta en cada etapa. Siempre cuido el ph que para mí es lo más importante en este trabajo. Despúes todo lo demas se puede mejorar.

They are growing really well. One of them might be mini pheno but well see hopefully she'll catch up at some point. Giving them just water to roots and leaf feeding them with seaweed extract.

This week was a very cold week. 13 to 18 degrees during the day and at night like 10 to 13 degrees. Therefore the buds didn't swell properly. Luckly one Critical Kush is still swelling but the other one seems to have slowed down. It's oke, i knew this would happen and the kushes might not finish in time. Might harvest my Shamans at the end of the month. The kushes I will keep until half/end oktober. Since this is only a outside fungrow, I'm not making any effort to heat up the climate by putting heaters arround the plants. Critical Kushes are in their 3th week of flowering. Somehow GD minimalize the videos after putting 10pictures on the diary, Just click on the next picture and click on the right arrow to go to the videos. Have fun looking arround :)

Pros: Well bouyz after 2 weeks of beasties and following a good flush the nugz are stacking up nice and dense. Blue dream have awesome, thick towering branches and no doubt will lead to some monster buds. White widow had some good growth but slower than the others but the trichrome production tops the others. The center gold leaf is still taking the lead on size and will most likely produce the most. Cons: the behemoth gold leaf in the corner would not slow down and is now, I believe, rootbound and possibly suffering from some rot. Select leaves in the center are turning yellow with brown spots and falling off. It doesn't seem to be affecting flowering but I took precaution by giving it a shot of root doctor. The white widow in the center is showing similar signs but at a way lesser extent. Could just be me overreacting but a few of the leaves are yellowed and wilted with small black spots (usually a sign of root problems). I usually leave some foliage randomly hanging at the lower section of the plants to remedy any problems that may arise before it gets out of control. Hopefully these issues don't progress and I can reap the rewards of a bountiful harvest. 4-5 weeks remaining.

Day 28: Das Wetter und die liebe Luftfeuchtigkeit :(( Manchmal denk ich das ich Outdoor growe :)) Im Video sieht man schön wie der kleine Zwerk sich selber mit seinen riesen Blättern SCROG mäßig den Wuchs in die Breite erzwingt :)) Die Blütentriebe müssen halt den Weg zum Licht mit aller Anstrengung erreichen .

Tras una nueva semanas las pequeñas avanzan mas o menos bien! Creo q me pase en el ultimo riego y que alguna tiene alguna carencia pero estamos trabajando en ello. Sobre las Burger Puch solo decir que una empezó a declararse por alguna razon y vi que era macho por lo cual se la di a un amigo a ver que pasa al final!! Espero que en dos semanas mas ponerlas a florar ! También decir que nos han regalado una Red Hot de sweet seeds ya que una amiga no tenia mucho espacio !!! A ver que tal la experiencia !!!

I'm having a hard time judging an approximate finish time with this plant. Its definitely in its final push though. Starting to yellow off quite a bit. I've never grown a plant that has stayed this small. Makes me wonder if I did something wrong along the way. I'll honestly be very happy once this thing is out of my tent.
