8/3 Went over to treat the 10th planet that needed water with plant doctor around 10:30. I was in the garden at 6 but didn't have much time. That plant seems to be curled up or "droopy". It DID need water. I defoliated a few sep leaves off it but I didn't see any today. I guess I don't ever really see the leaves "up" or praying like I do with the rest of tge plants. It's starting to flower like the rest though. Today is the day everything is supposed to get its second or third plant doctor dose but I decided to wait until they need the water. I don't think 24hrs will mean much. I've been staying on top of defoliation but I'm seeing some pillar damage. I'd like to spray bt but what my buddy said about spraying with septoria is still in my head. Maybe I can use citric acid. That way it won't "wash away" spores it will just eat them. At least I think. And I hope lol. Birds get most of the pillars but I hand pick some too. I need to pick up nutes. Wondering if I should just get grow big again. I don't use much but plants are switching to flower and leaves are fading. I have big bloom and kool bloom bit neither have nitrogen. I still need some sort of nitrogen. Especially since that could be a deficiency. Not sure if it's the transition or a condition with the sep. I see some interior small leaves bleeding out and some dying. I'm wondering if what I thought was earwig damage years prior was really a combo of sep and they just ate the evidence. I'm super grateful though. I've got some resilient girls and they're doing well. The special kush in flower is gorgeous as well. Looks like I'll have an early plant. Short flowering time on this strain. Smells pungent. 8/4 Treated everything in the garden with plant doctor except the 10th planet I got yesterday. I need to take a closer look at that plant. It rarely looks "happy" like my others. I'll check it again later. 3tsp per gallon and 1gal a plant. The 10s got a half gallon. This seems to be working great. I have some defoliation to do on the tenth planet I was talking about earlier. Everything is in some form of flower. The flowers on that early special kush are getting bigger. I'll update this later. UPDATE: WENT BACK OVER AT NOON TO TAKE A LOOK AT THAT OTHER 10TH PLANET TO SEE IF IT PICKED UP AT ALL. IT DID. IM GLAD I CAME OVER TO CHECK THOUGH. MAKES ME FEEL BETTER. THE OTHER 10TH PLANET LOOKS HORRIBLE O. FILM FROM ONE ANGLE LOL BUT ITS REALLY A GREAT LOOKING PLANT AND IM USUALLY FILMING AT LIKE 6AM. JIST WANTED TO STICK UP FORCMY GIRL AND HER BAD HAIR DAY. ITS BEEN HIT AND A FEW OF HER LEAVES ARE TACOED. SHE GOT HER FIRST "PREVENTATIVE" DOSE OF PLANT DOCTOR WHICH WAS HALF A TSP/GALLON. IT REALLY SEEMS TO BE DOING SUBSTANTIALLY BETTER. EVERYTHING IS. IM HAVING TO LOOK HARDER AND AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING LEAVES EFFECTED BY SEPTORIA. KNOCK ON WOOD. IM EXCITED. THIS IS GOING BETTER THAN I THOUGHT. IM STILL GOING TO BE MONITERING LIKE I USUALLY DO. 8/5 Watered the 10th planet I dodnt get yesterday. Looked and didn't see any sep leaves. Phone was dead so I vouldnt do a video. Went back over at like 130pm and did a quick video and checked out the girls. Everything is looking good and transitioning well. I WANT to use a diy Dr. Zymes with citric acid as I've noticed a few pillars. Only reason I've hesitated is because my buddy said not to spray it. But if what I spray it with "eats" it I would think it's ok. But what do I know. Birds get a great deal of them. I watch them on the camera sit on the cage and wait for one to stick it's head up before snatching it up. Still need to get either more grow big or a bloom product with nitrogen. I was able to defoliate that other 10th planet of anything suspect. It's hard work but it's worth it in the end. 8/6 It's like 81 at 4pm. I didn't have time to video this morning. WATERED EVERYTHING BUT THE 50 AND THE 10TH PLANET I GOT YESTERDAY. Temps are supposed to pick up soon and it will be in the 90's again. We've had like NO rain. I searched for leaves that had signs of sep to defoliate. I may find one or two but for the most part things are doing great. Overall I'm happy.

Hello. This week is start of my 4th year on this site!! 😃✨🎈🎁 , also this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Things are going well in here. I got in here on the weekend and did a big trim/prune and sucker branch removal too. In some of the pictures you can sort of see through the plants to the floor or wall. That is just right. Not too much taken off, but the light can still pernitrate to the lower buds. The plants are in shock because I took a lot of leaves off and will need a few days to get over that and start to grow again. At this point, I can tell when they are over the shock, by how soon the resin starts to appear. They should go right into resin production after coming out of shock. I don't know if I'll make seeds this summer with the Gorilla Face males. None of these males have much of a smell with the rub test. They all have 4 inches or more of distance between the leaf sets since being repotted. Even the one I thought was going to remain short, has 4 to 5 inches between leaf sets. I might put pollen on the 2 shortest females just to see what I get. It's hard to find a good male. I'll wait another week before deciding. I put a sercuirty door/gate on my greenhouse door. I've had an open door in the summer for years and have always been worried about getting ripped off by someone walking in from the street. Now I can leave the door open and not have to worry so much. This way they have to break something to get in now, better chance of catching them. Ok. See ya next week. Chuck.

Welcome back to my Strawberry Cheesecake diary by seedsman! We're wrapping up week 7 here and everything is on track and moving along swimmingly. We put down a healthy top dressing of build of flower with just a touch of bokashi bran, so that should be plenty of bloom nutrients for this auto I figure. We'll just keep watch and if we have to ill give her a light compost tea in few weeks, but all in all things are looking amazing on this plant! Thanks for stopping by.

3 clones from the diesels and 2 of the trop cherry. All have been Transplanted into new pots and rooted successfully and one of the cloned diesels I have on my new hydroponic set up. Trying to learn hydro for the future when I convert one or all of my tents 😉 2 gal reservoir bin filled with fresh decholrinated water. Seperate 1gal container I mixed 18ml of canna vega (Yes I know this isn't the hydroponic version of nutrients they offer) with 6ml of photosynthesis plus. I added this into the resevoir until i hit 600ppms and ph'd to 5.6 water temp was 21°C at time of feed and has risen and is constant at 21-22°C

Flowering Week 8

A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. This SP- 3000 rocks and, wallet permitting, we will go for a second one. @MarsHydroLED might be so happy with the amount of coverage we give them, they'll send us another one 😏 If you haven't seen it yet and you are in the market for new gear, check out the Black Friday super sale on www.mars-hydro.com!! We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? Bueno, para no perder a nadie, el sistema que manejo es con dos indoors en paralelo. Uno en flora y otro creciendo la madre. A la madre la hago crecer hasta sacarle esquejes. Luego pasan al otro indoor, la madre y los esquejes, y ahí comienza la floración. Y ahí mismo comienza la nueva madre en el indoor pequeño. La variedad es de un banco argentino que no sé si sigue existiendo. Se llama "kali seeds" y la variedad es superhaze. Que en teoría tiene unas 10 semanas de floración. Día 01. Puse la planta para obligarme a terminar el prototipo. En este caso decidí usar madera de palets y algunas otras cosas que encontré en la calle. Ya casi termino todo, pero me falta armar los cierres. No voy a hacer puertas, dado que no está centrado, así que uso una tela de microfibra que ayuda a opacar mucho y era mas barata que el blackout. Ademas es impermeable y me sirve para un nuevo mecanismo de seguridad para fugas que quiero implementar. Es bastante simple, pero me soluciona mucho. Hoy no hay mucho más que mostrar. Cuando lo haya terminado voy a ir mostrando como va quedando. No me voy a enroscar con los tsp. Voy a poner lo que use aca. Ahora puse un litro de agua con un poco menos de 1g. de Feeding Grow de Greenhouse. Al menos por ahora, ya que tengo que comprar medidores porque los míos ya no dan confianza. Día 4. Ya estoy terminando de acomodar el indoor. Lo forré con refractario e instalé las "puertas" que en realidad son telas tipo blackout, pero mucho más finitas. Me falta terminar de ordenar la electricidad para que cada sector tenga su timer. Van a ser 3 timer diferentes. Por un lado van a ir luces y ventilaciones de flora (12hs). Por otro lado bombas de aire, bomba de agua y probablemente vientos de floración (15 min/hr). Y por último luz y ventilación del modulo de madres (18hs). Hice el cambio del depósito, a uno de 5 litros, ya que los próximos 10 dias pienso intentar mantener la misma solución (mantuve la proporción 1g/L de feeding grow). La planta tuvo un ataque de una plaga que fue a sus primeras hojas. Por suerte en el momento puse tierra de diatomeas y parece haberse detenido. Pero se pueden ver los amarillos en las puntas. No me preocupa, dado que en hidroponia esos problemas se resuelven y la planta se recobra enseguida. Ahora igual habrá que ir monitoreando, dado que me había olvidado de desinfectar el indoor, cosa que hice luego de este ataque. Tengo fé que llegando al mes y medio de crecimiento, ya esté en condiciones de cortar unos esquejes. Día 07. Por el momento el crecimiento viene rápido cómo suele ser en hidroponia. En unos días le voy a estar haciendo el corte apical. La ansiedad me viene ganando, pero sigo con fé. Esta semana tengo que comprar un par de aditivos y medidores que me están faltando. Pero ya está todo encaminado.

It's been a beautiful strain to work with, the flowrs are definitely worth it after all this time, the quality is definitely high. However this pheno of ak420 smells very different from the other 2 phenos I've grown along with her. The flowrs are beautiful, very solid and frosty nuggets, I smoked a few little nuggets when trimming but I'm excited to taste the big buds, hope you guys enjoyed the process. I want to say that this pheno #1 has a different smell compared to the other 2 phenotypes of ak420 that you can see here on my page as well, so stay tuned guys! Overall result is very nice, good quality, strong weed, sticky, stinky. I'm feeding 500ml of PH'd well water and .25 tsp/gal of some calmag about every other day.
