Well The stretch has begun, I got one Lady boy in the mix not sure how it happened. see the week 6 time-lapse plants look good lollopped the bottom 3rd of all of them and gave them their early flower feeding week 2 per the Emerald Harvest booklet. So will this Hermie produce Feminized pollen ? looking for some feedback from ya all. or should I pull it from the garden before it shoots its wad? let me know.

I removed the tops that will not get enough light started some basic opening of the canopy and some defoliation. This topdress should help the transition to flower in a weeks time.

I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. Well she is coming to the end. I looked at her tricomes with a 60x handheld microscope and she has about 90% milky and 10% clear, with the occasional amber one. I thought about pulling her today but the smaller flowers look like they need more time. Also, I read someplace that if you think you are ready to harvest, wait a week as there is a 2 week window and waiting one week will put you in it. I have been giving her just tap water ph to 5.8-6.0 with the occasional extra gallon flush as I can not empty my basin right now. The root picture looks a little brown, but that's just the lighting. I reached in and checked the roots, no slime or odd smell. After I maneuver her around (bending her colas away from lamp) my hands smell like a pine air freshener or grass, (not like cannabis)? I have now supercropped 3 of her larger colas which can not be seen from the photos, but they are all the size of my wrist in circumference and about 6 inches long. While some have some toasted leaves, I think the buds will be fine. The extra cfls hanging on the outside have really made a difference in popcorn production! If I get an ounce out of this I am considering it a win, however I'm thinking it might be more, we shall see. Thank you for following my grow. These girls are doing well still. Responded well to their training and recovered from their topping. All is well but haven't watered in a week. They just don't need it!

1/2/23 she’s doing great I moved a leaf and noticed that she has tan lines. That is amazing. This lights incredible I took the two bottom branches that I usually trim off. I’m glad I didn’t because I got 1.83 ounces and 1.78 ounces wet. This plant has been the best strongest plant I’ve ever grown it’s really nice and it smells great. I’m gonna give the rest of her, maybe another couple weeks it’s just exciting to watch her grow. I’m not in a hurry to harvest. I do partial harvest as I go along. 1/3 I turned the viper spectra XS1500 light down to halfway which is 82.3 W. And the amount of energy still is more than two of my old spider farmer lights. I had no idea how important brand new LEDs are this is just fantastic. I bet I can grow an entire plant for probably 90 W. 1/4 yum yum omg smells gooooooood.. FYI, Just because a Gamorrean pledges their loyalty doesn't mean they wont eat your weed, lesson learned. 1/4 Just smoked some that had been drying for only 2 days. The smell was so strong like no auto I have ever smelled. This is like top shelf photo from the dispensary. I am totally impressed. 1/6 i’m going to set up a new tent. It starts with the power source. It looked really ugly, so I wanted to try something nicer. I got one of the TP Link power strips three individual outlet controls for the smaller tent that I will germinate in my use one to monitor the power of the light and I keep switching them around. It’s really nice to have. 1/8 I’m going to plant some seeds today. It’s Elvis’s birthday. I threw away a liter of Purpinator today. I’ve been having nutrient troubles, and I noticed a little that I had mixed up in a small spray bottle had started to congeale. And after I tried 6 mL of it in a gallon twice I noticed some plant damage. I don’t know if it’s that stuff or not but when I add something new it seems to cause damage. So I will never use that again. it’s taking me a month to set up a small 24 x 24“ tent I don’t know what’s wrong with me so I have two 27“ x 27“ and one 24 x 24“. The small tent will be for photoperiod also for germination, the other two are going to be for autos only. I’ve discovered auto flowers need their own tent and their own space, especially the way I train them. I top them after the 3rd node then wait until a couple weeks into flower and I soften the branches pressing them between my thumb & index finger to keep them limber then spread them out so they kind a look like a giant crab, but they grow up very strong and they don’t need support I was going to go with 5 gallon but I think it would be just too heavy so I’ll stick with 3 gallons. I’ll be starting to gorilla cookies this coming week probably tonight, but I’ll start the diary tomorrow. If you hold the phone up to the TV, it types out the dialogue . I’m gonna d mad max later don’t you wish you were like me easily amused? You get a lot less brains on your wall that way.

Looks like she's getting close! Buds are nicely plump and dense! Plenty of cloudy trichomes. I'm looking for the first amber trichome to harvest. I want this to be uplifting not couch lock.

It is harvest day for fast flowering number 7. Some big super buds that smell great and were very heavy. 5 hangers of dense buds to dry. Will be back for smoke report once dry, and trimmed. Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update
