Week 6(Bloom): My vacation was hell for my poor plant 😥 I set up a 7 gallon bucket with a pump and timer. I didn’t test it before I left… The bucket was lower than the plant so I’m assuming once the pump kicked on the rest of the water siphoned into the plant. So she probably took the entire 7 gallons of water on day 1 and staved the entire time I was gone. When I came home she was sitting in about 2 inches of water. The entire tent was flooded. She looked like hell, leaves were showing signs of some deficiencies I haven’t seen before. I let her dry out for 2 days. It was tough to do, but I wanted to make sure that there was enough air to the roots after that much water for so long. I gave her a full does of nutrients. I really hope she bounces back from this. With all of that happening she still has matured quite a bit, the buds have sized up a bit. I feel this setback of a week will really affect my yield. Better luck next time I guess, and no more vacations… I should have taken pictures of it immediately following my return, but it was really hard to stomach. I didn’t want to really show that off. But my current pictures make it look pretty decent. If you look close at the buds in the picture you can really see the damage done.

Plants are growing so fast , I would say pre flower , next week should be flowering , ran into mini bugs (maybe spiders) but I added more traps so stop them , also ran into mold this week but that may of been due to the humidity so I lowered humidity from 55 down to 45, excited with my first grows!

Good week. Addition of humidifier and fan have led to a stable environment. Gelato coming through properly now. Cookies is looking strong. Day 14 second feed. 3ml rhizotonic, 2ml a/b.

Wow 19cm taller this week! Nice growth so far.

On some pics you can see the orange trichomes so its getting time for the harvest soon. At D45 we stop fertilizing, now they will only get tap water (-pH) for the last 5 days, after that they will get 2 days of darkness

Going to let this girl keep growing the center cola is much bigger than the others and has always been lagging behind in the grow.At one point I took this plant outside for 2 weeks during early veg due to it not looking so good and thought it might bring her back.Well she perked up and starting developing the very first day outside.I put her back in the 5x5 under the SE 7000 and she took it well and fit right in with the other ladies.As of today she is unfortunately in a smaller tent under a smaller spider farmer light but doing fine while I dry out the other girls in the 5x5.

Noticed some slight tacoing on leaves, changed to my 18/6 light schedule to help control temps and give some rest. Noticed some nute burning also, will full flush next week.

Weight on the first two Charlottes Angels are 33g and 25g. Grown about ten of these seeds and can't seem to get a decent yield with them. Day 102 Malana Bomb harvested. Weight on her is 72grams. Happy with that. I was thinking around 2ozs. Really tight buds liked the extra wattage I was giving at around 200watts Day 105 Orange Bud harvested weight is 48grams. Was expecting more but still some nice buds Just feeding the last 2 plants overdrive, bud candy and drip Clean at 550EC

Week 14 (4/18/22 - 4/24/22)

I’m happy with this auto tbh It’s been really easy to grow it did start to show a slight bit of calmag deficiency but sorted it right away and it’s starting to get the bud smell already a really sweet scent going to start slowly getting it on flower a+b by doing a small ratio of both till full recommended is what I found what works best for me and that’s what it’s all about finding (WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU) happy growing peeps

Fo' Twenny here with an update on our little Gorilla x Cookies cultivar from Expert Seeds! 9/16 - Day 12: She is a beautiful shade of green and looks happy. I was one square pots short and when I bought this one, I accidentally got the 7" x 7" instead of the 6" x 6". It will bug me, because I am weird, but I planted her in it anyway. I put 1 tbsp Mycos, .5 tsp Recharge, and .25 tsp of Azos in the whole at the root zone. Sprinkled some White Dutch Clover seed after transplanting. Watered with plain water. BAD NEWS: Half of the blue diodes have gone out in the TMLAPY light. This light was actually gifted to me shortly after a friend purchased it from Amazon and realized it was too small for their space. It seemed to be serving it's purpose well for vegging photos and running bumper crops of autoflowers but it failed only four months after the warranty period ended! Weak-Sauce! GOOD NEWS: So, I upgraded the 24"x48" tent to Samsung LM301H boards. I ordered a 320w straight single piece heatsink with 3 boards from Geeklight. Welcome to my Black Jack b sponsored by Sweet Seeds 2 yrs ago nearly. Veg Weeks & Pre/Post Pre Flower Weeks 7-9 She was really healthy during her entire veg period. Moving into pre flower she didn't do any excess stretching. Plant was doing very well moving into pre flower it took a good few weeks for her to flip but it was building up a good base up and down the nodes. I used plagron right through half of flowering possibly more. For the last 4 weeks I moved all my plants to Xpert Nutrients. MAINTENANCE I carried out a good bit of work making sure all parts of her was getting light (as much as she didn't get, it was more then enough to get A grade bud just like it was done under a 100w). I stripped a lot of shoots coming into & during pre fower. So when coming in to fattening all her energy went into making buds that were brought to harvest. Knowing light would be an Issue (lack off) i made sure to use all my skills to move energy through a plant. After pre fower was over (plants nodes stop growing up) and I left her a few days for the leaves to take in energy building stigmata. Then I done 10-15% defoliations for mid wk into fattening and beyond until I felt was enough removed (3-4 stages). Now on her last few days I took loads of leaves off to help ripening. She's 95% cloudy and 15% or so Amber. I had to give 10l of water to flush the nutes I had given her. 4l was given and ppm was 650. So I had to give another 6L to get the ppm down to 250 area. 3 days its been under light for 11hrs with 30m of UV-A doses from 65cm away (they are attached to my light IR/UV45) FLOWERING/RIPENING WEEKS Plant moved very nicely through fattening. Buds are lots but whets there is pretty darn good for been at the side of a FC3000 300w light in a 1m2 tent doing many other plants. And this been by far been under the best part of it. It sat on the outskirts as this fem is one of my 1st 5 I started together with 7 autos in phase 1 of my 6 phase crop with 10-15 plants per phase. Took (NUMBER 4 this 1 is). 14 weeks from seed. And she's been through a hard flush. As the last 4.5 weeks she's been on Xpert Nutrients. NUTRIENT GIVEN So I know tats a large list. But as I updated my a lot of weeks into 1. I left on the list what was given. All of plagron was given through most of the grow right through to the middle of fattening and then I switched it (all my plants to Xpert Nutrients bloom nutes). And even then, I normally give more than 2-3 nutrients in 1 feeding 2-3 day window. Its important tat a plant take up these as individual so I typically leave a few days or at least 1-2 water feeds (or low ec feeds such as an enzyme, or calmag to help break down any excess nutrients left behind from last feed) I added my SE5000 and have this 60+cm away just finish off the ripening process. Pant has a good amount of bud. And really like this breeder. What have I been missing out on Sweet Seeds both plants are dreams to grow. Thanks to my sponsors.
