Entering week 8 and one pheno still shows nearly 100% white pistils. The others still show predominantly white as well. Nevertheless, I’m gonna start tapering down on the nutes.

Buenas a tod@s... Otra semanita más de flora para estás hermosas niñas... Creciendo un poquitito más, super bien, super fuertes... Ya faltan pocas semanas y la verdad q lo las veo nada mal, absorben muy bien los nutrientes, aumentado el riego a 1lt x planta, no tienen ningún signo malo de nada, todo perfecto, eh tenido que hacer un poco de defoliación ya q habia muchísimas hojas grandes, se nota la buena circulación de aire, la penetración de luz en las partes bajas ( que aunque algunos no les den importancia o digan que esas zonas le quitan fuerzas a la planta, a mí me gusta dejar que crezca todo tal cual, sin problema.) son cogollos pequeños, pero los aceptamos igual, claro q sí... Hello Growmies, The final chapter of this incredible journey has unfolded, and it's time to share the bountiful harvest and reflections on the entire cultivation process. Trimming the plant was a joy, and with gentle fingers, I removed all the large fan leaves. The precision in this process revealed the true beauty of the buds, setting the stage for a smooth harvest. With care and gratitude, the plant was chopped, and the buds were hung to dry. The anticipation for what lies ahead only adds to the sense of accomplishment. The wet weight, excluding fan leaves, stands at an impressive 782 grams. The buds are massive, a testament to the efficacy of the nutrients used, particularly the Power Buds. The name seems apt, as the result is a collection of sticky, dense buds with subtle lemon notes and sweet pungent undertones. In the final moments, the plant unveiled some delightful purple hues. While I wish I could have allowed them to intensify further, it's a reminder that each grow is a learning experience. In hindsight, a slightly longer fading period would have accentuated those beautiful colors. We live and learn, and that's the essence of this journey. Loved it!! Relatively easy going!! Couple off moments but not worth getting into but the smell!!! It’s not super strong where you smell it throughout the house when you burp the jars but she has a very (what I could only reference as sour, sweet and lemony, almost like that lemon pledge your mom use to clean the house with) smell but I love it!!!

📆 Week 13, 4-10 April 2024 4-10 April - Let the plant grow and observed, assessing maturity. 📑 Buds have fattened up and matured. The trichome head colors are 80% milky, 10+% amber, and about 10% clear. All but a few pistil hairs are brown. She has a strong, sweet earth, gassy, berry scent. The plan now is to flush with RO water for a few days leaving lights on the same 12/12hrs schedule but turning power the down to 50% to help cool down the grow just before the cut. From what I understand putting plants in darkness may not be necessary according to a recent suggestion by Dr Bruce Bugbee. This practice he claims halts all plant activity without light. So I’m doing my own comparisons over the next few harvests. It will not hurt/gain much either way. Harvesting techniques occure with some controversy, but the definition of a successful harvest is universal - to grow a plant to maturity that is pest, pesticides (chemical), mold and bud-rot free. 🍶 4 April nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 4 April feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC .8 at 60 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 90%, DLI 65-70 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. No escape with the weather…this may be her last week because of the high humidity. If not I risk losing the entire plant.

8/2: Started new batch of nutes. a repeat of last weeks nutes but with more CaliMag this time. Wednesday we will be bumping Rez to 6 gallons this week. Depending on how she is looking throughout the week we may start transitioning to Bloom nutes. Mixed as usual nutes in gallon jug of water. Transferred half to half gallon jug. Topped of Rez with half gallon jug of treated water. 8/3: Fed her today. Gave her the rest of the mixed nutes from yesterday’s feeding and also a full gallon of plain water. Filled rez to 3rd line today due to roots coming from bottom of bag into rez. Now that’s 6 gallons in the rez now. 8/4: Topped off Rez before bed with the half gallon of plain water. Started transition nutes this evening. Mixed nutes in gallon jug as usual. Poured half into half gallon jug. Filled rez to 3rd line using half gallon jug of nutes. Still some left over in jug. 8/5: Topped off the Rez with the rest of the nutes from half gallon jug. Split gallon jug of plain water into half gallon of water. Poured some of the half gallon of plain water into Rez until it was a little over the 3rd line. Bumped light intensity to 70% This evening topped of Rez again with the rest of the plain water from half gallon jug from earlier today. Then poured in SOME of the rest of the transition nutes left from mixing. 8/7: Mixed another round of transition nutes and fed from half gallon jug split. 8/8: Topped off rez with remaining half gallon full of mixed nutes for the week. Will need to water another half gallon of plain water before starting new nute batch tomorrow. Topped of rez to 3rd line with some of the plain water in half gallon jug. Topped of Rez again late tonight with the rest of water from half gallon. I can now start new batch of nutes tomorrow.
