Hey guys! Sorry for the big delay since my previous grow! Right now I'm growing some babies from Royal Queen Seeds! Kali Dog! 😃 The first week was calm! The babies broke out from their shells rather fast and two babies grew out of their jiffy pods rather fast! Also, since the strain is Kali Dog I decided to name each of the plants with a different dog name! I'm still unsure about the names but the first two are called Roko and Max! For the first time I also noticed the first buds looked... different? You'll be able to see them in the photos tho... and once again two of my babies are suffering from helmet head 😰 But eh, I'm used to it. Gladly it's an easy error to fix. I'll try to make a longer timelapse (these were bad!) but I didn't know my camera battery wasn't enough for long sessions 😝 Anyway, thanks for reading! See you all next week! 👋

1-11 At the end of the day i chopped her down, did a small wet trim removing some big leaves, and hang the buds to dry. 2-11 Temps: 19.3 to 20.5 degrees Humidity: 55% to 64% 3-11 Temps: 17.1 to 20.4 degrees Humidity: 54% to 66% 4-11 Temps: 18.1 to 19.6 degrees Humidity: 62% to 66% 5-11 Temps: 17.9 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 56% to 64% 6-11 Temps: 17.6 to 19.4 degrees Humidity: 59% to 67% 7-11 Temps: 17.8 to 19.2 degrees Humidity: 60% to 66% 8-11 Temps: 17.4 to 19.9 degrees Humidity: 58% to 67% 9-11 Temps: 17.8 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 62% to 64% 10-11 Temps: 18.2 to 20.5 degrees Humidity: 62% to 65% 11-11 Temps: 18.7 to 20.4 degrees Humidity: 57% to 65% 12-11 Temps: 18 to 20.1 degrees Humidity: 54% to 66% 13-11 Temps: 17.8 to 20.2 degrees Humidity: 61% to 67% Started trimming today. 14-11 Finished trimming. I was afraid of finding a lot of budrot, luckily it was only the one cola. The buds are very frosty, the bottom at the base of the branch looks a bit brownish on some buds, i inspected it with a microscope and didnt find any mold or weird things. There are a lot of amber trichomes tho. I think that's why it looks brown like that. It smells and smokes good, so i think its fine. If someone thinks otherwise, let me know! End results: Buds: 92 Grams Small Buds: 18 Grams Trim: 16.7 Grams Total weight of the buds: 110 Grams. I calculated that i used a total of 72.3 watts this grow, that makes it 1.52 grams per watt! Very happy with the end results, and its by far my personal record hahaha.

Week 1 Day 1 - 8/12/2023 1st Water change Day! Such a special time it is when you remove the little bit of Nutes that you gave them as an appetizer and you give them their first real meal. Added 39 Gallons of Water to my system SILICA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Root Drip = 1mil/Gal = 39mil Cal Mag= .25mil/Gal = 9.75 = 10mil FLoraMicro= 3.0mil/Gal = 114mil FloraGro = 2.0mil/Gal = 78mil FloraBloom = 2.0mil/Gal =78mil ORCA= .5mil/Gal = 19.5 = 20mil Week 1 Day 2 - 8/13/2023 Everything is looking good the roots are making their way to the water and the new grow is looking nice and green. Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying position all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 A little worried today her birth Twin the BA I am growing out is looking great and is raised towards the light and this one is just slightly under.. Will keep an eye on Her. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 Walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. Also looking at the roots and she has some poking out the bottom but just not in the water yet.. Luckily we are set for 14 days before next water change so the system will stay stable and her sister already has roots in the water so she should only be a day or two behind.. we will just keep tracking but she is delayed. Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Roots in the Water!!! Huston, we have a successful launch. This grow is on! Humidity was a little low this morning so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that the temp looks great, the PH looks good, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning from over filling the cloning machine seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started. Everything for growth and environment is looking good and on track, there are a couple of mutations with this Lady will keep an eye on those leaves. IMO this grow is going A lot during this week 1 then week 1 of the last grow when I had them drowning. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

This last fertilization we give it food so that it resins even more and it has just gained weight in its flowers, getting the maximum yield.

Week 7 flowering, Had some confusion with heat and semi started the flush only for the rain to come for a few days and drop the temp into mid 20's. Seems i may have been a bit eager.. Going to give them another feed this week and then start flush mid next week. They look & smell amazing. 3 very distinctly different smells though. But they're all getting sticky and covered in rez, so no complaints. Happy grows, everyone!

Week 8 is this the final week? We shall see, but my new phone made it so I cannot connect my old USB microscope. I checked the trichomes before I got rid of the phone and we were 80% cloudy 18% clear and about 2% amber. I’ve ordered in a new microscope. Once I receive it I’ll upload some trichome shots. Coming down Saturday/Sunday.

Starting fatten and frost up nice now. Not much else to report. 4 - 6 weeks remaining. Added some photos of some clones I've grown in an aeropnic propagator as it's the same strain and looks cool xD This is the first strain that when I touch the trichomes and sniff the sticky resin on fingers, it actually smells of the strain. Pure Cookie/Sorbet bliss. Fingers crossed I'm on to a winner of a pheno here!

Week 10 – Day 70 🌱 She’s now finishing the last swelling phase of the buds. From this point on I’m giving only plain water and letting the soil dry well between waterings. The buds are not the biggest I’ve ever grown and it probably won’t be my highest yield per plant, but what really surprised me is how uniform this plant is. The buds are very consistent in size and the whole structure is super compact. In my 1m grow box I think I could easily run 9 plants like this. The canopy would be very even and the space would be used much better. Now I’m just waiting for the final ripening and keeping an eye on the trichomes. Harvest is getting close. Terpene profile & trichomes ✨ The plant is not covered with a very thick layer of resin. In my opinion this might be one of the downsides of running a 24/0 light cycle. From my experience it seems to increase yield but slightly reduce the quality, quantity and size of the trichomes. Because of this I recently changed my light schedule to 23 hours. The central light now turns off a bit earlier while the side lights and the 660nm far-red stay on for a short time to simulate a sunset effect. I think this could be more beneficial for the other plants in the tent. With this plant I will also try to induce a bit of mechanical stress to see if it can stimulate more resin production. I’ll document the results in the next few days. The terpene profile is already very interesting. The aroma clearly reminds me of ginger, with sweet candy-like notes and a touch of lime. One white widow auto didn’t germinate.

It's still growing nicely and except for the thrips that I can't eradicate no matter how many times I spray the whole plant with neem oil, everything is going well. If anyone knows an efficient way to deal with thrips, feel free to share 🙏

The smell on this lady is absolutely insane. The only way I can describe it is a dank smelling cherry. Trimmed 2 ozs after drying got done and had the whole house smelling. Very impressed with the nose tone and taste of the Cherry Cola and its not even cured yet. Growing this plant has turned me on to the cherry terps and will continue to look for them.

Flowering day 49 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) All ladies look very healthy and delicious :-) We're slowly getting closer to the end. Watering was done twice this week, each time with 1.2 l (sewing materials see table above) At the next watering there is a very light rinse with Clean Fruits so that the last nutrients can be slowly used up. During week 12 the plants are in their 5th week of flowering since the switch to 12/12 hours of light/darkness. All plants develop nice flower crowns now and the top-buds start to get encrusted with trichomes. Especially the MAC from Tropical Trees seeds from Hawaii has already an impressive layer of trichomes on top. All 12 plants have a nice healthy green color, which shows the BIO NOVA nutrients work GREAT! 💪😎 My two SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs are doing an EXCELLENT job and are running on 100% power now (=3 GREEN lights on the dimmer ON). This cycle is going AWESOME until now and I cant wait for the buds to get bigger...
