The tops on these girls are getting so heavy and the smell is crazy lemony and piney so strong it smells like your smoking a joint right at the window all the time even with my carbon filter. I'll be breeding with this lemon skunk strain in my next grow. Not really much to report as I'm now just waiting to give her a good trim once the stretch is done... Moved around to get the ones under the 300 under the 6 and vice versa to level out the growth as the ones under the 600 are more rapid Shooting out pistills everywhere looki g absolutely fabulous lol... smell is to die for you just wanna smoke it right now!! Went up a bit on the feed as still not showing any signs of visable nute burn so were tryna push her without going over the edge looking really healthy and just about to give then a feed before these pics.. Really cant wait till shes done because what a treat she is keep an eye out for next weeks update when we do our flower period defoliation to get as much light to her budsites coz that's all we want! Into the second week of flower and have not seen much stretch in these girls yet. All are showing pistils, I am defoliating a lot to maintain an even canopy. Girls received their first compost tea and a good top dressing of malted barley. Pistils development is continuing strong. Looking forward to some more stretching They ended their week really good, flowering is slowly getting there. Still haven’t seen much stretch from these. #2 is noticeably shorter thus far, with #1 showing the most flower development

There we go, now the diary is all sorted out and the weeks are accurate. Pistils still poppin'! Starting to get the first few brown pistils to show up on the low low plant buds. Tops are still filling out. I might as well raise the dimmer to 10. It's been on 9 about 11 inches from the tops of the plants. I dialed it back to perhaps reduce the stress from the hot dose of nutes. They burnt up pretty good but still rocking! Hopefully the next run i can keep them pretty for the full crop! haha The Nutrient mix i listed is not a feed chart regiment. I've had to dial it back a bit because of the high ppm of my tap water which caused me to give them a hot 2500ppm feed one day and they freaked out lol. So now i test my ppm and i try to keep it around 1000, to 1250ppm MAX Next crop I plan on doing some experimenting. I'm going to grow 3 strains. I want to do a diary for each strain and I'm going to experiment with some different nutrients (Remo Nutrients) and I'm going to do side by side comparisons with Hygrozyme and HygroBen, as well as Resin by Green Planet Nutrients. Next Strains will be; #1 Female Seeds "Lemon Kush" (2 plants) Clones #2 Barney's Farm "Biscotti Mintz" (3 plants) Clones #3 Expert Seeds "Oreoz" (3 plants) Clones 1 of each plant will be treated with Mykos Fungi, Hygrozyme Enzymatic root enhancer, and HygroBen which is beneficial bacteria. So we can draw a side by side comparison of each treated vs. non treated plant to see if Resin really does increase resin output, and if the plants health, vigour and growth are affected in a significant way. These plants on Oct 31, are 42 days into their flowering cycle. I expect them to finish near end of November. Nov 15 i will cut clones off my mother's and prepare for the mid winter run.

Strawberry Trop Cherry - STRNG Seeds W9 01/04-10 These strawberry collection gals are growing steady during this early stretch. I gave water only last week to contain the stretch. I also turned the lights down to 80%. Other than Cadillac1 all the plants look the same so I tied ribbons to the pots as identifiers for pictures. Kitties lost interest in my leaves, now is play with the pipe cleaners. I’ll have to tighten them up as I found one on the grow room floor. Strawberry Cadillac -Purple Straw-Trop Cherry-Red Straw-Lectric Lemonade-Yellow. 01/05 Supercrop Last week I indicated I might supercrop Cadillac1 since she is so tall. Well, you will see pics during the process of bending the stem and taping the position. I pinched the stem in my fingertips and rolled it a bit, then bent the stem, (notice the outer casing is not broken) applied tape to the joint to keep the branch from completely bending over. Each side had at least 3 nodes. 1/06 the side nodes on the branches have turned up and made more tops. All gals show the beginning of white hairs identifying they are female. 1/9 Strawberry Cadillac #1 46” #2 37“ Strawberry Trop Cherry #1 24” #2 41” Straw-Lectric Lemonade #1 33” #2 35 Important dates 11/9 Germination 11/25 Transplant to 1.5 gal, 12/1 Topped, Pinned and removed 2 large center leaves 12/5 Repositioned pins and removed lowest fan leaves 12/16 Topped 4 tops on each plant except Cadillac1 (first topping) and put manuka honey on the cut. 12/24 Transplant to 5 gal 12/27 Defoliate all 12/28 Flip to 12/12 01/05 Supercrop Cadillac #1 at the joint where I topped her. Last week went well. She is still stretching some but stacking up bud now. Wonder how it's going to turn out. Didn't do much last week besides removed some fan leaves blocking buds and tucked some others. I adjusted some lst ties to open her up some and she is coming along. Transplanted the pint cups into 1 gals after 1 day flush. The bigger pot with new medium allowed the roots to rejuvenate. Defoliated and topped for the start of a 4-branch manifold mainline. Used LST to tie down the baby branches with garden wire.

Week 14 Day 92 | 22/07/2022: No time today Day 93 | 23/07/2022: Watered the girls today with just 1.5L of water. The temperatures have dropped thankfully so it's not too hot for them now Day 94 | 24/07/2022: So many trichomes on these girls, the buds are looking white! Just a few days left! Day 95 | 25/07/2022: The trichomes are looking amazing on these girls! Shame they won't be able to get to their full potential since most of the hairs are still white and the trichomes are still mostly cloudy, but I am really looking forward to trying them! They smell like a fruit juice or something :D Also I decided not to water them anymore so they can dry up a bit before harvest in 3 days! Day 96 | 26/07/2022: Day 97 | 27/07/2022: Day 98 | 28/07/2022: Today was the big day! (for the girls and for myself) So the only thing I did was tidied up the foliage by removing all the fan leaves, cutting the girls at the base and handing them in the tent. I find that the remaining leaves really help keep the moisture at a higher level and they tend to smell less like hay. I will be leaving the girls to dry for about 10 days, and then I always put them into glass jars to cure! I really wish I could have kept these girls growing just for another week because most of their hairs are still white, but unfortunately i had no choice and this is still more than good enough. Let's hope the genetics make up for it in the smoke!

Warmed up again, 34c highs, but cool nights down to 14c. Flowering has really sped up, this F1's flowering response is very fast, just tons and tons of pistils and the start of trichomes already. Did another compost tea this week, few hours of drip irrigation and a weekly spray of LCPT, easy going this week. Rains coming next week, but fingers crossed for some good weather over September to finish. Would like to push another 6 weeks if possible, but anything after the first week of October is really hard due to the constant 95% humidity.
