I did the flushing on Mimosa on day 88. I am now watching the trichomes to see around 30/40% amber to cut it down.

Defoliated and fully leaf stripped. I am going all out to see what happens. Wedding gelato is a fairly tall plant for my tent and future grows will have to be properly trained and tied down. Live and learn. So far happy with the results from hydro grow. Roots have worked their way into the res so I have added an air bubbler to the submerged roots.

Video pretty much says it all. Plants are doing great. *Grow Notes: limit defo. In most stages. Little tip burn overall so prob. At the high end of the Berkana. Good internodal spacing - look’n at a quality stack. Lowers were still too low on launch, would’ve benefited from a little more veg. Time. *minor light burning in localized areas has begun to show up elsewhere. There is a chance it’s early and very slight nute burn after the tent was flooded out last week. Running 20L of water through em over the next two days to dilute the current Rez mix and flush out any lingering solids and minerals that be throwing em off. That shouldn’t cause any issues and will isolate the problem if it’s localized light burning. Moved up the lights a touch regardless as well. *update - there was definitely a little light burn in one hot spot but the leaf issues are now prevalent on plants 2,6&7. It’s repp’n like P&K deficiency which would track with previous runs and further support how nute hungry some of them have been in the past. We’re changing out from the Berkana to Maxi-Bloom anyway due to need and the GH nutes are generally somewhat stronger in content than Druid so that should solve the problem🤞. Either way - on this basis alone, plants 1,3&4 are starting to look like our prime candidates for seed from the clone cabinet. Only time will tell on this issue but prefer we breed it out as best as possible when we start the back cross against the F1 pollen.

Amazing progress across the board in the tent the last week. Development has been positive for The New and Black Dog, Bubba has swollen up bud wise, and it’s still another week away or so (flowering is supposed to be 50-55 and we’re at 50 today). Chemdawg smell is getting stronger but not too aggressive, and it’s fate king nicely on most colas. Even at the bottom of the plant the buds look nice. It’s an amazing strain, can’t wait to smoke it.

Hopefully close to lights out just a light watering when dry this week while they finish up. The trichome development has been slower than I thought but I am checking daily and they still look to me like they are in the stage of turning cloudy with less and less clear ones showing along with a small amount of amber ones starting to appear more and more. Some of the girls are developing a little slower than the others which is to be expected and they are fading in colour so it looks like they are consuming the last remaining nutrients from their reserves at different stages. Lights out possibly tomorrow or the the day after all going well. Hopefully the next update is the harvest. 🙌 Peace.

The the buds were small so it made trimming a nightmare! But it’s done and the end product is worth all the time. I have loads of trim and small popcorn buds that will be dry Ice sifted and pressed into a hash brick. Will update the diary when I have some bcp hash Weighed up the trim at 588 grams, used my trim bins with dry ice to sift the trim and pressed it into blocks using a rosin pre press, I’ll now jar this and put it to one side. My first time doing this, definitely worth the effort!

After last weeks defoliation I am stoked to see the progress in their growth, opened them up nicely and exposed all the remaining bud sites to some good light 😁... I have around 4-5 weeks left from here, super keen to see what these ladies can do 😁

Welcome to week 10 of my Strawberry Cheesecake diary by seedsman, grown by me, Ctrellis90. So as you can see she's almost done! So that's pretty exciting! I had to get down and scrape out her top layer of soil last week because of some moisture problems in the soil but I think everything is fine for her last week in earth. The trichomes are almost right where I want them so that's all I'm doing now is waiting for those bad boys to turn so I can chop this pretty lady down. It was a lot of fun growing her, so much so that I had to out another one in the ground lol. This time in coots mix from BAS. Hopefully she doesn't burnt up....I've had that happen before when I mixed the soil wrong. Anyways I did give her just a little more Gaia all purpose for her last week just incase she has some more flower to put on for me. Well thanks for stopping by and next time you see this girl, she'll be hanging upside down!

6/6/2023 Week 9- Day 1 of Flower (Day 124 overall) (Day 63 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 3.. Just watched them be beautiful. I also did a Trichome check today things are moving along nicely. 6/7/2023 Week 9- Day 2 of Flower (Day 125 overall) I admit it I couldn't help it there were some blatant offender leaves blocking the light from some of the canopy buds so they had to go..... and when I took them I found a few more in between leaves that had to go.. so long story short some defoliation did happen.. :-) 6/8/2023 Week 9- Day 3 of Flower (Day 126 overall) Auto pilot re-engaged.. I sat back took some photos and just enjoyed how beautiful this light side and dark side thing the plants are doing The buds are almost as long as my Sharpie. Overview of the whole grow so far.. everything is looking healthy no signs of mold pest resistance is there with the help of the dragonflies and natural ladybugs and other predators in the garden including garter snakes.. the snakes just coil around the trunk of the trees.. Everyday the odor of the garden grows stronger skunky and sweeter.. Cinderella 99 has the strongest odor and most fragrant buds, followed by the Purple Haze, then the Strawberry Cough then the Afghan hash plant and then DJ Short Blueberry but to be fair the blueberry and the Afghan we're late bloomers as we all know

Gettting Thicc! Added some overdrive to the nutrients, trying to squeeze the last into the buds as she starts out her last week. Smell is getting a bit stronger, easily fills the apartment when i take her inside for watering and pictures.
