7 weeks in, and the girls are flowering nicely. Some are close to peak bloom and max feed levels (MBAP) and some have only just started to form the first small buds (PP). The 2 x MBAP and 2 x SOH seem to be the furthest along. Interesting that these are under the much more powerful 480w QB. I've no idea if there's any correlation between light intensity and the speed of an autoflower's life cycle, but all the plants I've grown under the QB seem to finish much quicker than those under the purple LEDs. Pink Panama first started showing small noticeable budding around day 45 (compared to SOH which started flowering around day 18), so I think she's gonna be one of the last to finish up. Check out the long, spindly fan leaves in the pic, the sativa is strong in this one. The mixture of different smells coming from these ladies is absolutely mouth watering. It's more like a taste than a smell!! The WW is reeking like lemon meringue pie. Not a sharp lemon smell, but real smooth and creamy. The BGS straight up smells like "Anglo Bubbly" brand bubblegum, if you know it. Super Orange Haze is certainly living up to it's name, giving off a sweet, cloying Sunny Delight type smell. But over the top off all those smells lurks the MBAP. Fuck me, this stuff stinks. Heavy and dank as hell, like some kind of swamp beast. It's quite menacing, leaves you wondering if it's safe to breathe it in :) I've had some feeding issues with the MBAP along the way, but it's knocking out some fat buds for sure. Nice long, bulky colas, which are probably going to need some support soon. The Walter White is also super impressive. She's been LST'd as much as space would allow, but the thing still looks so much like a damn Christmas tree that I want to put a star on top. Feeding levels of MC range from 5g a gallon up to 6.5g a gallon depending on the plant. Bud Explosion ranging from 1.5 to 2g a gallon. Have a great bank holiday everyone :)

Hi Gromies, well sometimes I can be my own worst enemy seems I defoliated ( actually I'll blame the apprentice Urban grow cat 😺) He defoliated a little to much, it's hard to get good help these days! Anyway she got a bit of light burn directly under light bulb area. A mix of to much defoliation & I also turned light up to super lumen setting & being lazy I hadn't hooked the extraction fan & ducting up to the light ( it's an air cooled light shade) pump air from outside tent through sealed light shade & exhaust it outside. I hooked that up & raised the light around 20 cm & all is good now, some burnt leaves. She is bouncing back & grown more leaves. It may have slowed Bud development a little! I changed light cycle to 12.5 hours of darkness 11.5 hrs on to try & kick her into gear , fool her into thinking the season is coming to an end with shorter daylight hours. I may increase dark period a little more bit by bit, experiment a little, I've read of other growers who give plants less light around week 6 till harvest. She is getting a faint lemony smell. Lollipoped some of the smaller secondary branches, any tips low down not receiving much light & don't look like they will get much bigger, other than that I'm leaving her alone, probably just try & seperate any close growing colas so we don't get any Bud rot. Day 57 : 600W LED, 18 hours on 6 hours off light schedule, the same with ventilation. Water intake 200 ml per plant per day, fertilization remains the same on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Biobizz Family and on Tuesday Thursday Saturday bat guano and Epsom salt. Humidity approx 50 %. Smell is strong and nice. Day 58: I removed all the LST stuff so no more elastic bands and hooks. Day 62: Plants are developing nicely especially BlackBerry Kush and LSD-25 they will be the fastest.

🗓️ 5° WEEK FLO // DAY 29-35 (from switch) // DAY 106-112 (from dry seed) ⚡- Light: 30 cm / 250 watt; ⌛- Schedule: 12/12; 🌡️- 22° C - 65% RH average. Unfortunately the last month has been very cold and this has slowed things down a bit, next month should be cold anyway so I don't expect an exceptional yield this time. I'm worried about the root zone: cold is good, too cold means problems; 📑- PH 5.9 - EC 2.3; 💧- That's the 2° week with the same solution. I'm just doing some top up when needed. The phenotype #1 is drinking about 2.5 LT/day, PH is swinging between 5.9 and 6.2. The phenotype #2 is drinking about 1.5 LT/day, PH is swinging between 5.6 and 5.9; ✂️- A new big haircut for them on day 29 flo. Removed a lot of leaves and a few lower branches. Due the lack of stretching I removed something under the net but not everything, so I let at least 30 cm of buds. That's my goal, as always! 🌱- We are in full flowering stage, let's see how things develop. Pheno #1 is doing great so far, a way better than pheno #2. I think we need 4/5 weeks to harvest. 🆕- This week I got the TrolMaster TCS-1 (@TrolMaster_Europe) and I started to track my grow box data. I will add these info once I harvest!

Things to look forward to this week: More defoliating! Just trying to strike that balance of airiness and photosynthesis. Plus, I gotta get rid of a bunch of useless back-budding throughout the girls. Focus on that canopy! New dehumidifer on the way. It should be running by Wednesday. Hoping to get down the 45% RH for some arbitrary reason! And it will help me cure better too. I keep telling myself the money is worth it. Started treating my water with some calcium hypochlorite, a.k.a. pool shock, at a rate of 2 PPM which I've worked out to 0.15 g for 50 L (my standard tank build). That doesn't sound like much, but it is detectable on the nose. I'm not concerned about 2 PPM ending up absorbed in the plant, it takes in a certain amount of chlorine anyway and this is well below cannabis' phytotoxicity, apparently. The takeaway: it's safe, just like using city tap (many places) to water plants. 8/5/2019 - The girls look great. Went through and removed a lot of growth with a better sense of what to cull. Snipped a load of bud growth branches that would never make it to the top. They were mostly skrawny sucker branches and a few that would have made nice colas if they managed to reach the light. Gonna be picking out root rot and treating with H2O2 for the dead roots from site 5. Starting to see some brown, just need it not to spread to the living plants. Treating with a 2 PPM chlorine dosage to the reservoir. Had to purge the accumulators anyhow, so everything is being treated with antimicrobial now. I won't get to see them until after work tomorrow, any changes in health will be evident. 8/9/2019 - Dehumidifier #2 arrived today. It shows delivery at 12:20 and the driver placed it right-side-up, so I am good to start it right away. Immediately, I am a little surprised at how warm the air is coming out of this thing. I'll keep an eye on temps.... 8/10/2019 - Wow, the reservoir from the dehumidifier filled up in the middle of the 12 hour cycle and shut off automatically. Really pulled a lot of water out of the air! The temps got too high though. Not too long after lights on today, they temp read 90 degrees F, and I can't have that. Moved dehumidifier outside of tent and now draining into 5 gallon bucket. The tent is moving enough air that the humidity inside and out is the same. Seeing if it can lower the humidity enough outside the tent to benefit.

DAY 31 I MAKE LST & DEFOLIATION.

6/29/2024 Day 38 Temp: 84.3 F RH: 49% VPD: 2.08kPa Plant #1 Height: 34” inches Plant #2 Height: 28.5” inches Watered 2 gallons with the normal regiment. Been empty for two days but the soil was good. The branches have healed and started to do the candelabra deal, really cool! Smell is getting stronger everyday. 6/30/2024 Day 39 Temp: 82.8 F RH: 55.3% VPD: 1.70kPa Plant #1 Height: 35” inches Plant #2 Height: 28.5” inches 7/01/2024 Day 40 Temp: 82.8 F RH: 55.3% VPD: 1.70kPa Plant #1 Height: 35” inches Plant #2 Height: 28.5” inches Have to move the plant and tent today. Everything went good. I had to tie the top cola over to get it in the car but it went just fine for me. Now we get to acclimate it to it's new lung room. 7/04/2024 Day 44 Temp: 81.2 F RH: 58.6% VPD: 1.49kPa Normal day with no pics. Everything is good. She keeps taking everything I am throwing at her!

The final week, I trimmed a lot to give the bottom growth a final chance to brown up.

Everyone is smelling GREAT! Nice dense buds and covered in trichomes. However, a bit disappointed with Piper as she didn't turn fully purple but that's because I live in a hot and humid country so I can't really get the temperature down to 15-18 celsius at night for her to change colors. Overall, gonna harvest a bit of her cause I'm running out of stock and we'll see how that goes
