Adjusting Nutrient Levels Given their positive response to the nutrients, I decided to continue with 2/3 of Terra Aquatica Tripart feeding schedule, adjusting slightly to meet their increasing demands. Here's the updated feeding plan for this week: CalMag: 2.5 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.50 mS/cm) Grow: 1.5 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 0.5 ml/l EC: 1.2 mS/cm (600 ppm PPM-500/TDS) pH: 6.0 Each plant is watered with approximately 20% runoff to ensure there's no nutrient buildup in the coco mix. Strengthening with Wind Exposure On days with good weather, I move the plants out of the greenhouse to expose them to natural wind. This practice helps strengthen their stems, improving overall stability. Additionally, the wind creates a more challenging environment for pests, helping to keep them at bay. Smart Watering Strategy I only water the plants when the pots feel noticeably lighter. This encourages the roots to search for water, promoting the development of a stronger and more extensive root system. This method helps ensure the plants remain healthy and resilient. Pest Management: Observations and Actions At the beginning of the third week, I noticed dark discolorations on the undersides of some leaves. A few days later, these spots turned into yellow patches. I am still unsure about the cause of these spots. To prevent a potential insect infestation, I sprayed all the leaf surfaces, both top and bottom, with a mildly dosed neem oil mixture. Since then, the spots have not spread further. Because these discolorations are only affecting the lower leaves, they are not causing me significant concern at the moment. Welcome to my Crocketts Confidential diary. I am currently week 5-6 with 5 plants in a smaller 2x3 grow tent. I currently have a 150 true watt LED light about 20 inchs overtop. These girls are something different. Very short distance between nodes. The smell is also unlike anything I have experienced. These girls are putting off a smell stronger than my flowering tent, its crazy! Almost a earthy/skunky smell. Im excited to see how these will respond once we hit the 12/12 cycle. Before that though I want there to be a somewhat significant stretch in veg. UPDATE: I changed out the blurple blue/red LED for a one with more of a fuller spectrum, and honest to god they exploded within hours. Excited/anxious/nervous to see what happens over the next few days, I'm sure this tent will be full very soon now.

Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of its third week, at the same time it has completed the vegetation phase and is entering the flowering phase. This week it grew an impressive 20 cm, it got a bunch of new leaves and now it's at the stage where it looks like a small bush. Purple lemonade has slowly started to form flowers. The leaves are a nice green color and look healthy. It is really developing very nicely, which makes me super happy. The summer heat is still present which affects the temperature in the grow box, this week the average was 29 degrees although sometimes the temperature rises to over 31 degrees. But I don't notice that it is harming them, I make sure to water them regularly, so that the soil does not remain too dry although that sometimes happens. Every week, as the plants grow, I increase the amount of water when watering. I continue to add Bio Grow Fertiliser and CalMg with each watering. pH I drop to 6.0 with Plagron's Lemon Kick. At the end of the week, more precisely after taking photos for day 21, I increased the power of the led lights to 80%. Here is a quick overview of the week: 10/08/2024 - Day 17. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added Bio Grow Fertilizer and CalMg and with that amount I evenly watered all three plants on the farm. 13/08/2024 - Day 20. Watering. This week went by quick but they grew a lot! I didn't do anything different than last week but just increase their water intake from 1L to 1.5L and then followed my same nutrient regiment. I use the Fish Poop then the next day I just water. Then I use the Real Growers Soil Recharge and then I just water the next day. Then I use the MaxiGrow and then I just water the next day. Then I use the Stash Blend and then I use just water the next day. You can pH (using soil) between 5.5 and 6.5 so I always pH my Nutrient Solutions at 6.2 and use my pH'd water which is a 6.8 (7.0 for soil) but I pH my H20 after adding my Nutrient Solutions. I use my H2O that's always 65 degrees! I find it's better and easier to have a bucket with pH'd water ready to go at all times. It makes it easier when watering and feeding your plants especially if you have a few to care of!

It's a nice change of pace to have these warmer temperatures, even if it's not quite spring yet. Low 40s during the day is a lot more comfortable than what we've been dealing with lately. Hopefully, this is a sign that spring's around Those Bubble OG's are looking fantastic! It's awesome how two of them are starting to get that purple color – they look so cool. The third one might look a little different, but that just adds to the fun of growing them.
