58 Days have passed in flower. Cheese left, Gorilla Girl right. The "Just water no pH" experiment has failed me around week 5 of flower. I have not done anything to keep the soil biology alive so thats probably the issue. Its all good though, it was fun while it lasted and definitely worth a try. I have let the soil dry as much as possible and then i watered in a tablespoon molasses per gallon water. pH'd to 6.6. I just need atleast 3-7 more days of flower and hopefuly the buds will mature a little more. I took a snip of the bottom leafs to check for trichomes maturity, those are the weakest of trichomes on the plants. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

The new AC infinity T4 Fan and Digital controller are amazing 🤩! I can set it, and forget it, Auto mode takes care of it all, just set your high’s and low’s 😎❤️ A is moving right along and is stacking nicely. Had a little problem this week. Got over zealous with my light, brought it down too much too fast, overnight my girls let me know they were NOT happy🤯. Got all wilty, and starting showing what I think are CalMag deficiency symptoms in some of the leaves. Will adjust accordingly next feeding 🤭 B is also loving life. She is splayed out and growing nicely into her training. Tops are just popping out all over the bent branches and are filling in the middle creating a huge canopy of tops. She has started to flower as well, probably started showing signs about 4 days ago. C is trying to make a comeback 😀 she must have heard all my talk about giving her the boot . I took her tie downs off early this week, and did not put them back on. Maybe it will promote more growth ⬆️. She is definitely thicker, stronger and improving daily. I gave her full dose nutrients this week twice, and she did show a very little bit of burning at the tips, but is still going strong. She may make the cut after all…

Man it's been a while since I posted been having problems when it got cold trying to keep the temp right and all nutrients right..some bumpy roads but here they are!! Blackberry Moon Rocks. Commencing Week 10 - 2nd week of flowering - Day 64 from germination - Day 14 of 12/12 on December 26th All is awesome! 😁 Although all plants have hairs right now, 818#1&2, BH2, & GZ2 (especially 818s) seem to start throwing hairs just a few days before the rest. RD is stretching out rather nicely and is working in sync to make a nice level and full canopy. Have noticed the pH of the nutrient solution now swings very low with every plant, especially the bigger ones, within 24 hrs going from 5.8 down to 3.8-4.3. I pH back up accordingly every day. Lastly I decided to go with "bonsai" training instead of topping. (This is in order to keep plants growing at a steady pace - non-stunting - while taking away the apical shape that is natural for some strains.). I "bonsai'd" The following: GZ1&2&3, AND 818#1. Simply put I coiled bonsai wire around the main cola and bent below the next lowest node /tier (see photos) The other s: RD, BH 1&2, and 818#2 have a natural level/close to level shape. D.65/15 Started tucking leaves and light stress training. So far I have taken only 3-4 leaves off per plant. And other than coiled the Apex cola they are been untouched. Also to balance out the pH drop, I have been pHing to the 6.0-6.2 range. Seems to steady the solution better so I will continue. Lastly I have put both the fans and the oxygen pumps on a 15m on 15 m off interval throughout the 24 hr day. I thought it might be risky however the plants seem not to mind, rather maybe even like this better. D.69/19 Yesterday I added a tiny bit of bloom food high in phosphate to help with the flowering since it's picking up now, as well as some extra Cal Mag and the plants seem happier because of it. And I have still been putting the pH a little higher, in the 6.1 range, rather than a 5.8 since it seems to be dipping low every time I check rather than going up. Also I put these pumps back on 24 hrs per day because after two days of being on for 12 hours her day they seemed not as happy as they were prior. Lesson learned with that one no harm done so that's a good thing. The raspberry diesel is really taking up the space wonderfully in between the four plants in the corners and is becoming almost + shaped really filling in the canopy just like the description online says don't vegfor long because the flower phase stretch is something to behold. 818 headband number one has a really beautiful medium sized stature not too short but not tall and lanky either and tons of Bud sites and is looking the most bud-filled already whether that means it will have the most yield or be done the fastest, or both we'll have to wait and see., All three of the Gorilla Zkittles seem to have slightly different phenotype variation one a little bit more sativa than the other two that are more hybrid looking. All 3 have very different root masses compared to the rest of the plants and are pretty big but one in particular is absolutely huge. (Comparisons will be posted in next week's update.) the Boss hogs also seem to have very different phenotype expressions as of now one is staying much more short and having a very level canopy naturally and no hairs, while the other is close to a level canopy but still has a little bit of that main cola dominant feature as well as a lot more hairs. Really nice plant to grow the high is nice and mellow, if I was to do this strainbagain I'd try go for the photoperiod to give her more potential but over all great grow and fantastic jar appeal.

Welcome to week 3! The last few plants that weren't topped should be ready fairly soon. Only 2 of the plants have bugs as far as I could tell but all of them will be treated just in case. Insecticide applications will be recorded as ~X. I will apply it as a spray on the foliage and over the top of the soil, the issue is relatively small now so I don't see the need to fully water with it - 07/09/23 7:58pm. The leaves are getting noticeably bigger after topping and supplementing! Haven't seen any more bugs either so far - 07/10/23 7:01pm. I saw a bug or two in some of the pots so I used a little bit more mammoth - 07/11/23 9:20pm. Some of the leaves on the bottom were yellowing and some spots are appearing on some of the more developed leaves as well. I clipped the lower leaves that were yellow, I believe it's most likely calcium deficiency. I added some Pesticide to the water for tonight as the bugs won't go away and I was only doing some spraying on the top soil until now. On the positive side they seem to be overcoming the stress of the topping extremely well and the double stems are growing strong - 07/15/23 8:00pm. ~W - Water ~SW - Supplemented Water ~X - Pesticide

The gas tax x obama runtz is a disappointment so far just like my skunk apple runtz starting to realize how much work legit breeders actually put in to make a good strain. The plant liked being topped it just has not hit its stride yet it definitely going to be a skiny lady The day has come and it's time to flip these ladies to flower. I was planning on letting them go untill Friday and let the smaller ones grow just a bit more but they will be fine. I have the eternity cup contest in mind and I'm thinking timing so I need to get these lady done and out my tent lol. This past week I turned the light up alot getting them ready to flower they have grown a bunch inhavendone lst maybe 5 it 6 times on the branchs and they arw nit bendy anymore that will help durring flower.

It’s warming up outside so the a/c and dehumidifier are working a bit. Got the lights on during the night so just a few hours at lights on they work a bit hard. Cleaned up underneath removing any sucker shoots and leaf that was near the soil. Not much really. Mostly on #3 as I didn’t train out the branches as much and she grew tighter together, so I removed mostly all inner growth blocking light and that allowed a lot more penetration and flow. Left a few leaves below to die off naturally…more the better. Gonna put some Grub Grenades in the pots with some yellow sticky cards. Not because I see anything, just being cautious. I do see what looks like Springtails but don’t seem to be an issue yet. Still looking green and healthy so I’m happy! Grow on! Update Made a few adjustments. I let the tops grow into the tsw2000, 18” to tops. I didn’t like how they looked so I raised it back to 24” where I’ll keep it. The “Kind LED” I know from previous grows that it can’t get closer then 24”. But this is my first run with “Mars” so I’m still figuring out the distance for my setup with additional overlapping light intensity from other lights. With that being said another pod failed so I’m down 2-Kind LED’s now. Gonna remove all old tech and use all newer TS series lighting. All Mars moving forward. Seems to be a great light and when compared to other quality lights you can’t beat the price!

This was my first experience using Mapito and Ebb & Flow, together with the new LED light. The plant turned out to be unusually low. 👌 The variety is quite fragrant, but the smell appeared only in the middle of flowering. At the time of trimming, the plant smelled of mint candies 😁
