📅 Week 8 | 🗓️ Days 50–56 – Start of week 9 | first signs of flowering 🌸 Day 56 - Papayton 🚀🏀 🔸 Very vigorous this week: broad, even canopy with lots of tops; the stem is solid with nice “knuckles” from training. Lower shoots are tidy – air and light are getting through well. Leaves are rich green, upright, and without burns. The first pistils are appearing at the nodes and tips – the transition to flowering has begun. 🔸 Setup: on 12/12 since day 50. With ~700 PPFD approx. DLI ≈ 30 mol/m²/day – ideal for stretch/transition. Maintain a distance of ~40 cm and adjust during stretch. The girls are recovering well.. They certainly haven't given up! So they have a lot to give on the next few remaining weeks, flowers daily increase their volume.. 🙌🏻📊

What’s up fellow Growmies! Got another exciting strain from Canuk Seeds... Cement Shoes! Yep, gonna be sleeping with the fishes. Lol First time trying this strain but so far it’s been a breeze. I kinda took a break from documenting my grows because life got a bit hectic for a bit their, but I’m back and got some more great strains lined up for the future. Gonna try and do an outdoor RDWC setup this summer so stay tuned, gonna be some monsters hopefully! I’ve never seen it done really and I have a few ideas...lol but anyway, back the the cement shoes. So I started them awhile back(not exactly sure when) in my smaller tent(3x4) under a single 1200w King LED grow light. They spent about 2 months in this tent in 3 gal DWC buckets until they outgrew the buckets and tent and need to be moved. Up until this point they were kinda just on auto pilot in the background of my other larger tents. But I was planning on reducing my plant count in my larger 4x8 tents so I decided to go from 4 plants per tent to 2 plants per tent, so we needed some big girls to fill these tents. Lol they were topped at 3-4th node and just let them go from there. They ended up being about 3 feet tall above the 1ft tall buckets. Moved them over too one of my bigger 4x8 tents and added a screen very carefully and ScrOG’d them out. Still waiting on my new Eye HPS Bulb so they are still currently under my 1000w MH. I’ll post all the pics I can find in this weeks log from the veg time and they are about 2 weeks into flower now so I’ll snap some flower pics soon and continue from there. So far 2 plants vegged a bit longer are filling the shoes of 4 plants no problem. Having more space means I also have not had to really defoliate at all. Well that’s it so far, stay tuned for more! So far nothing special, everything seems to be fine. She had some sunny days at the beginning, but weather got cloudy and relatively cold – this has slowed her growth for sure. But want her to adapt well to her conditions, so only put her inside in really cold nights. She got her endpoint directly on day 3, it's a 9L airpot. root was already at the bottom of the small starting pot. so maybe this stressed and slowed her too. Let's see how she will grow the next days. Video for this week will follow. Filming quality of my phone is not as good as would have liked it. But working on it.

Es geht in den Endspurt, die Trichome auf den Headbuds werden langsam Bernsteinfarben. Die leicht beschatteten Buds haben noch einige transparente Trichome und dürfen daher ein paar weitere Tage an der Pflanze bleiben. Leider gab es in der letzten Woche in inneren von drei Buds beginnenden Schimmel. Buds wurden vollständig entsorgt somit (42g) Nassgewicht an den Pilz geopfert. Die drei weiteren letzte Woche geernteten Buds (46g Nass) waren nicht betroffen und trocknen schon für eine Vorverkostung. :) Die Headbuds werden aufgrund ihrer vortgeschrittenen Reife und steigenden Schimmelgefahr schon zu Beginn dieser Woche abgeerntet. Unglaublich wie massiv diese Buds gewachsen sind.

Day 15: The week is off to a healthy and vibrant start. I found caterpillars in my tent on some other plants. The bugs are dead, and the Pink Kush Auto remains undamaged (whew!). Day 21: All three plants had a burst of growth this week. Very nice to see! The plants are fairly consistent in size, though BRAVO edges out her sisters by a half inch or so. Plants look vigorous and healthy, but ALPHA might have some nutrient burn happening.

1/14: Fed today. The Cheese is getting fat and reeking with a funky odor! The Zkittlez and Bubbleguns are fattening nicely as well, but they smell more like candy. 1/18: Fed today and rearranged. Increased UVB exposure by another 30 mins per day 1/21: Fed today.

Day 1 - LST train both plants... Mostly SB1 to have a wider canopy let the smaller nodes catch up. SB2.. Nice structure, really upset to break 1/2 of it... But loads of energy and recovered /train well. Nodes larger than SB1, but SB1 has mode nodes

She is ready, her buds are dense & resinous! I’m gonna be harvesting this plant in a few days.

Hello happy Growers! This week was better than early, I've founded few very litle banana spend the week, I will continue to check this week, Harvest will be in 2 or 3 weeks, I hope can take situation under control untill harvest. If banana start to be too big, I'll remove the branch. If no, buds start to be compact, Nice sweet smeel and sticky, Probably my last fertilizer week, after I'll start flush Plant start to take less water, sign harvest for soon :) Have a good week my friends

So far so good. A little discoloration in a few leaves. Bud sites forming. Weird weather we've been having and temps in the box jumped up into the 90's. That being said I went ahead and made the switch to LED. Wish I would have switched sooner. Temps fell almost 20F. Sure some has to so with the outside temps dropping back down but this thing runs so cool. Great light penetration but not sure if the intensity is enough. Time will tell. She pretty much stopped eating and drinking. I read that prior to flowering they will slow down overall uptake and slow down growth as well. I don't quite remember that from my last grow but I do remember there being a huge flowering stretch. I'm switching over to bloom nutes next week after a flush so hopefully she'll get the nutes she needs/wants.

A new plant was born, thanks to the seeds of Zamnesia, I hope the best girl will grow up

Welcome to the start of week four. We join her royal majesty as she begins what I suspect will be a big week. She has continued to impress every day and I am increasingly excited to see what she can do. I'm beginning to dream of my next grow [G3] a tent full of princesses. I still do not know what effect the attempted FIM has had but I suspect by the end of the week it will be obvious. Day 23: Secondary shoots have overtaken primary. I'm curious as to how the FIM pans out. Day 24: LST on lower nodes. Day 25: Citronella continues to show mortals of lesser breeding what royalty can do. Day 25.5: Scalpel! Wire! LST! HST! Defoliate! Defoliate! Defoliate! Her majesty has been adjusted (per royal decree). Day 26: Her majesty is thirsty... I'm having to feed her twice a day. I need to move her into a bigger pot. Day 27: Accidentally snapped off a side node attempting HST. Have dipped in rooting hormone and potted. Perhaps this will be the first Princess. Day 28: Photo before lights on hence wilting. Weekly summary: Because I took off four really big leaves Citronella's progress doesn't seem as impressive this week. However let me assure you it has been transformative. Her stem is thick, her colour is perfect, she responds willfully to my attentions (training). She is a mother plant so everything I do is geared towards producing more and stronger side stems.

Early harvest. I'm pleased with looks, weight and trichome production - but not with terp profile. Overfeeding and temps did take most terps out.
