Week 7 of flowering 10/30/24 Changed nutrients to fit week 7 Buds are getting even bigger and thicker. Last week PH drop happened again a couple of days after the major flush. PH in rootzone is getting lower every day. Runoff still at 10-20%, so no salt buldup, EC same as intake or litttle higher. Flushed again with FloraKleen and watered with TriPart Micro, Grow, Bloom with CalMag. Bought Potassium Bicarbonate and Calcium Carbonate as suggested by "Aqua Man", to buffer coco in the future. A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. I apologise for the late updates, what you see on the photograph is what i found growing after my 5 day Christmas absence. i actually took the photographs on the day of my 41 birthday. During this time the four plants drank a lot of water that nobody was refilling, normally it was ok, this time though when i came beck the ph was at 5.6 after i replenished the missing water it jumpted to only 5.8. It happened first time to me so i thought "give it a couple of days girls will drink and the replenished fresh water with PH of 7.4 will up my reservoir", Unfortunately it was a bad choice, plants started to drink less and less every passing day, so at this week end started adding PH+ (first time since a long time, my PH+ bottle was bought in 2015 ;) During the week only added PH+ and PK 13-14. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The SE 7000 is hanged at 40 cm. over the canopy and runs at 550W. what do they say about different strains on the same RES, in the same pot??? welp, here goes nothing... Last time I saw this waterfarm I was still a teenager. Ran it in a closet with two 4ft flouro shop lights either side going vertically upward like the letter "A". Had two BIG ASS plants roughly 4ft tall in it side by side going STRONG! Healthy asf, huge ass healthy leaves, some 13 fingered. Flipped em and turned out BOTH were male... Been toying with the idea of doing it again... So what the hell... Here goes, 2 Girls 1 Cup or "pot"... One Herbies Godzilla Cookies Auto and one Fastbuds Wedding Glue Auto. Current setup: -36x36x60 tent -"1000w" led light (130w from the wall) -4in extraction fan/scrubber -20+ yr old GHE Waterfarm fitted with ice probe w/ controller and PLENTY of insulation around RES. -Multiple circulation fans -Taotronics humidifier Stay tuned to watch me fuck this up too 🤣 *Sow'd em both in organic peat pellets after a 24hr soak. Getting them acclimated to their new home early. Doing environment tests and dialing it in with the new to me ice probe, and the change to hydro versus soil plants that were in there. Will be more moisture in the air until a canopy covers my balls with the evaporation from the light. **lookey lookey, BOTH have come to life and are making way to the surface. Not long and they'll be in their new "cup". Last update on germination week as once they pop we start counting I suppose.

I added BioTabs PK Boost on the soil(it is recommended to make a tee with it), because the first AH was yellowing and the plant ended practically with burned roots/nutrient block, really messed it with this plant. THe 2nd AH is really vigorous and creating some flowers.

I pinched the tops off both plants..

Always cool to see what old school strains are all about. If there’s something experience has taught me is that classics are classics for a reason, and that’s the theme of this cycle. The germination was exceptionally fast, followed by the development of a thick stalk and huge broad leafs, this Gorilla surely started strong. Humidity and temperature kept fairly high throughout the week (70%/ 24°C), with regular misting, which they love! So far so good, feels like a happy and healthy seedling. Let’s see what she’s got 💪🌱
