I saw some white dots and I was worried there was some kind of infestation. The grow area wasn't really isolated from the rest of the house so I think it was just dirt but I wanted to be safe so I sprayed then with insecticidal soap and rinsed them off in the tub.

@FAST_BUDS, Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Snip, snip! Under good conditions, they could have stayed in the ground for at least another 7–14 days so that the tubers could become firm. I didn't want to take any risks, as some of the Medusa flowers ended up in the trash can due to rot, so I decided to harvest the Sweet ZZ earlier as well. Fortunately, it proved to be very resistant to rot, and I was able to hang up the entire harvest to dry. I can therefore absolutely recommend it for outdoor use, even under very poor conditions or rainy summers. I did not weigh the flowers when wet.

👉The daily routine of twice daily fertigation has given me a small insight as to what Phil Conners may have gone thru. There has been promising changes however that re-assure me that the plant is indeed maturing and will finish soon. The top leaves are starting to fade, and a couple of amber trichomes have been spotted! So far the amber color is light, almost yellow, and should darken up a bit by harvest time. At the rate they seem to be getting cloudy/milky I could be harvesting in as little as 3 days, but that is just wishful thinking I'm sure. I'm hoping no more than 10 more days. But I will let the plant decide...as long as there are only a few clears and the rest cloudy then I will harvest. 👉I took one small cola tip bud from an upper level, secondary branch. It weighed 30g with leaves, 10g trimmed and when dried to 20% should be 2g. I did this to be able to inspect the buds with a little more stability when using the USB scope. Those pix are the first 6 on this page. 👉Nutrient mix is the same recipe: week 11 on the General hydroponics flora series drain to waste chart. I reduced the concentration to 1ms from 1.3. The saturation level for the pot is averaging around 1lt per fertigation. I give it 2.5l at lights on, and 2L 1-2hrs before lights off. For some reason this grow session there is a persistent/prolific algea growth on the outside of the pot (cloth pot). I have the same fan setup Ive been using all year. It may be that when I didnt spray the pot off for a couple week the algea got a firm hold on the pot. I use a pressure sprayer with a H2O2 solution (1gallon water with 60ml h202) to spray off the exterior of the pot every couple days. THis keeps it at bay somewhat. After harvest I will cut open the cloth pot to see if the algea extends inside the pot any and if has affected the roots. 👉 While trichome hunting is very kewl if good pictures are taken, its very frustrating to get a decent pic due to any slight shake causes the pic to blur. When doing daily eye loop inspections I dont turn off the grow lights or fans. But when trying to get pix I turn off all the fans and both grow lights. This helps a little when trying to take pix with the USB scope.I have the small scope mounted on a tripod and that eliminate my own movement, but just trying to focus proves to be tedious because any touch causes the image to shake wildly, which results in very slow progress as I search around the plant and try for decent pix. Today I got a tube extension set for my 35mm DSLR. It turned my regular 55mm lens into a macro lens. While its not the same as a regular macro lense, its way cheaper....35$ for the tube set as opposed to 300$ for an actual macro lens. THe high resolution allows me to get sharp images with a deeper feild of focus than the scope. I still need lots of practice and need to work on lighting. I included some cropped and un-cropped macro shots done with the camera. The other macro shots are the USB scope. You can see its still got plenty of clear, lots of cloudy, and an amber here or there. The areas that I have touched have strands of resin that look almost like spider silk. SOOOOOO frosty! Santa is going to really enjoy his milk and cookies when he visits my house.

Still haven't trans set 1....gonna jus wait till I get to move them out the green house so it will be new home new atmosphere....set 2 amma jus top dem up for a week or 2(only using half the pot with soil) other than that everything else seem to be on point(2 that were struggling condemned one and put the other with the new set coming up... Auto moon rock didn't get really tall on my perlite experiment, but she has some nice thick colas on her. A good strong woody, earthy, pine aroma. She is covered in trichromes and looks very potent. She struggled with getting started. Then I gave her too much nitrogen early on. So this may of stunted her overall height as well. She came out good though it all. I willhave a few ounces once done, and that's what counts. That is the wattage where the temperature breakpoint between having the house AC on and not needing it, just a fan blowing air into the room. room temperature 74. 2/7 3am 5am 12pm LST CRAZY today, did all the side branches having all the different kinds help.

Removal to top big fan leaves and lower branch. Began some LST she’s my best auto for this run

So far so good. pH levels are stable and plants seem off to a good start. I gave them an extra boost of fluvic and humic acids for better nutrient uptake at the roots along with other benefits. Although it will of only been 6 days tomorrow since the last water change, i plan on doing it tomorrow at day 6. For the reason of keeping the system clean and sterile ill be doing a change every 7-10 Days. Day 12.. had to top up the nutrients as she was showing calcium and magnesium deficiency or the start of, but we will see. Other than that things are going well. Only issue is water temp as i dont yet have a chiller. Stay tuned

June 29: watered with compost tea. Bacteria in these teas seem to help hold the water and I don’t need to water this too often or too much. Did a foliar spray of potassium silicate and soluble seaweed extract. Fast growth phase happening now. June 30: forecast for next week is hot and the week after is a bit hotter. Having made it through the cold spring, the plants should get a lot bigger over the next couple weeks. July 1: nice fast growth now 👍👍 July 4: did foliar spray of Extreme Blend in the morning. July 5: she’s doing great with strong vegetative growth. After the last round of topping the fan leaves got quite a bit bigger and the growth tips have been a bit slower to start growing than on my other photoperiod. Looking nice and green and growing fast. Waiting a few more days before starting another scrog layer. She has grown 7 inches this week. Really happy with how she’s turning out with massive bulking in this last stretch! GC is an amazing strain that I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for something very unique! Flushes are all done and we have about a week or two left, trichomes are all still very clear under the microscope want to wait for some borderline ambering before I chop her.

Highest center cola is 21" tall and rest of the canopy averages about 10"... LST included
