Harvesting a little earlier than when i would like, because of the rise of bugs that appeared last days due to climate conditions... this year temperatures are oscillating more than usual having 1 rainy week, then a sunny hot one just after it rains.. In fact, last year, it did not rain until November So the plagues were on the leaves, mildew powdery(just a coulpe of leaves),aphids(like just in the leaves of one cola), and some caterpillars almost ready to get out and start eating all the buds, (hopefully i cut that day).. Sounds bad, but the parts of the plant affected was only the leaves... and means that a proper cleaning is coming so removed all the leaves and the result is what you can see, that bonsai.. Spotted 2 dead material points in big colas, that i removed after drying.. I did not weight the plant wet because of the smell that i had on my house that day, things went very tense, i was a bit busy, and even, it has not much sense to me, im better weighting the dry material. So at the end i think im having very good quality, and the affected parts are less than i thouth at first, so im very happy with the results.. On the scales are the best buds, the rest is the lower part of the colas that were less developed so im doing hash with that part.. Bushy little mama. Removed the tobacco plants as they were taking over the tent. She is on her lonesome now so she can make full use of the space available. Looking like she needs some defoliation pretty soon. 3/10 Gave her a radical defoliation. Took away about 85% of all the larger fan leaves and some lower canopy growth. I want all the plants energy to go into flowering and developing large kolas. Don't expect the auto clone to get much bigger, so won't be potting up, but she may produce a decent kola.

She finally started flowering and stretching can’t wait to see how big she gets she def bushy and starting to get taller all the bud sites and canopy are pretty much even I clipped everything off the lower sites and upd the nutes defoliated some of the bigger leafs but the next day it looks like I did nothing until next time happy growing

Day 96 Had to tie more branches up! They’re starting to get really heavy so they’re bending. Looking good!! Day 97 Nothing to report 🤙🏼 Day 98 Really starting to see the hairs turn brown. Getting close! Day 99 Brown hairs developing and starting to curl in slightly. This is definitely going to be 2 separate harvests. The one plant (which I believe is a different strain) is going to be ready much quicker. Day 100! Finally got a good picture of the trichomes! All clear still. They have a while to go! Day 101 Starting to really watch the brown hairs closely. They say once 70-80% of the brown hairs have curled in, that’s the best time to harvest. I will mix that train of thought with keeping an eye on the trichomes to see when they start to get cloudy and I should be able to harvest at the right time. Day 102 Added some more water this morning. It’s working out to be about 5 gallons of water needed every 3 days. Going to continue to just add to the reservoir and once I think they are close I’ll do a ripen week and then a 3 day flush. Kapow!

This week I watered with recharge and split a gallon of water between the 3 plants and they seemed perfect, little to no run off, pots still moist and I’m watering maybe once to twice a week the most. Plants seem happy and cheerful, hopefully we can keep them that way till finish 🤘 but till then keep the peace and smoke a fat one! 🙏

It’s the 1st week of flower I flipped the plants to 12/12 a few days ago. There is a lot going on and a lot of cool and amazing things coming in the near future. Make sure to check out my YouTube page. I bought me a DJI gimbal this week. Might be my new favorite toy. The temps are starting to break for the summer. I don’t see it being very long until winter is here and it’s time to use a heater and not an ac unit. All of the plants are healthy. The plants have all grown so well I turned down the light intensity a bit today the plants didn’t seem like they was starting to strech very much. Hopefully the lower light intensity will make them strech out just a bit

Couldn't help but take lots of photos this week.. Nuggets are really starting to fill out and the white hairs are beginning to brown. Lots of new trichomes without heads and a few have turned milky. Thought this would be done by now and I really need the space for my other girl thats currently stretching due to lack of light. Considering that and also not wanting to harvest prematurely, I'm trying to decide when to start the 7-14 day flushing period, any advice would be HUGELY appreciated. Thanks for stopping by 😎

Big week! I got my new EarthBoxes and a bunch of goodies. I picked up the Probiotic Farmer's Alliance kit from BuildASoil, so I also got some EM-1, Kashi Blend, dolomite lime and Malibu compost. Alongside that I picked up Colorado Worm Compost (vermicompost), Gnarley Barley (malted barley, corn and hemp) and Craft Blend (aprox 3-5-2 organic mix). Unfortunately there was a bag of soil missing, so I ended up using my own mix though I am somewhat scared of it being too clay-heavy for the SIP. I inoculated with EM-1 and began fermenting a batch of activated EM-1 to make the bottle last longer. It looks about a week from LST, after that I hope to set up a two-tier SCROG setup and begin growing the bushes. I will begin spraying AEM-1/EM-FPE/EM-5 alternatively once a week for IPM, I will try to avoid using neem this round (unless I find this approach lacking). I also brewed a batch of EM-FPE with aloe that smells incredible, I can't wait to give it a go.

Noticed some more pink/purple stems on the plants and decided to increase the phosphorus content in the feed by mixing in half grow and half bloom from the nutrient lineup. I'd use the PK booster I have but its to high in K for my liking. The entire lineup is very high in K. mixing grow and bloom gives a NPK ratio of 7-7-14 then done 1:1 equal parts. Grow=8-4-15 Bloom=6-10-14 Boost=1-15-30 Run off was a bit high for my liking but only seeing minimal signs of nutrient burn. Still watering once with feed and runoff and then later in the week with water and no/little runoff for my watering cycle.The number in the nutrient section are wrong but the EC and ratio are correct. Also impressed the roots have started popping out the bottom of the container already after only being transplanted for a week. Good root growth on these ones. Lights doing well. The V1 spectrum is good on the medic grow mini sun-2's 240w. No issues so far, dimmed at 80% . Thought these were fem seeds but it turned out to be a straight up male!

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

The first week has passed. Roots are starting to show on the bottem of the basket and the growth spurt can start!
