She had a good feed yesterday of some Liquid potasium, Seaweed solution , Epsom salts and Mollasses so she should be content until the sun returns . Hello again guys and welcome to day 89! The girls are taking their time but finally the trichomes are turning milky. As you can see from the videos, they still aren’t quite there yet. 30 days since flip day Almost half of the expected flowering time have passed. They look and are doing fabulous - despite of me making some mistakes. They are a little overfed now and the soil pH dropped to 5. I did corrective watering with high pH and Athena Cleanse (mild hypochlorous acid) - should help remediate the lockout I got them into. One started loosing bottom leaves so I need to act fast. Hope it helps. Probably next watering will be higher than normal pH also to stabilize it at higher levels. The Sugar Cane name seems to be SUPER ACCURATE. I did never saw the breeder or gorewers report this trait for this strain - but it is literally a sugar cane. The stems are covered with trichomes. And yeah - thats normal, I know. But not like that. Top 1/3 length of each stem is stisky like a bud. Covered in full grown capitate-stalked trichomes with huge heads. 🤯🤯🤯 This is crazy. Both of my Sugar Cane have those. I have never even hear of such trait and boom - two plants at once.

Day 39-02/09/22 should be back on track with the diary now 5 of the plants all looking good some taller than others but that’s to do with the position of the plants under the light but all looking good this is when things get exciting

Another great looking plant from Barney’s. Everything from them I have grown has been strong and large and I would say very much commercially viable. I’m sure you could grow 20-30 plants and get a really good pheno with good structure and it be dank. Some breeders you could grow thousands of plants and never get one with good structure. That’s not true with Barney’s they have really good genetics
