Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

Day 22 started to collect pollen Day24 2nd day of pollination. I see successful pollination. So I’m happy about that. Pollination is 4-6 days earlier than last time so hopefully chop week 9 but 10 is the limit.

(Update: 4/20/19) Please stand by while they dry. (Update Everything is going great though! The smell is very strong now; no more cut grass smell. From looking at all three today, I believe that some of the smaller branches will be done drying and ready for trimming and weighing in a day or two. I have one guess for dry weight of Big Lemon, any other guesses?? Remember, the picture of Big Lemon hang drying looks like its two plants, but its all Big Lemon; I had to cut it off to be able to hang it. The amputated branch left of the main plant is bigger than my other two plants alone! (Update 5/2/19) Woah...Okay. So after drying the whole for about nine days, and trimming for four days, Big Lemon's dry weight SO FAR is about 430ish grams of super dense and sticky nugs. Its amazing that I got more big bud than I got popcorn nugs from such a big plant. I have one more 1/2 gal Mason Jar of untrimmed tops to finish, then I'll post pics or a vid of the weigh up and glamour shots etc.. Oh, almost forgot, Little Lemon produced about 40 grams of very nice bud. This surpassed expectations because, although it was planted on the same day as Big Lemon, it was the runt of the bunch because it got pushed out of the main tent that had all the lights and Co2 environment and everything. It spent much of late veg under a very weak light. I remember how limp it was when I gambled on it and chose to switch her over to 12/12. But it was totally worth it in the end! Alight back to work for me. Check back later today for pics, vids! (Final Update: 5219 @11:09pm PT) Its done. Its finally done! I had to trim both plants with my own two hands! So Exhausting, yet so rewarding. So above are several videos of the weighing. Grand total for Big Lemon is 14oz of prime top shelf nugs, and about 3oz of nice popcorn/LARF (they are separated as shown above in a video. Forgive me for not throwing it all together to weigh it, I spent a long, long, very long time trimming and sorting and canning the buds according to their respective grade/quality. I may add one more update to show their respective weights. Oh and little lemon produced about an 1 1/2 oz of prime nuggets and quite a bit of popcorn/LARF, which I haven't gotten around to weighing yet. So, Grand Grand total of Both Lemon OG Candy (amazing job with this beast of a strain, Philosopher seeds) is about 18.5oz, or 1lb 2.5oz for two plants; 15.6oz of which is entirely made up of top-shelf buds 😎 Damn I love SoCal, I didnt even need to run carbon filters because no one be trippin about a lil stink weed. Thanks to those for following this grow! Tell me what yall think! Cant wait to see some comments from all you growers out there. (Update: smoke review after a week or two of cure) This Lemon OG Candy had an extended veg period, about 4 months maybe a little longer, and I harvested her on day 56 of flower (recommended harvest 60-70 days) because of the size/distance to light and her root-bound problems. The results so far, a very uplifting and stimulating quality.

End of week 4/Day 34 plant is still really small but its flowering :) has a nice smell between a green veg plant and a cheese strain :) and im really excited to try the buds from this one, cant wait to be relaxed haha. im going to make sure the plants are 60cm away from the light for flowering as they are all in the flowering stage now :) im going to be giving more canna B in flowering for P and K instead of N. check out my Quick One and Royal Dwarf diaries :) i guess its just a waiting game now. it was a nice learning experience this time round but i was very unsure about everything. i have to give myself some applause tho as ive reached flowering :) next grow im doing a diesel auto, gg auto and maybe a sweet Zz (grapefruit x grape ape) as my first photoperiod :) we'll see how things go. please leave any advice or comments :) thank you for following my diaries! Flushed the fast eddy plant and it had 1160 ppm with a ph of 6.08. im assuming ppm of 800-1160 is hurting my plant, full of salts too. mixing up feed now to give to her. i should have had it sitting ready but i mixed up the bottles so i had to start over 😂. the smell off this plant isnt like the other generic weed strains, its got a real powerful potent cheese smell coming from it, and its very compact and tight, i think i actually got 2 buds merging into one hahaha. the sugar leaves look amazing too :) need to pick up a jewelers loupe or something of the sort to start watching the pistils and trichomes :) other than that im gonna start feeding her 4ml Canna A, 4ml Canna B, 3ml Rhizotonic, 3ml Cannazym. i did the flush yesterday with quick one and growth is just exploding again, its crazy how noob proof these plants are, still i think id prefer to have more control with photoperiods. Day 37 - 31/10/19 Plant enjoyed the flush! its very hard to see the flowering growth as it is very close together surrounded by healthy leaves. Has a lovely cheese smell, compared to a full cheese strain im getting hints of what could be the juanita la lagrimosa :) from the way this is developing and forming buds im not even worried about the size anymore. its looking likely to be good quality smoke :) Basically no flowering stretch so less yeild i think :) im a happy grower so thats all that matters haha. until next week folks! and HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO ALL!!!!

Didn’t record footage of veg stage but it was in veg for just over 7 weeks and flowered at just spot on 8 weeks . Nice tight buds. Heavy stone but won’t make you too lazy to get about your day like a cheese almost

Day 24 - Thursday - Added 3ml of A+B , 100 ml of water , ph ok 👍 Day 25 - Friday - Moved into the IWC Oxypots (19l) - Changed to Bloom Nutrients - EC 1.7 (+1.2) , ph 6.2-6.3 - Did a bit of defoliation - see pics Day 26 - Saturday - Added approx 200ml of water, ph ok , EC ok Day 27 - Sunday - lazy day , didnt have to do anything , now they have big roots its all keeping an eye on the ph Day 28 - Monday - added 2 litres of water + 3ml A+B , did some more defoliation. Wow honesty i didn't think the SpiderFarmer SE3000 are this good and with right soil and nutrution the spark good especially this Purple Punch Auto from Barneys farm, i really look forward to see those buds finished. I defoliated a lot actually ill let the other plant with a lot of leaves but this one i wanted to try to start cutting the big leaves to give less shade and more energy for the buds, i didn't top it aswell. But then for the mistery pack seed from Fast buds is doing very good. Well for the marking on the thick Indica leaves i am impatient to see what will happen honestly. So not like the other one she got topped and had a slower growth but now its getting better, ill have 2 indicas ready to cho soon enough ! Now the Purple Punch nutrients will change to bloom and i will add calmag aswell, the other one will still have the veg nutes but now the leds are at 80 percent power which will push into flower so soon i will change the nutes again. still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. Had to harvest the lower buds because of aphids... Rest looks great though. I’m getting frustrated. I’m trying to keep my temps low with good ventilation, but I’m venting out too much humidity with it. Other than that, this grow is pretty standard. Not amazing and not shit.

Im feeding her steadily at around 825ppm every morning monitoring any possible deficiencies. I did defoliate quite a few leaves from the to[ and bottom once I felt that she is thriving happy and growing more vigorously during the stretch. I raised the light a full 2 feet. during week 1 and now at the end of week 2 the tallest stalk is about 14 inches while most are around 20. reason for a few stalks being taller is because of what happened when our 3rd plant ended up being a male during the transition to 12/12. Im not gna try anything crazy to try and fix it. Obviously there are no problems so dont fix whats not broken I guess. Have a great week !

They are still plumping up nicely I’ve been only feeding ph water up until the end of this week. I’ve done a mix of ph’ing and not(laziness) started to notice purple leaves and buds last couple days. Just waiting for more green to disappear from the leaves.
