The Slurricane IX is a beast of a plant to grow, the growth is quick and quite bushy. I would advise to train these plants SCROG..or something.. the stretch is just crazy..im gona say prepare for a 200% + stretch. Thy will easily get out of of control if not managed well. Pest resistance is good, i did not have any bug problems, but i did have a small WPM issue, but it was very crowded in there. Sorted it out by defoliation and a treatment of hydrogen peroxide took care of the problem. Very thirsty plants, at there peak, 9 plants was drinking 110L a week. Very stong smelling plants. Extremely dense flowers covered in a sluricane of trichomes. Harvest of the plant is quite easy, not a very bushy cola..so its a easy trim. Overall a great genetic to grow and a beautiful plants in itself. @InHouseGenetics .. superb. Thank you guys so much for giving us the privilege to grow such amazing genetics. Keep up the great work. First week had gone well no issues with the gorrila or the autos Gorrila skittlz #1 has a nice growth pattern Gorrila skittlz #3 not very symmetrical but has faster root growth. 3 days after, I added a psychosis plant. She has not grown much and I haven't touched her since the transplant. Also the only plant to show some yellow on it its bottom leaves.. She is growing and her roots are doing well otherwise.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. 22 days since they sprouted. Got a full feeding today. They are looking great. Good color to the leaves. One is a bit taller than the other one is 8" and the other 7" (the one that came up 18 hours after the first) Will start to LST this week and maybe a slight defoliation, just to open them up to a bit more light. Longest branches are 4", maybe a bit more. Mar. 1st, 2019 - Just coming to the end of week 4. The plants are 26 days old. looking great. They got a watering with Azos and Mykos. Started to LST and just slight defoliation. They are about 10 to 11 inches tall now and growing pretty fast. They are also early flower, they go a last foliar spray today as well. Damn nice plants.
