Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Transplanted the plants on day 20. Everything is going great and the plants are growing very quickly. They are almost ready for their first topping.

The two main events this week: Defoliation and training. The ladies seem to take it well, even though they are not the most fun to play with. Very bushy, sturdy and quite inflexible, I already broke 3 branches by mistake on the one that is the hardest to work with. And I did ended up doing lots of HST on her, cuz it was impossible to do LST. Apparently the nuts I use have a rather low amount of Phosphorus... I had the same problem in my last grow (dark leaves, slow bud development)... unfortunately that time I didn't get what was happening. So I started giving them "Bud Explosion" now, 2ml/l, which basically contains a mix of Phosphorus and Potassium, and the improvement was almost instantly noticeable! I'm thinking they get 4-5 more days to recover in veg. then I flip them.

// Day 91 She is getting there. The buds ware not fattening up as much as I wanted to but her trichomes are almost all cloudy and a very low minority is amber. So I guess I give her 2-3 more days and cut her down on friday or saturday. This time I try out the bro science: Befor cutting, I'll let her stay in the dark for 48h. So maybe I turn off the lights tomorrow until friday and chop her down. The bro science hypothesis is that the not ending darkness will give her a last stress which boosts trichome production.

Super easy grow, it was a first time when i transplant auto, and she recovered well after😁

Should probably start my 2 week flush at the end of this week but I want to harvest this plant and my other one(which is 2.5 weeks behind) at the same time so I'm probably going to try and push the feeding another 2 weeks until I start the final flush, trying to have this stay in flower for 10 weeks, the breeder says flowering period takes 8-10 weeks so I think I'll still be just fine. This week went well, the plants are slowly starting to fade and colors are starting to come out. Gonna follow through with my original plan and continue feeding lightly for the next week or two until I start the final flush. I also raised the lights a bit this week mainly to help and give more light to my second plant that stretched so much its main cola is hitting the grow light, and also to help prevent any foxtailing from occurring.

*** 17.10.2017.*** Today i decided to start week 4, one day away from the actual begining of the next week... She showed few calyxes that are shooting white hairs so i guess her flowering window just started so i gave her a good solution of flowering nutes, boosters and sugar. I am so thankful that my effort is paying off, 7 days development on this automatica strain is the best progress i have seen so far in my short but rich growing experience. She responded very good to all my moves, i decided to show you all what a proper LsT can do to your shape and groeth, and supercropping aswell.. The fishbone look is something that really caught my attention and will be perfected in my next grows. Been a good week no signs of shock at all. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others . Day 1 for all of these was the 03-08-24

Day 56 Shes fucked.. ahah but its my fault i think for giving that bit of top watering that one time. But oh well shes going to be ran again and im sure she will still give me a bit of smoke.

10/17/2022 start of week 3. Plants still look healthy. Been LST the Strawberry Gushers and Newberry for a few days and some of the lower branches are catching up. Trying to keep the canopy as uniform as possible. The Strawberry Gushers appears to be in preflower already, which is a bit concerning. Was hoping to get at least another week out of her. Orange Bubblegum is still the smallest of the three, but she continues to grow at a steady pace. I think someone pulled a fast one on me with my cover crop. I have what looks like blades of grass growing, with only a few small clovers showing up so far. Guess that is what I get for shopping on Amazon. Also, increased my DLI to 500. Not much more to report at this time. On 10/19/2022 I watered 1 liter per pot with the Rootwise and ThermX again. This amount every 2 to 3 days seems to be sufficient for their current size. The pots are wet on the bottom, but no run off. Also, removed just a few of the lowest leaves and fan leaves blocking the lower branches. The LST is allowing the lower branches to catch up. 10/21/2022 watered both the Strawberry Gushers and Newberry with about 1.5 liters each. They are both really growing fast now. The Orange Bubblegum is beginning to speed up, it's just seems like a shorter plant with shorter node spacing. I just misted the surface of the Newberry since the pot was heavier than the other two. Still doing some minor LST on the main trunk and some selective deformation and leaf tucking of leaves blocking bud sites. 10/23/2022 was a big day for the Strawberry Gushers. Top dressed with Gnarly Barley, BuildASoil Craft Blend, and BuildASoil BuildFlower, then watered 2 liters. Plant is starting to stretch so I wanted to make sure she has access to the nutrients she needs. The Newberry and Orange Bubblegum just got 1 liter like usual. Plan to top dress them as well once they get a little bigger. Avg. VPD: .8 PPFD: 500 DLI: 32

Bene bene.. La pianta continua a crescere le cime si stanno mostrando..e gli internodi allungano Come anche il tempo..la davano x 10 settimane ma dovrebbe farne 2/ 3 in più... Ma se la resa è come prevedo non sarà di certo un problema.. Cosa ho fatto... Niente le solite regolazioni ho aumentato la frequenza di irrigazione leggermente Ahh si siamo passati a 12/12 per questioni di femminizzate da fare fiorire purtroppo con un solo box è sempre un problema...
