Sakura season has begun, I hope everything goes fine. Strawberry Pie is going to have a tough time this week, let's hope it survives, meanwhile there are signs of heat shock and sunlight, it's developing 3 point leaves and strange ramifications but maybe I'm wrong. D38 Defoliation, I hope I haven't overdone the pruning D41 First week of flowering, I think it couldn't have gone better, it's growing visibly, let's hope it's like this until the end, maybe shortening the timing, we'll see. on the contrary strawberry pie has stopped growing, I have to thank that she survived, who knows what will come out of her, I wish her a sweeter climate... D42 Defoliation is limited for what I did last night, I literally deforested, I did it because the humidity was sky high and the vegetation was too thick covering so many peaks,,, the fascinating thing is that they recovered within the night, if I may say that 6 hours of darkness relax the plants just as if they were on vacation.

Stopped feeding this week other than one watering with molasses. Needing to be watered every 3 days. Other wateringsu using ph'ed filtered water set on my air bubbler for a few hours before watering. Bud height is tapering off but this plants buds are getting very plump and dense. They are much larger than I expected for the number of tops i have. The canopy depth is also very good and should amount to a great yield. Very happy with the frostiness and odor. She is going to be very potent. Looking like it will be on the easier aide to trim as well. No real signs of fading yet but most of the hairs are orange and not seeing many new white ones. Trichomes still look like they are developing but getting very close.

~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying' and remains the 'Frost Queen' in the run she is a VERY happy girl! The #2 pheno, while different from her sister, is looking gorgeous and starting to really ramp up her trichome production! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking amazing with a generous coating of trichomes covering their flowers, especially on the #1 phenotype and both have developed a funky sweet, creamy aroma! With this thick headbud, there is a risk of getting wet and bad weather and we dont want any budrod so we cut the headbud after 66 days from seed to harvest we took away some fan leafs and hung it up to dry. the lower buds may need a few more days. Its really unbelieveble how much resin she produces. smoking report is following

as anticipated, the two inferior seeds didnt make it, and upon my first watering i forgot to check the PH of my of my water 🤦‍♂️🏽 i think the blue dream was affected slightly, ( you can see slight marks in the picture, this was worse a when it first sprouted) but both seem to be recovering very well. the zkittles does not appear to be affected

In to week 2 of flower, screen starting to fill in nicely. Nothing much else to report, everything looking healthy with no signs of any deficiencies, really stepped up a gear with growth now. I’ll be doing some more tucking to fill the screen completely over the next few days, final defoliation and clean up below the screen next week and that should be the training finished till harvest.

Did some defoliation this week, not much but enough to create some airflow and unblock a few bud sites. Readjusted my DIY “floating” to take up some of the stretch that had gotten out of control, ❤️ that I can do that! The frost is real for this strain OMG, week 3 and it’s already as frosty as some of the Autoflower’s I have grown. Temps have been climbing here and there, we’re getting a lot of dry heat so that’s the plus at least, not a lot of humidity at the moment. I’m really wishing I had taken clones from these girls because I’m sure they are going to be insane if they look this good at week 3. 🇨🇦👊❤️

Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! **** Week 3 Veg - December 26/20 to Jan 1/21 ***** That is two weeks in solo cups and this will be transplant to 1 gal pots week. The girls are doing fine and not always perked up but I think a new home will help change that. They have been happy and noticed that when they were given a stronger feed at the end of last week they responded very well the next day and looked very healthy. Add that I am starting to see some purpling on the stem and I think they are ready for full on veg cycle to kick in. Not a lot of excitement her either Growmies😀 just to early with nothing go on other than making sure they are alive each day 😂😂 So for this week we will give the roots a new home, step up the ppm on veg feeding. Add in microbes to help the root development and keep the environment in the same 82 degrees and humidity in the mid 60's.......I am not supplementing with CO2 so keeping everything a little lower with feed, light, and humidity. They are growing veg well with the blue light and are very happy with the current 28" distance. Will maintain and let them grow into the light more until I see negative signs and then start raising the light with them as they grow. That's what I have to add at the start of the week.......see how the days unfold😀 Little more detail........ Dec 26/20, Day 15 Veg - Dry out day - Let the microbes in the media do their thing and start pushing root growth harder than what has been happening. Dec 27/20, Day 16 Veg - Gave the girls a little splash of the left over nutes from 1 gal girls two days ago to add a little oxygen and they can take the extra microbes and bacteria right now😀 - 100ml with Microbial Mass and Piranha @ 2ml/L = 650ppm and 5.7pH Dec 28/20, Day 17 Veg - 100ml each girl with the full line for this week. No other additives, just the IPP line = 700ppm and 5.7pH - This was also from the big girls.....I am thinking that they are ready for transplant so will give them a little high feed today. Dec 29/20, Day 18 Veg - It is transplant day.......we need to keep this party moving along. She may not have the root mass I am after but I am moving forward. - Prepared 1 gal pots with Mycorrhiza added to the holes. - Gave each girl 500ml watering with full strength IPP line for week 1 veg = 700ppm and 5.8pH - Root mass on these girls was very poor......there were roots.......keep stepping up the microbes with all of the girls!!!!!! Dec 30/20, Day 19 Veg - they were just watered heavier yesterday........dry out day today - think it is a CalMag only feeding tomorrow for all the ETS girls. Dec 31/20, Day 20 Veg - feed day today since it has been a couple of days. - 500ml with CalMag @ 2ml, Gold Storm @ 7ml, Sea Storm @ 5ml, Blackstorm @ 2ml, Vitamin B @ 0.5ml = 525ppm and 5.7pH - keeping the humic and fluvic acids going in, plus Kelp and CalMag👍 - the girls are happy and seeing forward movement everyday, looking for more aggressive though from the girls. Jan 1/21, Day 21 Veg - doing very well......like really well💪 - didn’t push them today and left them alone for watering, pots of course still had some weight and I didn’t expect them to need today. - Optic Folier Overgrow given today. Folier spray to give them just an extra boost since everything is otherwise dialed in👍 Finishing off the week very strong!!!!!! They have been looking very healthy and perky everyday. The roots are a concern and will be taking it easy on the nutrients for another week yet and keep up the microbes and beneficials. Will get them in line......my hope is too keep their time in the 1 gals down to two weeks max......maybe 10 days?? Looking very nice ETS.......you find yourself just staring at them and realize you just waisted 5 minutes😂😂😂

She has reached above the light (light is 72” above her nutrient tank) I supercropped a few of the tallest branches but she’s still in the light. She is developing flowers very well and she has nice tight internodal distances. I suspect she will fill in most of the runs in her tops.
