I'm counting this as the first week of flowering but she's been sending out pistils for two weeks, so I guess that weeks four and five should have been flowering weeks. Sorry about that. Surprised to be here but excited to see the next few weeks. Day 44: This girl is amazing. She took the horrendous start I gave her for the first three weeks, and just exploded. Look at her now! If you are really interested, now look at Misty and Nesia - imagine what they could do! I am really pleased with Karen here, I think she has more surprises in store. I am very glad I decided to LST or she would be towering above everything else in the tent. I have noted early Mg deficiency, as more advanced on Nesia. Correcting with foliar and re-addition of CalMag to feed. Day 44.5: Fertigated approx 1.5l. Defoliated approx 10 leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Day 46: Fertigated 2l. Karen is very thirsty. Her roots have breached the side walls at the bottom of the pot in 360 degrees... this is the biggest root system I've had on any potted plant to date. She is stretching fast now, I think by the end of next week she will be done stretching. I must get a photo of her stem. The base is ridiculously thick. Overall Karen is shockingly good compared to expectations from the poor start. I can only imagine how big she would be. She is currently 27cm tall and at least 50cm in diameter. I count at least a dozen colas. Day 47. She is now 29cm tall and pistils are bursting forth at a phrenetic pace. I have added a comparison shot of my grow space for size reference. Day 47.5: Defoliated approx 30 fan leaves. Slightly adjusted LST. Rearranged tent and cleaned floor. I have ordered some risers to raise the pots off the floor, this will make it easier to deal with run off. While I was inspecting Karen I had a good look at her roots. The fabric pot she is in has viewing flaps (they were designed for potatoes) and I had a look... every bit of the pot is full of roots, and they're all properly pruned. I see no circulation or binding. If Karen produces at anywhere near the rate she is supposed to then she might yield as much as 150g. Day 48.5: Rapid changes. Pistils everywhere, more stretching. Karen is very thirsty. Fertigated. Added pot risers and adjusted pot. Did a little LST to separate some bunched colas a bit. Had a really good inspect of the root system. Wow this plant is a beast. Day 48.75: Fertigated 3l Day 49: Height 34cm Diameter: 60cm. End of week summary. Really big week, she is stretching quicker and quicker. Today she has developed a striking scent. I will now have to keep the tent closed so temps will rise. Day 49.5: Removed about 10 fan leaves. On reflection back over this week I think I needed to be taking a top and side photo, so I shall do that from next week.

Nothing but colas on all 3 this is going to be a big harvest. Another 2 or 3 weeks max.

The grow was good, we messed up a few times such as cutting one of the bud sites of Plant A when training but it ended up healing, and cutting off completely the main bud of Plant R which made it produce a lot of trichomes probably to try to survive. We struggled in the beginning with humidity because we did not have a humidifier but the girls were very resistant to the heat and low humidity and their growth was not stunted. I was surprised by how small their roots were in the end which is maybe why they were both quite small. Other than that it was quite easy to grow them and the end result was good so very happy with the grow!

Start of 5 week flowering now she is been feeding with Marshydro irrigation drip. So far she was easy to grow with out any problem and she is a very nice plant

All plants are starting to flower and doing great. Starting bloom feed 20/12/20. I'll update 3 or 4 times this week.

This week has started well. The girls have recovered from transplant shock very well. The roots are already coming out of the bottom of my 3 gal smart pots. I increased my grow lights brightness from 75% to 100% now that the plants are growing well. I need to keep my girls short in my small grow space so increased light levels help me with that along with training techniques.My grow light is always at the top of my grow box so dimming is my only means of control :) Gave weekly nutrient solution and watered until runoff.Installed Blumat irrigation system with 5 gal reservoir.I will run ph'ed water(6.0) through Blumats and nutrients by hand watering so to limit clogs in my irrigation system. The Blumats are new too me and I hope to get them dialed in for this run 😬

Moving right along, each girl is on her own pace. Tent was so crowded I had to remove the heater therefore I bought a bigger tent and will use use this one for drying. Thanks for looking..

Hey everyone 🤗. This week was harvested properly 😍. All of them are harvested, except for the two Tropicanna Banana (they will be on tomorrow). All finished crop images follow little by little as soon as they have dried enough and have got their actual bud structure 😃. I wish you much fun with the diary, stay healthy Ges and let it grow 🌱

Finally done with my first complete grow cycle yay ! . Thank you everyone for helping through this journey up until here. Time to dry and cure. Some emotions came out as I finally pulled the plug. Was a good time 🌄❄️

👻👻👻 Reminder : 👻👻👻 So, I created the diary the 15th of september, I wrotte every previous informations on paper then on a word sheet. I reallized that I got everything to create a diary here, so I did it. I should maybe try to end this first grow without buying any fertilizer and keep going with my home made receips (taken from several sources and reading). I think I will do some fun experiments on a following diary. It is well known, dwarves don't run fast, so next batch will be 3 quick one from royal queen seeds, with smart pot and coco ideas i had. It will be fun an probably in 3-4 weeks (I plane to harvest my dwarves a little bit later around week 11, but I don't know, I have to check trichomes, they will give me the answer.)🙌💩So from week (8) we are in *LIVE* mode for this diary. Hello elves (you are the elves, you reading me). Smiles are allowed (this is unfair you smoke your plants so you have a strong adventage) while reading. Orcs are the pests and desease attacking the dwarves (the 3 plants)👻👻👻 👉 I've cut every branches, it was an amazing experience : My dwarves killed the orcs, they survived and escape from this AMAZING journey. They where really impossible to kill. They suffered from : Overwatering, over defoliation, nutrients burn, probably root rot, to much heat (more than 30 degree for some days), a too small pot... And they smell like : 😅😇😇😇 a wounderfull smell. I did all the "noob" mistakes basically but I learned so much. I started to feed them with home made nutrients and ended to use biobizz really at the end. I don't know what was the best for those dwarves but they made it. I will update this diary with a video and will give in 1-2 weeks the weight dry, I am really curious about it, I left really no branches, they are like ready to be in a jar. So: 👉 The famous 3/3 with amazing colors gave me : 38 gr. wet 👉 The famous 2/3 gave me : 34 gr. wet 👉 The famous 1/3 gave me : 30-31 gr. wet The harvest seems not amazing, I don't know how much weight I may loose by drying (I kept really only the heads). For a first grow, I am happy, because I simply made it. I know that it is now a growing experience, like those wounderfull amazing plants. And I learned a lot. Allready excited to launch a second harvest. A matter of time actually. It was fast, joyfull, stressfull, great to do it. SUMMARY : 😮 Why this diary name ? 😮 👉 Because when I descovered growdiaries.com 3-4 weeks before harvesting I was completly sure to fail and that my dwarves were gona die. 😁 😮 Is it the first time you have a kind of relationship with dwarves or plants like this ? 😮 👉 Hell yeah... Really happy with what's going on. I don't want to over do her on the nutrition so keeping it on the lower end, watering every 2-3 days. Lots of new growth under the 2nd bigger fan leaves. Looking forward to seeing what she has to offer. Another watering planned for tonight, she is feeling a little bit light. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Already a nice smell filling my room. Nice new growth from underneath canopy growing into the light. Also leaves are getting much bigger on top. Happy growing

Baox got a transplant this week. Gave them just a little Recharge this week, I'll be increasing the dosage next week. So far they are both looking like happy and healthy little girls. 👍
