April 21 - 28 This week was a fun week of auto pilot watching the buds fill in and the plants stretch. Drizella has been the beast of the grow and stretched the most. But the 2nd row of netting helped keep things under control. Carol Anne is far below that second net tier. She is for sure dealing with life as a short stunted plant. Hoping for the best outcome for her, but I’m sure she ain’t gonna look so pretty when it comes time to chop n hang her to dry. Anastasia is beautiful and I think also dealing with stunted growth a little. Either that or her phenom is wildly different than her sister Drizella. She is just reaching the second net tier and is very bushy with more compact bud zones and colas.

These 8 plants had a vegetative period of 3 months and grown organically, these ladies had a lot of training and came out beautifully except 1 plant which was both over and under watered. I don't seem to understand why these plants are not smelly at all literally there is no smell, not while in vegetative stage and nor in flowering, don't know is this a bad or good thing while trichomes are clearly visible at day 7 of flowering.

November 2nd - 38 days since first sprout. The plants were just top dressed for the flowering phase of the grow, the top dressing is as follows: 3 tbsp of bloom 2 tbsp of mineralized phosphate 2 tsp Alfalfa meal 2 tsp Kelp meal 2 tsp Dolomite lime 1 tbsp Basalt rock dust 2 tbsp worm castings This was for each plant. I don’t see any deficiencies so far in the run, at least none to be worried about. The plant that actually has NO training to it besides a structural support stick actually has yellowed out tips, I couldn’t figure out why but it doesn’t seem to be an issue yet. My main cola for my middle back plant unfortunately snapped when performing some LST on her, completely wrecked me but I just kept it going cause what else can I do? Yknow? lol

Day 53 flower , decided to cut her down , with better light there was more Amber than I first thought . 38 hours dark before harvest . Much bigger and fuller buds than expected when cut down . Lots of trycs 3/4 really big colas and a real lemon smell , lots of dark purple in the bigger buds . Over all very pleased with harvest . I’ll update yield in a few weeks

Day 80 This morning I started defoliating Tropicana. She will be in the darkness for the next days. I already harvested a part of the head flower and let it dry trimmed. Because of extreme weather conditions and very high humidity I got a little bud rott. I found it out quit early I think. So I hope nothing will not happen any more. Just harvesting relaxed and drink a Tropicana tee. Day 81 I decided to cut her down in the evening. The humidity in the basement room is high and I don‘t want to risk here anything anymore. Waiting for my first homegrown weed to be vaped. Day 82 Tropicanas flowers hanging to dry in my basement. I check them once per day with a strong light. Day 83 Same same. The smell is wonderful like a bit of gas combined with a fruity flower bouquet. Our neighbors in the house like the smell, too. 🙏 Day 84 I could try my first homegrown weed. It‘s absolutely tasty and have a very smooth vape. I was very surprised cause it‘s not cured yet. A longer vape report will follow when it‘s dried and cured. Day 88 All flowers, sugar- and tee leafs are trimmed and filled in glasses for curing. I open twice per day for 20 minutes. Boveda packs 58% inside. I will fill out the rest of the diarie when my buds are dried, cured and vaped. So far this was a very exciting journey for me. Growing cannabis and even legal on our balcony. These Phenos came out very strong all the way around. Buds glisten beautifully in the light from enhanced trichome production especially on Pheno 3. The colors range from lime green to red hairs contrasting beautifully as well. I would def. grow this potent pungent strain again.
