Welcome to Day 57 2/12/21 it's 35 days into flower and she is looking good. I have seen lots of growth and she looks healthy. I have just realized that I have been doing the rez wrong all along but I think I can fix the mistake without dumping the rez. I should have been mixing a new rez every week but instead I was just adding 18 L . I put 2 18L bottles in the rez when it should only be 1 that way I have less waste and keep the nutes fresh that's all for this week's update so as always Happy growing and keep your stick on the ice 🙏

In fact, now that I think about it, I didn't test it when I purchased it so it may have been off slightly the entire time 😱 Was off by +0.7% Also may have thrips, but I don't see any. Perhaps the white spots on the leaves are ph related? Funny story though, within 10 minutes of having had the white spots pointed out to me, a ladybug flew into the lung room. Caught it and released it into the tent 😈 If I find her corpse within a few days, we'll know there are no thrips! Removed the two affected leaves anyway. ------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- Aug 10 Ordered nematodes and 30 ladybug larvae, just to be safe. I'm also contemplating setting up a ladybug hotel/lodge for a year round supply of predators 😈 (Hopefully) Chased out the bad ph with a new batch of feed. 6.3%ph and didn't even need PH Min!! Not much to do this week. Plants are doing great ! Since a few weeks the leaves have small spots. They are not insects, not spider mites. But I don't know what it is. Started to add BioFinale PK 0.5ml/500ml water/24l pot

Day 33: What an amazing height and bud gain in just 3 days! Lady #1 is 67 cm tall now, her sister a tad smaller. Both still have a great color, and I dared to cur away just the lowest branches and leaves that do not look like they could gain height in time. Really enjoying this strain so far! At the end of their day, they are a bit dropping leaves, so clearly no hunger for more light. The impressive growth speed continued on their buds: Tallest lady at 70 cm now. Their next morning shows growth is still at an impressive 5 cm/day as lady #1 with her leaves erected again stretches now 72, the maximum of my previous growth. Pulled the lights as close as possible to the ceiling and hope they won’t make it much more than 1 m. I activated the Sansi 30 W folded wings LED to give them somewhat of a morning and evening light and to add some more light to their overlapping center branches in the middle of "their" day. Sadly that’s causing some interference to the timelapse videos, but I can’t say they’re perfect if it wouldn’t. Watching the timelapse video of day 34, I have the feeling the additional light rather irritates them. Maybe the interference is not only visible for electronic eyes. I’ll keep it off next day for comparisons. Day 35 shows stretch speed has reduced indeed and they seem to be concentrating on leaf and bud growth instead. 75 cm, so we are currently at "only" 3 cm/day. Watered them with a HPE/Bud growth mix again last night, about 1 l each. Well, forget my words about reduced growth. After they recovered during the night, we are at 77 cm for lady #1. Which measured at 78 with hanging leaves in their day’s evening. I must have missed a day number – day 36 concludes their 5th week. I gave them another 2 l of fertilised water each and will lave them for the weekend again. Video shows that growth concentrates now more on leaf and bud development than on gaining height. So I guess my 160 cm tent will be sufficient. For a moment I was worried, but it looks like stretch is over. Anyway, time to rearrange the camera next week. Leaves are running out of focus.

What a great week! We only gave them their nutrients once this week, and it seemed to be just enough for the girls. They're all fighters and are showing it every day. The greenhouse is starting to work in our favor during the day because when it was humid enough, the temperature was perfect. One of the girls, Osaka, started to grow rapidly, and we noticed that it may have been due to the fact that she was collecting the rainwater that had seeped inside the greenhouse. The rainwater had just the right pH to allow her to grow not only rapidly but beautifully. It was very unexpected at first, and now she's starting to look like our shining star. One of them, Ben, also looks like she's flowering a little, but we're not sure what to do since it's still a little early... Hoping for the best and, as always, hoping for rain!

The girls are really starting to look promising! Lady #1 has most certainly stealing the show, although last night I did notice lady #2 starting to flower really well and can't wait to see if she starts her stretch today. I didn't get any pictures of girl #2, just so distracted by #1's progress. I will upload lady #2 tonight! I see at least another 4 - 6 weeks before I'm thinking of harvest, so plenty of time for these ladies to swell up!

She stretched on me last time. But I was too heavy with the light right away. Gave her light burn. I raised the light and turned it down to 25%. I think she’ll be fine. I’m excited to see how she’s going to do in a 5 gallon!!

DAY 57 : Changed light schedule to 24/0 to control temps dropping. Problem solved sitting between 22 - 27 at all times now. As you can see from the pics the 3 gallon pot is gonna be harvest a few weeks before the 5 gallon pot although the trichomes are still clear ATM. Still feeding every 2/3 days around 2.5 / 3 liters. The smell of these is just delicious. Day 58 trichomes are still clear, Day 60 Trichomes have started to turn cloudy. Seriously sticky and stinky covered in resin Day 62 - Trichomes are now over 50% cloudy. Gonna flush when the pot is next dry probably Monday ready to havest within the week.

Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. She is in full flowering stage, smelling very good and with excellent development. During this stage a lot of pistils present and growing. Also cutting old leaves and big ones that don't allow sunlight to enter the plant.
