13.06. OG KUSH-Day 49 The plant is now at the end of its seventh week, it has progressed well, except that it was stressed for 2 days because there was a strong storm and it tilted the plant, so I added another stake, straightened it and tied it up. 5 nights ago there was a strong storm, the morning after the storm when I came to the site, I found some plants crooked, some normal, but there were no broken ones, thank God, but they were very stressed and what you can see in the pictures appeared on the leaves, some leaves were crispy at the edges, but still green, mostly shoots before the newest ones. I haven't had this problem before, I researched a bit on the internet and came to the conclusion that the wind burned them, and I also turned to GW for an opinion, two characters confirmed my opinion. Two days later I noticed that the matter was getting worse and that it was spreading, which worried me, so I contacted GW again for an opinion. Some told me that it was mold, some that it was an infection, disease and so on, mostly guesswork, but no one specifically told me what was certain, so I decided on nim oil, and whatever it is, I guess the problem should be solved. According to some leaves, I would say that insects might be the problem, but I really don't know, I haven't had similar problems before. I regulate the ph of the plants, I still don't feed them, there is food in the ground for another week, except for the fact that I added cal-mag after that storm when I watered them. I want to say that the plants are certainly not locked, and the heat is not yet so high that this would happen from the same, the more the temperatures have dropped and now it is perfect. Since transplanting, I have watered the plants only 2 times. Yesterday morning they were topped for the second time, only the main branches, I will do the next topping of the side branches. Last night I sprayed the plants with neem oil and already today the problem seems to be going away, if I tripped at least it doesn't spread further, that's for sure. I didn't mix the oil very well, I didn't add any soap or anything like that because I wouldn't really spray the plants with any chemicals, and on some of the leaves on one or two plants there is that thick, brownish liquid, so I hope it won't hurt them, I noticed that today during the day, I couldn't see it at night. I still don't know what the problem is, but my guess is still that the wind burned them or some insects. Speaking of insects, I think I noticed thrips on one plant on the underside of the leaf, so in addition to the neem oil I already gave, I also ordered SMC, so I will spray that at least once a week while they are still young. Happy Growing and Stay High!!!

3/23: I let them go totally dry this time and fed them with about 3/4 gallon each including terpinator, signal, sweet * sticky, cal-mag, armor si, cha ching, tiger bloom, big bloom, and humic acid. This was probably the last time the shorter one gets any nutes. She's getting closer now ๐Ÿ˜ฏ 3/27: I gave them both 3/4 gallon with signal, sweet & sticky, terpinator, cal-mag, and a litt bit of cha ching. This will be the last nutes for the shorter one, but the taller one seems weeks from finished still.

We are nearing the finish line! Both ladies look great, and the delicious aroma wafting from the tent brings a smile to my face every time. I think we should finish the run in about two weeks. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ’

I turned the autopots on Monday and the plants are really thriving. They are growing super fast and the soil mix seems to be performing well. They have just had pH 6.4 water from the water reservoir. I have tied and bent them twice since Monday but they bouce back so fast. I have also turned in th airdomes , buried at the bottom of the pots this week, so let's see what they can do. Plenty of defoliation to expose lower branches , it always amazes me how quick the removed leaves are replaced by little tops. Day two flower more pictures added. Loads of defoliating this week and tied them all down again yesterday.

RSV11 stretched too much because I didn't have the light on intense enough. Her roots have found the solution. I hope she straightens out this next week with the help on nutrition, and her gaining more strength. Beside the stretching everything is going good. Well it's safe to say the foop will work with legit strong good bacteria! But the focus has to be on the root health when it comes to how much food you can add and still maintain healthy roots. But the game changer for me has been switching to a air stone, 1st and for most. The recirculation pump suggested by foop when running foop in dwc ran the solution temps into the high 70's around 77ยฐF and anything over 75ยฐF has been where root rot sets in for me. Even switched to way smaller recirculation pump with same results. So switching to running a air stone was big! But also found that running one Vivosun 317GPH Air Pump 15W split to 4 plants was not enough air for the roots to be happy in the foop plants. So I moved to a 2nd air pump, same size per tent. So now it's only split to 2 plants on the foop plants. And that made a big difference! But found after a few weeks that I had to bleed a slight amount of air off because there soo much extra air the humidity was sky rocketing in the tent to high 80%. So there's a sweet spot where they get extra air but not soo much that the humidity is affected. But the 2nd most beneficial thing I've done is start running Orca. It has made such a huge difference. I think I need to go up with how much I'm using or find something that works even better if possible. But the sweet spot now is 8 to 9ml total of each foop veg/bloom 1,2 and sweener. When I go to 12ml with foop 1,2 the roots take a noticeable hit. So idk how I would go to the recommended 20 to 50ml per gallon as suggested on the foop grow chart. Currently running around 6 to 10ml orca total per feeding. And adding 2 to 4ml when I add foop 1,2 mid week amd got happy roots! Also the Seaweed extract has made a difference in the smell the plant puts off. Last few grows have been really muted with smells and this grow I actually get hit in the face when entering grow room. So has made a difference forsure!! I'm soo excited!! I had skipped a feeding because I had been feeding a few tines mid week. And that's when all the yellow edges showed up I've been trying to get her back on track feeding mid week 4 to 6ml foop 1,2 and has made a difference forsure! I also added a Exhale C02 bag. So hoping that kicks her in high gear, but she already seems to be doing better! I also need to get back to trying to master the art of getting the ph to stabilize and not climb every 24hrs. Currently I have to ph daily 6/24 added 1L, 10ml Seaweed extract 6/25 added 2L 6/26 added 1.5L, 10ml Seaweed extract, 4ml orca, 4ml foop bloom 1&2, 4ml foop sweener, 3ml cal mag 6/28 added 2L 6/29 added 1.5L 6/30 added 1L, 20ml Seaweed extract 7/1 refreshed, gave 20ml hydroguard, 10ml orca, 25ml Seaweed extract, 9ml foop bloom 1&2. 10ml foop sweener, 5.5ml cal mag Records kept here: https://1drv.ms/x/c/fa218bbdbbfbd064/EYZwYiJbkHdKqKqmxBKBBEgBMfZ9Lh3BFPJZvpB3_52MaQ?e=v9Y0LL ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿ‘‹ Hello, Thanks for checking out my grow!! Watch the videos.... THIS WAS MY 1ST INDOOR DWC GROW!!! Personally I think I didnt do to bad for making what I thought were crucial mistakes. 2 DAY FLUSH around 10.5 weeks to get salt build up out. Than 200ppm of forabloom. Took plant 1 week to eat up 100ppm and like 1/2 Gal of H2O. They started to change. Maybe bc of the nutrient drop cause premature maturity or it was entering senescence. However did not know it was in its final swell bc i never researched such a thing. Never crossed my mind that it can bud twice. SMH!!! But it had bloom nutes at that time. Than I did a real flush around 11 wks 2 days. Than been flushing and changing res every 5 to 6 days. Lower water to a gallon and dropped to 65Fโฐ and 40% RH for this past week. Temps here in mid-atlantic are fluctuating bad. Gonna be 83 for a few days then drop down to 40s again smh. Did found 2 seedling pods forming soooo yeah. All Fine and Dandy! Gonna empty reservoirs of all H2O tn and let them sit in dark for 1 or 2 days than HARVEST! CLEAR- 20% CLOUDY- 70% JUST MY GUESS WITH MY LOUP AMBER- 10% Bc my 1st grow, did not really know gotta go 2-3wks past breeders date. With sativas, and sativa hybrid dominant strains, I will go Minimum of 13 wks and indica and their hybrid dominant strains, 11 wks. Than add or minus 1 or 2 wks depending on strain and environment conditions. I've seen 60 days flips and autos go for 100 days. I will be at DAY 90 OR 91 WHEN HARVESTED. HAPPY ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿ’จ

~ FastBuds PAPAYA SHERBET Photoperiod~ Well here we go on another journey together through 'Canna-land' and this one's kinda special... forget that, it's VERY special because this is FastBuds newest surprise for the community, a FEMINIZED PHOTOPERIOD STRAIN!๐Ÿคฏ I was fortunate enough to score these seeds, of which only 1000 were available and can't wait to see what this strain can do! This Papaya Sherbet, according to FastBuds, is a hybrid with a 9-10 weeks flowering period. For a more detailed and accurate description of this strain the following from FastBuds says it best: "Combining the massive stature of Papaya (Oni Selection) with the strength and resilience of one of our best keeper cuts (Sunset Sherbet), this strain develops into a big, expansive bush adorned with numerous bud sites that later transform into a generous harvest of medium-sized buds. Papaya Sherbet flowers deliver a signature flavor of premium cannabis with subtle citrus undertones that emerge upon inhaling. During growth, her aroma makes for a sweet yet pleasantly bitter fragrance, giving you an idea of what the smoke will taste like. Notably stress-resistant, Papaya Sherbet is a great choice for growers working in challenging environments. She is very forgiving and rebounds quickly from any adversity, allowing growers the freedom to experiment with confidence that she will take everything like a champion she is. This strain embodies resilience, flavor, and abundant yields in every grow cycle." Sounds like an epic strain and I personally cannot wait for this lady to strut her stuff!๐Ÿ˜ ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: This is going to be an outdoor grow, but I have started the Papaya Sherbet photoperiod indoors as our weather is still a bit too chilly to put a newly sprouted seedling outside (nighttime temp's dipping regularly into the 40'sโ„‰). The plan is simple... let her grow inside under a 19/5 light schedule until the nighttime temperatures are in the mid 50'sโ„‰, which shouldn't be long. After which, she'll be moved outside and transplanted into the soil which I have already setup and inoculated with beneficial microbes from BioTabs and slow release dry amendments from Gaia Green. Once she's established herself outside she'll be given periodic top dressings of Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 along with worm castings and Compost Tea's. Her grow area is approx. 5'x5' and I have posts and a trellis net set up already for when she gets bigger to aid in training her. Let the fun begin!๐Ÿคช๐Ÿ’š ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 7/18- Well, we're now going into the 10th week of veg for this FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod. She's becoming quite the tall lady with wide node spacing and a classic 'Christmas tree' shape. Her overall health and vigor have remained excellent and she's tolerating our oppressive heat with out complaint! 7/20- The daily watering of 5g continues, as does the hot weather. 7/22- Yesterday, I top dressed the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photoperiod with 2 1/2 cups of Gaia Green 2-8-4 along with 1 cup of Down To Earth Bio-Fish 7-7-2 and 1/2g of Wiggle Worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendments in by hand I replaced the straw coating over the soil and watered them in with 5g of straight well water via garden hose as usual. Today I resumed my regular watering routine, watering late in the afternoon with 5g of well water from the garden hose. 7/24- There goes ten weeks of veg for the FastBuds Papaya Sherbet photo and she shows no signs of slowing her vertical growth at this time. I am hoping that with our daylight hours slowly diminishing, the Papaya Sherbet will begin to transition into flower in the next few weeks so that it won't be late October before she's ready to harvest... we will see! Thank you for checking out my diary, your positive comments and support make it all worthwhile! ๐Ÿ’šGrowers Love!๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ™

During week 13 the BANANA KRUMBLE (=Banana Punch x OG-Kush) from GREENHOUSE SEEDS is developing FANTASTICALLY! The buds have a nice PURPLE coloration and are COVERED IN TRICHOMES! They shine like little stars when I go in at night and make a foto with the flash on...ITS AMAZING to see. All main- and sidebranches have developed into HUGE COLAS, which are full with DANK buds. The bud structure is very compact...I LOVE IT! ๐Ÿ˜The topbuds are now so heavy that the plants lean into the two layers of nets I put in to support them. I am glad I installed the trellies already during veg., because now the plants need them. The nice dark green color of the leaves and the fat buds show that the plants are VERY healthy and therefore the BIOTABs nutrients and the spectrum and intensity of the SANlight LEDs work perfectly for growing cannabis. After all they were both especially designed to do exactly that...lol The two Q4W-Gen.2 fixtures on the sides are running at 100% (=3 green lights on dimmer ON) and the Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center is running at 80% (=two green light on the dimmer ON). All three lamps are hung at 40 cm distance to the top of the plants. I water the plants with PURE TAB-WATER, since the BIOTABS nutrients are self-regulating. There is no need for measuring the ph- and EC-value of the water, since you do not need to adjust it. Its VERY CONVENIENT and saves me a lot of time! The smell of the 8 plants is VERY STRONG now and the aroma is WONDERFUL! It is sweet and fruity with a 'gassy' undertone from the OG-Kush parent. Until now this round goes VERY WELL and I am very satisfied with quality of the genetics from Greenhouse Seeds. The plants grow exactly as the description in their catalogue states, and that is rare thing nowadays! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž

Hello, friends, I Welcome you again from Russia. Comes week 5 photoperiod Bubblelicious. I planned to make clones of this plant, but unfortunately the whole place is occupied by other projects, and temporarily I have to give up this idea, but I will continue to grow this plant, later on, I still make clones, and while I tear off the vegetative leaves and give free growth.
