Day 2 we had rain in the morning followed by sunshine, then thunderstorms that night. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms that morning and intermittently throughout the day. Day 4 we had rain in the morning and cloudy until the evening when the sun came out. Day 5 we had rain in the morning then mostly cloudy until the late afternoon. Day 5 we had sunshine and clear skies until the afternoon. Around 4:00 pm a severe thunderstorm hit. It produced strong winds, heavy rain, and grape sized hail. Fortunately the hail lasted only a few minutes and only damages some leaves. Day 6 we had sunshine, but cooler temperatures in the mid 70's. Day 7 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. The weather has been challenging this week. Rain everyday or night and lots of it. The rain on night 6 and morning 7 has started turning the hairs of TCA2 top bud brown. There's no softness and I hope it's not the start of rot. These fastbuds have taken a beating from the rain and there's more in the forecast. Other than the rain the buds are starting to smell and grow. Overall it was a successful week.

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. processing outside and then taking for drying in a shadowed ventilated room for about 10 days......very sticky stuff... then to jars to cure for 2 weeks. Then i vacuum seal it. - total of 1KG buds 840gram of nice fat ones + 160gram popcorn

9/25 - Top dressed with 3-9-4 flower girl a couple days ago. It had been 3 weeks since my last feed. Also watered on 9/22 with Fish Shit, CalMag Plus, and Tree Trunk at my usual doses. The plants look amazing. Flowering is such a beautiful process. Can't wait for the next few weeks! I've been doing light defoliation every day to keep top bud sites in the light and also keep airflow going. Lesson learned, 2 plants in a tent this size with the way I train and top is plenty! Otherwise I run out of room! 9/27 - Did some defoliation and lollipopping today. Will likely water tomorrow. 9/28 - Watered today with my usual nutrient combo described in this weekly entry. 9/29 - Plants are SO happy. Leaves are up and praying! Flowers are starting to show a little density too!
