🌸 BlueBerry – Week 4 Flower Update Grower’s Journal | Zamnesia BlueBerry ⸻ 🌱 The Girls Today Our two BlueBerry ladies are 120 cm tall, strong, elegant, and stretching beautifully into the light. Both are showing spectacular frost coverage already at Week 4. 💎 What frost means this early: • Frost at this stage is a sign of healthy resin production beginning early. • It points to strong genetics (thank you, Zamnesia) and a well-balanced environment. • More frost now often means denser trichome carpets later, and with BlueBerry, that classic sticky sparkle is already writing its story. ⸻ 💡 Inner Canopy Light – ICL 300 This week, let’s talk about a special piece of gear: the ICL 300 inner canopy light. • Inner Canopy vs. Under Canopy: • Under canopy lights push light upwards from below, filling shadows. • Inner canopy lights like the ICL 300 spread 300° of light inside the plant structure, wrapping the middle and hidden nodes in usable spectrum. • The result: more even growth, healthier lower bud sites, and improved overall stacking. 💡 Specs of the ICL 300: • Designed for high penetration into dense canopies. • Emits a balanced spectrum that complements the top LEDs. • Reduces “shadow zones” and helps those mid-layer buds become full players, not just secondary fluff. This week, the ICL 300 is clearly doing its work: the whole canopy feels alive, not just the tops. ⸻ ✂️ Defoliation – Light Touch I performed a light defoliation: • Removed some fan leaves blocking major bud sites. • Opened the canopy so light (especially from the ICL 300) could penetrate deeper. Minimal stress, just enough to help airflow and light distribution. At this stage, it’s about balance, not stripping, just guiding. ⸻ 🔄 Quick Recap of the Journey So Far From Cannakan germination in pure water → to early soil boosters with Aptus → to steady veg under Future of Grow, ThinkGrow, and Lumatek Zeus LEDs → to smart environment control with TrolMaster + sensors → now flowering strong, stacked, and sparkling. The girls have walked a legendary path already, just like their name. BlueBerry is not just any strain, it’s a classic, a true legend in the world of medicine. And this run is honoring that legacy with beauty and frost. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead – Week 5+ What to expect: • Heavier bulking as flowers begin to swell. • More trichome coverage, turning frost into snow. • Stronger terpene release (that nostalgic BlueBerry perfume beginning to show). What not to expect: • No more big vertical growth. Stretch is nearly done, from here, it’s all about flower development. ⸻ 💬 Final Thoughts Week 4 is a milestone. The girls stand tall at 120 cm, frosty, thriving, and glowing from top canopy to inner canopy thanks to the ICL 300. Every detail — from careful defoliation to balanced feeding, from genetics to gear, is creating a perfect environment for these legendary BlueBerries to shine. This is only the beginning of their flower story, and they already look breathtaking. 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. Second time growing this strain and I loved it just as much as the first time!! Straight gas on the nose and taste buds ✅⛽️🔥 one of my top 5 strains to date I think 🤔 As for my grow diaries experience, it’s my first diary and to be honest it couldn’t be any simpler to update and keep up with your diary and other diaries for that matter. All in all a great run 💯💚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I started picking for forbidden fruits the day after last week’s post, checking the colas with the scope and only picking tops that were approx 10-20% amber. As I snipped colas I also removed a lot of upper fan leaves, this is to allow light to reach lower buds for a final ripening. Once picked, I placed approx 100g in each brown paper bag, folded the top and sat on a rack. I slowly rolled the bags around once or twice a day just so the buds didn’t stick together. Seems to have worked well, no dreaded hay smell to note and nicely dried. I think I’ll be taking some more colas tops off in a few days time and I’ll keep the plants alive for another week or two, depending on how fast they come along. I have 4 Mimosa EVO (no diary) about 7 weeks into veg at the moment and I think it would be nice to give them another 2 weeks as I need big plants to make clones from them, ready for the next diary coming soon... hopefully with successfully taken clones 😊

They had their flush almost 2 weeks ago, they smell so f-)king awesome!!! They also fattened up, I'm surprised but I'm also really curious about the yield. One of the plants made no purple color at all, but I think that one is the most fat and sticky lady😎 I'll be back soon with a harvest update, thanks for reading 💚

Last week really started to PACK on the buds. Really taking off. Just measured the buds to see the week growth. They are all right at 1 1/2" ACROSS. Not vertically. So lets see what the week ends up being. Any guesses? Put em in comments. Ok that's it. No more nutes. She got her last feeding today. Tomorrow I turn her to ph water only and 12/12 hours down from 24 hrs light. 10 days to flush then harvest next Saturday. So it looks as if I may be able to combine my 10 days of flush and my 3 days of darkness by just switching from 24/7 light to a 12/12 schedule. She reacted and pushed out more trichomes in only one night. Interesting Ok so end of week 8 (I know it says 7 but its 8. The germination week counts as week one.) Nothing but 12/12 and a flushing. Will take her next week. Thinking to give her the full 7 days and chop her Saturday. Oh btw the buds are 2 1/4" across now. 3/4 of an inch in a week!

Week 7 of flower starting today for this amazing Green Gelato Auto and man she's fattening up fast these last weeks and she's stacked with trichomes .. When opening the tent I can smell a gassy citrus smell with some sweet earthy tones too just like they describe thid strain on the site .. So for now i will slow down feeding considerably and then flush this bad girl with ph'd water and flawless finish.. Really pleased to have this strain for Christmas time its going to be straight 🔥 Thanks everyone for passing by and showing love hope you have a great Sunday tomorrow and Happy Growing to you all!!! Update Day 80: Hello everyone i inspected her with the lens and i saw even too many amber trichs on the buds this means the THC is already decreasing in favour of CBN so i decided to cut this baby tomorrow at night time so will post more pics after cut then going to make a final harvest update with the dry weight !! She will be hanging drying after a nice wet trim at 60%rh and 20 C for 5-7 days or till the stems nearly snap.. Thanks for passing by and leaving a like my friends hope you have a lovely week!!

I've had to make a few changes this week in order to maximize my environment. At this point in flower the goal is to raise pH of my water and lower temperatures inside my tent.... high temps can help burn off terpene profiles. Overall she has been looking pretty light and I've decided to feed her with Advanced Nutrients pH perfect bloom. Planting in a 3 gal bucket just doesn't cut it if your planning on growing in super soil/ organic soil. Since I've fed with AN, I've also increased the CaMg dose.. she really enjoyed the nutes. I will probably feed once or twice more depending on how long she wants to grow. I'm anticipating 90+ days to harvest at this point. Compared to the runtz, Blackberry and cheese auto, the trichome production started pretty slow with the mimosa cake. It's starting to stack on now and the smell has intensified 10 fold in the last week. Process/ Environment changes: - Turned back down my exhaust fan.. it was turned up way too high and my carbon filter couldn't keep up with amount of air bieng pushed thru it... the smell in/outside my house was unbearable... - I Harvested my cheese auto (see videos), so I turned down one of my TS1000 lights, which decreased the temperatures inside my tent. - Like I mentioned earlier, I fed with AN bloom nutes to help keep her healthy. - I've been taking off more fan leaves and bottom larf, bit by bit every day I'm on auto pilot at this point. I included photos of my outdoor grow space.. I plan know replicating this grow outdoors this summer. I also bought a rosin press, and I plan on smashing nugs for days when all these plants are ready ☮️

Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️

Day 106. Girls are really fatten up, even bottom airy buds, get some mass into them on Gorillas. Control Garden is like two weeks behind, so i will feed those 3 longer, all other girls in the middle of this week will get theirs last feed. So approx end of week 18 is chop day for RQS run. Very sad situation, trying not to think about pollination . Never had pollinated garden before, so its hard to make any calls ... Time will show. Day 108. Girls avoided pollination with minimal damage .. Found like 20 real seed spots, hope it will be double that max in total. They are fading and maturing, one more big mistake, left them too bushy , they needed lolitoping higher, loads , millions of airy smallest of all smallest buds ;)) One Cookie going crazy purple .. Pure water and looks like all job is done, still checking for hermies every day ... You search for mistakes instead of enjoying , stupid situation really ... Day 109. Three Gorillas are ready, i don't know how, but calaxies went pinky, violet, grey, didn't mature enough, so really airy and leafy buds.... All pistils are brown and curly Trichs are milky with at least 30% amber. I think they just couldn't make it ; Too weak light, Too small pots, Went too gentle with lolitop, mostly airy shitty outdoor type buds, Had pollination, could stop them from maturing and just putting efforts into seeds. Made mistake with watering almost dried them out on week 5 of flower, after that many pistils died and not many new flowers formed. Bad attempt with CheckPoint intention, back to drawing board ... ;)) Night 110. Girls are ok, smell amazingly, fades slowly but steady. One Cookie went absolute purple, really nice colours, but no buds tho .... And don't know how i did my homework, but after checking seedfinder for flowering time info i don't know how i decided to go with this strains ... Gorillas are amazing, just low yielders. Control Garden is flying, some buds are real size grenades, pure joy to watch them grow ... Happy Growing !

---------------------------------------------- ~Sweet Seeds Sweet Zenzation (SWS84)~ ---------------------------------------------- Zkittlez is one of the most famous and potent strains found on the west coast of the USA. Sweet Zenzation (SWS84) derives from a cross between an elite clone of Zkittlez combined with a specially selected Grape Ape clone, which is one of the strains used to develop the original Zkittlez. The result is a predominantly Indica genetic hybrid. It produces a large amount of resin-soaked flowers. It is both relaxing and stress-relieving, yet it also stimulates the imagination and conversation, an effect that is normally associated with sativa strains. The flowers have a high terpene content, an exquisite aroma and sweet taste, with hints of fruit-flavored candies, hardwood undertones, shades of lemon, cypress and subtle aromatic peppers. Variety: Sweet Zenzation (SWS84) Indica: 70% Sativa: 30% THC: 16-23% CBD: 0.2% Indoor Yield: 450-650 g/m² Outdoor Yield: 400-700 g/plant Effects: Creativity, Stimulating, Happiness, Relaxing Taste: Spicy, Fruity, Citrus, Lemon, Candy, Cypress, Sweet ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ THE SETUP: ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with de-chlorinated water with SuperThrive added then ph'd to 6.0 @ 80℉ ~Grown 100% organic in 10g fabric pots with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g of Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g of Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, 1tbs/g of Dr. Earth Bat Guano, 3/4 cup of Down To Earth Azomite and 1 tsp/g Down To Earth Fish Bone Meal. ~24hr light cycle during Germination / 19/5 light cycle for Vegetation and 12/12 for Flower ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and weekly Compost Tea's. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 10/4- Week Eight of flower is here and we're almost ready to wrap thing up with this girl! Her flowers are continuing to bulk up and are covered in glistening trichomes. She appears to be starting to fade which is exactly what I'm hoping to see, meaning that she's just about used up the nutrients in her medium. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next 12 days +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight of flower has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. Her fade is in full swing now and I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week... I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Next week promises to be exciting so don't forget to check in! Harvest time is right around the corner and I'm getting stoked to see the results! 😎🙏💚 ~Thanks for stopping in! This epic run is in the home stretch with harvest fast approaching...Stay lifted and be Blessed! 😎🙏~

7/18 - Transplanted all three ladies into 3 gallon pots. As I did I sprinkled Oregonism XL (mycorrhizae) to the root ball to assist the roots in adhering happily to the soil. Then I watered with RO water and CalMag. 7/20 - Fed with liquid nutrients 7/22 - Started the brew on Terp Tea Grow. Gave all a light water and a foliar spray of Extreme Serene. 7/24 - Top dressed with Elemental (calcium supplement) and watered with the Terp Tea Grow. Both ladies are looking healthy and strong. They are full and vibrant. Will be flipping to flower at the end of next week! 7/25 - Check out Struggling Jack! She is the biggest one of all three! You would never guess she ever struggled. It's my opinion that the struggle actually made her stronger. Go Jack!
