Hello Diary. This time on the Farm there are two new strains from Royal Queen Seeds, Watermelon Auto and Purple Punch Auto. By the way, there are always three plants on the Farm, this time there are two Purple Punch and this diary will be dedicated to them. The astonishing Purple Punch, famous for her sweet berry and candy flavors, received the long-awaited autoflowering treatment. The breeders from RQS created the automatic version of this popular dessert strain by crossing her with Old Skunk Auto. Out came Purple Punch Automatic, a mighty, moreish strain made up of 75% indica, 20% sativa and 5% ruderalis genetics. Being an autoflower of the latest generation, Purple Punch Automatic doesn’t need to hide from photoperiod cannabis varieties when it comes to potency and flavor: With 19% of THC, it delivers a powerful effect. The high is mostly physical and stoning, perfect for relaxing at night. Her candy flavors, a mix of berries and grapes with tart and fresh notes, make for a highly enjoyable smoke. These are the characteristics listed by the team from RQS, now we will see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Earth is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with Earth. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the ground and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to the two Purple Punch on the Farm, there is also one Watermelon Automatic plant that will keep them company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put a humidifier to raise the humidity. I set the lights 35cm from the pots as Migro recommends. 14 - 17/01/2021 I sprayed the surface of the soil with water a couple of times to keep the soil moisture at the surface. 18/01/2021 The first Purple Punch sprouted. The other is still not peeking out. If it doesn’t sprout tomorrow, I’ll put new seeds on a wet paper towel to speed up the germination of new seed. Farm: 23 degrees - 60% humidity 19/01/2021 I put new seeds on a wet makeup remover pad :), and let it germinate. 21/01/2021 I put the germinated seed in the ground. They are now officially Purple Punch # 1 and # 2 Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity 22/01/2021 I watered the plant with a small amount of water to which I only regulated p.H at 6.4. Farm: 24.5 degrees - 54% humidity 23/01/2021 Purple Punch # 2 has sprouted. I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. The time has finally come 👍 You have been switched to 12/12 hrs and are ready to flower. Of course, cuttings were cut beforehand to keep the genetics. For 4 days now she has also been getting Fast Buds from GreenBuzzLiquids. They were also sprayed again with GBL Fast Plant spray. She is very healthy and I am excited to see how she gets going again in bloom :-). This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l each time (for nutrients, see nutrient table above). Then I filled canisters with fresh osmosis water for the next few weeks 👍. The tent was cleaned and every plant was checked for health. At the moment I am tinkering with the ventilation because there are currently 4 fans with 4 activated carbon filters running, which I want to make more efficient by putting a hose through 2 tents. Hi liebe Community and Welcome back! 💚 Nach dieser Woche kommt der Stretch völlig zur Ruhe und Mann sieht der Pflanze an, das sie sich jetzt nur noch auf die Blütenbildung konzentriert. Die Trichome fangen an zu sprießen und ein säuerlicher Geruch sticht langsam hervor, so wie es gewünscht ist. In dieser Woche war es an der Zeit, der Pflanze einen Kompost Tee von BiotabsNL zu verabreichen, welchen ich jedem organischen Züchter nur empfehlen kann. Die Blütentriebe bilden sich immer stärker aus und die Stigmen bilden sich immer weiter aus. Bei diesem Genotypen, ist das Wuchsverhalten weitgehend ähnlich, nur die Hauptwuchsphase war mit etwas kürzeren Internioden abständen geprägt. In der Geruchsentwicklung wirkt dieser Typ inzwischen etwas Diesel lastiger und hat nicht ganz so eine säuerliche Note. New light this week! Not sure what I should expect. I fed the girls early on, but think the feed levels were too strong as they showed signs of pH imbalance again. Flushed them with water, tested pH, low and behold pH too low. After flushing fed with a lighter nutrient mix, which they have both enjoyed since. By the end of the week, it's obvious these girls like the new light. It's promoted some new growth and more bud sites, which will hopefully increase the overall yield. Going to be fun watching them fatten up over the next couple of weeks or so.

Well there is a reason why there was a lack of updates... Unfortunately it seems like I didn't clean my tent well enough and I also didn't change the carbon filter. I changed both of that (hopefully)... at least the carbon filter is brand new. #2 had to leave and #1 is also gone. After a few days of being down and not caring so much about the plants, I placed the King's Juice Auto #3 outdoors and hope that because of the topping, she is still so early into flower, that she might've not been pollinated from the last run. She will be placed back into the tent tomorrow and let's pray she wasn't pollinated already and let's pray I cleaned the tent carefully enough.

My first grow....

wow what a month. June was down right chilly at night up until almost fathers day. Then we go into this mini drought. The forecast is saying that we are going back to normal hopefully quickly with some more gentle rain.

This week was all about recovery momentum and structure building.🌿 The plant remained in vegetative stage and was allowed to push naturally after the topping in Week 4. • 6 main branches established.💪 • 4 developed nodes • Height ~15 cm • Clearly bushy structure No additional training was done this week to allow full energy allocation into root expansion and lateral growth. The canopy is starting to even out nicely. Light intensity increased to ~600 PPFD under 18/6.☀️ IR remains active and will continue throughout the grow. Leaves are visibly praying, indicating strong light response and healthy transpiration. Watering was increased to 2L per session, twice this week.💧 Slight upward trend in water demand observed. Feeding consisted of RO water + CalMag, with 1 application of Greenhouse Bio Enhance during the week. • Temps: 25°C day / 18–19°C night 🌡️ • RH: 60–62% Leaf color is deep healthy green.💚 New growth looks vigorous. Stem is still slightly on the thinner side but strengthening gradually. Overall the plant looks stable, balanced and ready to accelerate further in veg. Strong structural week with steady vegetative expansion.😊

The plant is developing an impressive number of bud sites and has responded very well to another round of supercropping. After a final defoliation, she now stands at around 70 cm with an open structure and improved light penetration. Stretch is nearing its end, setting her up perfectly to start stacking buds over the coming weeks.

Close to harvest now. Some pistils are still white and I cannot see any amber trichomes yet. Clean water flushing.

They've started to grow their first sets of leaves and although temperature was a little higher than I'd liked they're coming along nicely. You can see the difference from just three days growth and then 3 days afer that! Adding a small amount of bio canna vega and molasses.

- VEGETATIVA - •Prima settimana• Passati i 7 giorni di germinazione procediamo con il conteggio delle settimane di vegetativa. Le piante reagiscono bene, tenere sotto controllo con analisi visiva le foglie e il terreno, controllare ed essere precisi con il PH dell’acqua a 6.5 (solo dopo abbiamo scoperto l’importanza) inizialmente fino alla 4 settimana di vegetativa non l’abbiamo controllato e infatti più avanti noterete delle piccole carenze, tutto molto risolvibile comunque. Mantenere un’irrigazione costante, solitamente ogni 3/4 giorni circa 2/300 ml. Ovviamente sta a voi capire quanta ne serve, sempre meglio aspettare un giorno in più (foglie cadenti) piuttosto che irrigare troppo spesso (causerebbe problemi maggiori l’irrigazione eccessiva).

Week 3 And buds start forming And stretching

yooo...ich denke das sie in die blüte gehen..sie fangen an zu stretchen aber man sieht noch keinen blüten ansatz. habe mit bio beeren trocken dünger gedüngt. ca. 6 EL pro pflanze. der dünger hat ein NPK verhältnis von 7.3.10 mit microorganismen und mycorrhiza. habe damit vor jahren mal gute erfahrungen gemacht, gerade outdoor...es ist ein ,, langzeit dünger,, der mit 8 wochen angegeben wird...ich denke bei cannabis langt es 4 wochen ca evtl länger je nach düngemenge..hatte den dünger noch rumstehen und dachte lieber den als teuren flüssig dünger 😅😅 so brauche ich nur zu gießen und evtl in 3..4 wochen mal nachdüngen mit biobizz bloom. dann sollte aber auch gut sein. die bakerman ganz rechts ist n bissl größer geworden und hat auch schöne farbe bekommen. die anderen beiden sind einfach nur top😍 die super boof steht auch im zelt und liefert einfach ab...mega fette buds mit nicer leicht lila farbe und trauben terps. hoffe die schimmelt outdoor nicht da sie doch recht viele blätter hat die feuchtigkeit abgeben...naja abwarten. die rainbow melon wird auch dicke nuggets produzieren da sie schonmal indoor dabei war...i love outdoor 😄✌️

Hard to believe it's been another week. These beautiful girls are growing great. They're definitely swelling amazing especially at the top colas. Starting to see some faded leaves so I think I'll back down my nutes from 1050 to around 800. All in all Happy Growing.
