Day 78 - I swear the Orchid is getting skunkier by the day. First thing I smell when opening the tent. The girls are doing fine this week. They are packing on some weight and I'm starting to get a sweet, coffee smell from some of them. I'm noticing at least three different phenotypes, which was expected with F1 seeds. That said, all but one gave a good stretch, and each of them is showing great bud development.

Start of week 8 and the plants are crowning all over the place, except for the sativa dominate pheno. All plants will get water only for week 8 and 9 , looks like they will be ready for harvest at 9 1/2 weeks. Pheno number 2 looks to be the only one fastest to mature. So far the gavita pro 1700e is out performing 1000 watt hps hands down had to plug in the hps on days when outdoor temps is in the mid 80 degree just to get grow room temps to hit 83 to 84 degrees so co2 gets used more efficiently. Looks like the gravitas will crush it in dry weight too.

Day 77. Forced one, noticed nanners and bud rot. So had to take fast actions !!! Easiest trim jail ever ! ;))) Two down, one left for extra week. Day 82. Last one is down ! Very smelly and hairy ;) Day 85. First two in jars ! Day 89. Last one went for curing. 347 g from 3 plants ! Happy Growing !!!

Flush week, Finally through the worst of a nasty heat wave, getting some cooler night temps just in time. Trichomes are showing enough amber Im going to flush for a week or so. These buds have me excited as they are dense and juicy!! The smell has been intoxicating to say the least. Already calling this plant a %100 percent success regardless of issues or harvest or quality, simply based on the fact I just LOVED watching her grow and I swear, just being able to smell her on the daily for the last 6 weeks has really just been incredible…. Say what you want, hopefully she holds up on the smoke test but yea, that smell, I will miss it.
