Very excited to start a new grow!! 21/11/2023: Placed the seed in a wet paper towel inside a zip lock bag and put it on the inside of the cabinet. Whilst this is germinating I can setup and clean my tent and get the substrate ready. This will be my first time using Biotabs nutrients and also the first time I won't be using the hydroponic DWC method. Hoping for yet another great grow and tasty end result! 25/11/2023: Transfered seedling to coco medium which I prepared with Bio Tabs nutrients. Soaked the medium with Orgatrex and Bactrex disolved in tap water. Set the light schedule to 18/6 27/11/2023: Added some more water with nutrients because the medium felt dry. Might have overwatered a bit since a lot of water ended up in the bottom tray. I'll let it dry out a bit the next days before adding water again.

WEEK 5 START OF DAY 29 I should say if you watch the video this week💰buy the cheaper single laser thermometer💰it is hard to get the dual infrared thermometer to hit a single leaf blade. I have the nutrients selected only to get noticed in the different categories on this site. I’m trying to get Front Row AG listed as a nutrient selection on Grow Diaries. ⭐️Nutrients used this week⭐️ Front Row AG Si .5ml per gallon Front Row AG Part A 2.9g per gallon Front Row AG Part B 2.0g per gallon Front Row AG Phoszyme .4g per gallon Front Row AG Bloom 2.3g per gallon Front Row AG CleanUp .2g per gallon All nutrients are mixed in that order and allowed to fully dissolve in RO water before mixing into 60 gallon tank of RO water. So far so good. At the end of this week the plants will be flushed with a 1.0EC solution of calmag and Canna pk13/14 and allowed to dry all the way out…to the point of oh shit that’s dry. Then I will boost the EC for 2 weeks to Front Row AG’s high strength chart. These are the last 2 weeks of heavy feeding. Then one week of lower nutes and 1 week to 10 days of flush. For my first time running Front Row AG nutrients, things are going great. I defoliate leaves here and there daily. It just seems like the shit grows right back by the next day 🤣. Mandarin Cookies has a lot less leaves than the old school strain that is in the room. I’ve got 3 keeper phenos and will show them prominently in next weeks photos. I’ve got one in particular that smells like sour oranges and gasoline…hopefully it fattens nicely over the next 3 weeks and will be my keeper for a mother plant. She became such a beauty, even so she tried to get every insect like pokemon. I chopped her on day 105 from germination or at day 73 on 12/12.

Day 15: Switched lights to 20/4 I overwatered them last week when I did the feeding, the fabric pots dry fast but this soil holds water well and I’m not used to planting into final sized pots like this either. It’s taking so long to dry out but I’m letting it. I’ve stopped misting obviously. Watching humidity and temps between lights on/off. Looking good. I will do the same light feeding as last week once the pots are dry enough but will make sure to only water the root area this time. I possibly stunted them a little but they are alive and learning is fun 😅 Halfway through the week update. They finally dried out and are now getting 25ml water per day, with feed. I added an oscillating fan. Temp and humidity seems to have stabilized now. Started to grow again but leaves stacked tightly. I’m playing with the lights, they are a bit strong for this stage I think. I turned off the extra 100w light leaving just the 270w on and they seem to have responded well overnight. Will turn it back on once they start taking off. I think I need to reconsider switching lights to 18/6 if I can figure out how to stabilize temps during lights out.

pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

I crop/bend down some high branches for level a little bit the canopy, doing this with another net which I will use in the future as support by raising it. Day 46 veg. spray plants with neem oil. the weather is getting fresh so i dim. up my lamp from 100W to 150W. I'm warried about overgrow in flowering stage so i flip in flower.

These pics were taken on day of chop 1/8/24. Didn't get any pics of them hanging, will get pics of the trimming process in about a week when she's done drying. I typically dry for around 8-10days with 14 being ultimate goal but I'm fine with 10. Will update in a week or so with the smoke report and final conclusion!

Not much to update. Seen first set of pistols on top two nodes. Branches have definitely started their stretch, still early but might not grow that tall. Hoping for bulky 🤞🏾🤞🏾. Seeing what I believe is phosphorus deficiency could be needing flower feed but could just be wanting more, this is last feed of cal mag + week 3 foxfarm nutrients @50% dose. Going to switch to flower nutes @75% Temp 69.1-82.1•F RH 40-51%
