Buds starting to stack nicely!! 6/13 Full nutrient feed

27/02/19 - This one is great, I popped the seed 24hrs after the gelato and this one seems to be developing its leaves a lot faster than the rest, so far really happy with DNA and with mills nutrients, it’s a lot easier to mix and I no longer have to use ph down because once all mixed it’s at a 5.8/5.9. 👌🏻 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

Welcome back to week 3 of this grow diary! Just like the other plant this one is unfortunately presenting with an interveinal chlorosis and also at the end of the week it started developing some brown spots mainly at the leave edges. I’m not really sure what’s going on but I suspect it’s a magnesium deficiency that’s the only thing making sense to me. I had slight problems with adjusting my watering volume and frequency to this new substrate. I overwatered a bit last week because the substrate apparently has a higher water holding capacity. Immediate actions: Less watering, corrugated cardboard under planters for insulation from cold tiles, checked soil PH (slurry test), ordered Epsom salt (should take about a week to arrive) for foliar application. I’m pondering flushing the substrate so that I can be sure it’s not caused by excess of other nutrients and lockout. But since I noticed that the substrate holds water a little bit to well for my taste this could also backfire and further worsen symptoms. Unsure on how to proceed, guess I’ll have to wait for the Epsom salt and try if a foliar spray improves the status of my plants :( Let me know if you have any input on the matter!

Flowering day 9 Today was watered with 1.2 L (see fertilizer table) and the plants were sprayed. Flowering day 10 Today there was nothing to do except for a check :-). Flowering day 11 The tent was cleaned, everything checked for health and the humidifier refilled. Flowering day 12 The electronics have been completely checked for functionality again. Flowering day 13 Today it was poured again, but this time with 1 l each. Flowering day 14 Today the tent was cleaned again and the health of the plants checked. Waiting on a full plant hang dry so will wait at least two weeks maybe three hope ma vegging station holds up n can dae tge damage the now as av said guys this is definitely not the perfect set up am not on good terms with land lord so basically squatting here lol and growing and a got caught with one in this house the land lord doesn’t even know lol 😂

Similar conditions as last week, but the plant is getting bigger, so is drinking more, I was finally able to feed the plant 2 times in one week. This week I also introduced a foliar spray. I applied the foliar spray 1h after the lights turned off, next time I need to give it a bit earlier, right after the lights turn off. I also used Mycorrhizae this week as well I feel that the initial problems that I had been solved, the plant is growing at a normal pace now. DAY 30 - Water PH - 5.80 PPM- 531 Solution Temp - 22 Watering Volume - 2L DAY 33 - Nutes PH - 6.02 PPM- 1600 Solution Temp - 21 Watering Volume - 1.2L Foliar Spray PH - 5.21 PPM- 1450 Solution Temp - 21 Watering Volume - 100 ml

I am starting to think swedes got mixed up, development on 2 plants looks much more than the others. They look like I should start flushing soon. The others, not even close. I think the big pot (4ft wide by 1 ft high) doesnt dry out quick enough. It was great in the cold weather, the soil stayed hot compared to regular smart pots, but I wont use this style pot (other than this one) again.

Last year I’ve tried my first Blueberry’s family strain ever, the Blue Cheese. I loved her. One of the best high I’ve ever had. Since then, I decided to try them all. I chose this strain because she is almost 100% indica and because I wanted to do a RQS only cycle, and unfortunately they didn’t have the original Blueberry (please RQS, add her to the catalog!!!). By the way, although I have two Blue Mystic, only this one has her own diary. Her sister is similar, but located at the opposide side of the box. Well, they have been the first, together with the Gorilla, to show pistils and then create the first small flowers. Couldn’t be happier, especially after the problem (with a defective digital timer) that caused the flowering phase to delay by 2 weeks. I’ve just removed some lower leaves that coudn’t get the right amount of light, and since the soil was a bit dry, I’ve given 500ml of water (and nuts) more. Because of the delay (in which I’ve started giving bloom nuts), I’ll have to give them “week 3” nuts for two more weeks, maybe reducing by 50% the B-52 and Big Bud dosages (they could be a little too much). 63 days!!!! The girl got a lot of sun this week, the air temperature also rose above 30°, so the girl has to be watered every day, all because it is a northern balcony project with not very good conditions, but in general, her current condition really satisfies me:) a real decoration of the balcony:):) good luck to everyone:)

Day 114 (f52) update: Runtz is doing great! 😀 Smells are gaining in complexity 😋😋, with more of a dank heavy gelato smell behind the 'blue cheese' fruity smells. --> Buds were swelling this week, with the buds closest to the light nicely swollen and more ripe than mid and lower section buds. 😎 ==> Guessing another 10-14 days till harvest 😍😁😛

Day 1- watered Day 2- 😴 Day 3- 😴 Day 4- I need to feed tent 1 tomorrow. Gonna up the nutes from last week since they dont seem to be getting caught up. Can see 1st signs of flowering so I'm gonna experiment a bit with additives and see if I can see a noticeable winner or possibly no difference at all. Day 5- Fed tent#1 14ml advanced trio, 1ml floralicous +, .6ml mammoth p. 1/8tsp flower fuel per/gal. Tent#2 got 2.5ml armor si, 5ml tiger bloom, .6ml mammoth p/gal. Pulled each plant out and cleaned up the bottoms and middles, washed trays and gave a very light dusting diatomaceous earth on underside of leaves. Hoping that will keep any spider mites that think fucking with me again this year will be fun, dead as shit and disappointed. Got a bunch of cuts for clones now too. That's gonna be tomorrow me's problem though lol. Day 6- 🚫 Day 7- well I'll be a son of a bitch...guess what I found? Spider mites. Got to try out my new eradication method I thought up months ago using diatomaceous earth and an air compressor. (Almost a week later and I cant find a mite anywhere 😁) STEP 1- Turn off your carbon filter so u dont plug it up then dust the hell out of everything with diatomaceous earth. I wanted it to look like a thick fog and let the fans blow it all around. I'd go fog it back up every 10-15 minutes for an hr or so. STEP 2- Starting with the worst, pull each plant out of the tent and blow off with 60psi (4bar) compressed air(see video) STEP 3- Inspect the plant and blow off any mites u find with the air gun. I used a LED flashlight to make it easy to see them. STEP 4- After the plant appears mite free give another dusting of diatomaceous earth.(see video) STEP 5- clean tent. Vacuum up all the DE and blow dust out of lights. STEP 6- Put plants back in the tent and start your carbon filter if u have 1. In theory this should take care of current mites and any eggs that hatch. Check daily and repeat steps 2-4 as necessary.

Its either that or beginning of tip burn. That is my question. I have been pinching them off on the clones and leaving them on the Mommas and Blue Gelatos. Whats your thoughts?

Week 9 was a tough week for the plants, but they pulled through! First, we are experiencing a heatwave where I live which has caused me some headaches for figuring out how to make the environment plant-friendly. Growing indoors is much tougher than I thought it would be 😅. So the room where the plants are has reached the max temperature of 38 degrees celsius. I decided to take the plants out of the tent and into my bedroom facing the west side window for ultimate sun exposure. Unfortunately, I cannot have the plants in my bedroom overnight since my husband has allergies. So, I placed them back in the tent at night. Throughout the week, I took some timelapse videos of the plants in front of the sun, and it is truly fascinating how plants understand the power of the sun, soil, water, and air. I think that plants would rather be grown by sunlight than LED lights, they get to move to the rhythm and speeds of solar and ecosystem, and it's amazing to witness in timelapse! Anyways, by the end of week 8, the plant looked hungry and big enough to be repotted. So, I gave it some Gaia Gree all-purpose nutrients and repotted her in a larger container with some fresh soil. The first few days of repotting, the plant seemed to have experience stressed. Its leaves were floppy, and there was not much growth. By the end of week 9 the plant looked much happier, fuller, and greener!

Expected more of a vertical stretch this past week but maybe that’s what’s going to happen next; smell is weak but it’s just the beginning; stay tuned
