Day 30 - Zero stress noticed since the last strip and top. Her leaves are green and healthy, and she has given me no complaints post trimming! Day 32 - Checking out her top sites, she's looking really good! Another day or two I'll start training the branches out and top them each one more time. Her fan leaves are huge and gorgeous! 😍 Day 33 - Introduced some handcuffs to the game. 😉 As the two branches on each side begin to grow out, I want to guide them horizontally away from each other. I threw some ties around each new branch, anchoring it to its adjacent fan leaf. By doing this, I am using the anchor point to help guide the growth while the branch is still new and bendy - this should hopefully lay me down an easier foundation to work with as we move toward the next steps. Now that each new branch has grown just past its first node, I will be making the last round of topping later today. I'll be putting it all together in the next video in my Let's Mainline Series on IGTV, so stay tuned because I'll be sharing that here as well! ✌️💜🌱 *** went ahead and topped each of my 4 branches at their 1st nodes. Welcome to another season of Grow N' Smoke! This is my 9th grow but my second diary. Luckily I came upon some seeds that I had been desperate to try, Cookies Gelato from Royal Queen Seeds. Shout out to James and RQS, they deliver to the USA now! I got my seeds sooner than I thought and was able to start my grow last Sunday 2/19/23. It's now Saturday 2/25/23 and we are off to good start. A 100% Germination! How awesome! I'm really excited about this grow and I am very hopeful of the results. I hope that you enjoy this journey with me and that we can help each other along the way.

Week 5 and the plants are bursting out now. I am very pleased with the electroculture, seems like the bugs do not want to touch the plants.

Really like the outcome of the ladies. Some nutrient deficiencies and maybe cold temperature let her show some purple hints, but really nice result!

Both phenos are healthy, lush, and stretching beautifully, clearly ready for the show ahead. ⸻ 📸 Photo Studio Glam We took them out for another studio shoot, bright lights, clean background, and every angle showing off their deep greens and perfect branching. Soon, their beauty will be dressed in flowers, but for now, the leaf structure alone is worthy of the spotlight. ⸻ 🌡️ Current Conditions • Room Temp: 31°C • Humidity: 50.3% • VPD: 2.23 kPa • PPFD: 766 µmol/m²/s • Soil EC: ~2.0 • Soil Temp: 25.6°C Yes, the temperature is running hot — AC unit is on the way to lock it back into our ideal zone. ⸻ 💬 Heat in the Grow Room – Risks & Benefits Potential Risks: • Faster substrate drying = more frequent irrigation needed • Higher transpiration rates can stress plants if roots can’t keep up • Slightly increased risk of light stress at high PPFD without proper cooling • Possible reduced terpene retention if sustained into late flower Possible Benefits (short term in veg/pre-flower): • Accelerated metabolism — plants grow and stretch faster • Increased water/nutrient uptake (if well-fed and watered on time) • Can improve CO₂ usage efficiency if levels are high enough Bottom line: As long as they’re hydrated, fed, and ventilated, short bursts of high temp are manageable. But for flowering, we want to keep daytime temps closer to 24–28°C for optimal quality. ⸻ 💧 Watering Strategy We water when the soil dries to about 25% moisture remaining, this encourages: • Stronger root growth searching for water • Better oxygenation of the root zone • Less risk of root rot in warm temps Right now: They’re drinking daily due to the heat, so we’re feeding daily as well. ⸻ Current Feeding (per L of water) • Aptus Regulator – 0.15 ml • Aptus CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml • Aptus All-in-One Liquid – 1 ml • Aptus Top Booster – 0.25 ml With the increased drinking rate, nutrient uptake has increased — meaning no signs of deficiency, just steady lush green. ⸻ 🚀 Looking Ahead • AC installation will stabilize temps, allowing tighter VPD control • First signs of pistils should appear within the next 7–10 days • We’ll begin adjusting feed ratios for early bloom once flowers set • Light intensity will climb further as stretch continues ⸻ 💚 Closing Note: This week is all about momentum, heat or no heat, the Lava Cakes are pushing upward, prepping themselves for a heavy flower load. This cali snow is having s little issue with leaf coloration. She doesn't seem the be taking the root bound situation as well as the other plants, but she is hanging in there and has hit flower. She has a really pleasant mango aroma. Really hope she keeps that going until the end. I am going to give her a half gallon flush today then hook her back up to her feed tube. Just hoping I can keep her alive long enough to taste some ripe buds off her

20-3 last week of feeding them. Next week flushing and the last days i ll give them icewater. 21-3 i think about it too start with flushing now. Well... i started with flushing. 24-3. I give them ice water and low down the lights. 25-3. Today cuttingday. For now i let them dry for 10 days. Next week harvest week on thuis diary.

Hola que tal? yo me he levantado en domingo a las 08:30 me he tomado un café y me pegado un bongazo de aúpa jaja después, musica y hacerles una sesión de fotos a las plantitas 😇👌🏽 Pues hoy es el último día de la 7ª semana de floración, veo a 3-4 plantas listas para cosecha. Esta semana en los directos de twitch usaremos la lupa para ver el punto de maduracion de los tricomas. Deciros que estoy muy sorprendido con las Harlequin CBD ya que están sacando unas porras muy interesantes con aromas súper inciensados, son plantas mega compactas ideales para espacios pequeños y súper productivas!! vaya tela! Una de ellas está súper oscura y tiene mitad planta color verde mitad morada/negra de locos. Sobre las mimosa pues más de lo mismo, más resina, más cogollos, más aroma y plantas muy fáciles de llevar sinceramente... Los colores morados rojizos y naranjas que están sacando me encantan Que deciros de la Mimosa GB que mutó y desarrolló Fasciacion en una de sus ramas satélite. Da cierto miedo ver el cogollo parece que me vaya a engullir jjajjjaja 90 dias desde que se empezaron a germinar son semillas de gbstrains bajo los leds de gblightning y abonadas con boom nutrients todo gracias a @gbthegreenbrand @growbarato
