Cyrusdavirus High guys n gals 👋 We are going to have a surprise second White Truffle 🙃 The first one wasn't growing well so I popped a second seed. The first one started growing and I had an empty pot, so I guess we will have two 🤪 You can tell them apart by watching the tags one is red the other pink Here we are at the end of week 2. The girls are starting to grow up now so it will be time to start their torture very soon. I will be doing a few different techniques again this time. I pretty much look at each plant and decide which way to go. If you can't tell the standard manifold is my favorite Until next week, take care... Cyrusdavirus Hello y'all 👋 We made it through another week that actually ended on the last day of the year 🍻😎 HAPPY NEW YEAR The girls are growing along nicely and I started their training on most of them. Or as I sometimes call torture time 😆 These ladies are working hard to catch up 😛 training will have to wait another week or so Inside my old brain 🤔 I never know how I'll train a plant I decide as the plant grows. My favorite training is the manifold but in my experience it's never good to manifold a slow growing plant. It will not start growing faster after you cut it up so it will fall further behind the others. It's better to change to a more forgiving method like a single top and move the branches around to grow side by side holding the top branches down a little while the lower branches grow up and make a more level canopy. I also like to do what I call a quad line. I will top the plant down keeping two nodes, or four branches then top each branch again. This will give you eight mains like you would get on a standard manifold. Of course there are exceptions to every rule and you can play with the configurations of branches and make more or less tops. Just remember the more tops you keep the smaller your colas will be. As always I thank y'all for following along with me... Cyrus

They will still need to be held down to help keep the colas separated for airflow and light penitration As you can see these two are nearly twins and are trying to catch up. Cyrusdavirus High there guys n gals Another week in da books 😎 The girls are really starting to take off 💪 it won't be long and we will be able to go to flower There is 2 of these Truffles. Both are trained in a more traditional way after being topped at the 6th node I simply push n pull the branches to make them grow side by side instead of on top of each other. It will eventually form a circle of 8 colas around the same height 🤞🤞 or at least that is the goal I top dressed them with about a 3/4 dose of Veg food this will give them enough to make it through the stretch. I'll give them some flower food about a week before the switch Thank y'all for following along with me... Cyrus Nutrients... I guess that it will be better to post the nutrients here because if it's something not on the sites list it doesn't post it With 2 plants the tag color is the key. The pink one is fed with the Geoflora nutrients and the red tag is fed Royal Gold dry organic nutrients. All of my plants are given Potassium silicate at a rate of 1/8 tsp/ gallon of water every 5 or 6 days during veg and during flower I increase it to every 3rd day

Cyrusdavirus Hello 👋 We are still veggin out over here. The girls are almost ready for the switch. As you can see in the pictures I ended up with two of these. The first one wasn't growing so I dropped a second seed then they both took off. They are still a little behind the others but they are looking great I'm keeping the lower branches cut off as they grow but leaving the leaves for plant power and food storage. No food this week but I have increased the Potassium silicate to every 3rd day Thanks a bunch for following along with me... Cyrus

Cyrusdavirus High y'all 👋 Pink tag ... Geoflora dry organic nutrients Red tag ... Royal Gold flower dry organic nutrients The size difference is because one is a week behind the other and the bigger one was already a week behind most of the others so it's amazing they were able to catch up just in time for flowers (HEDGEHOGS) The girls are ready for flower but I'd like to see a couple more inches in height. I gave them all a good top dressing of flower food to get the dirt ready for the switch to flower next week 😁 They are already stacking up nicely and they are not in stretch yet. I cranked up the horse power on the lights today at 30" they are getting about 50 or so DLI which will drop when I switch to 12s and as they stretch they will get closer to the lights increasing the DLI again I'm excited for Hedgehog season 😛 See y'all next week... Cyrusdavirus It's that time 😎🌳 I switched my lights over to 12/12 on Sunday Feb 1st The girls all received a little defoliation or as I call it a haircut 🤪 I removed all the lower branches but left the leaves for extra grow power and nutrient storage 💪🌴 I also gave them a little more Sledgehammer (yucca extract) and Potassium silicate will now be given every second or third day As always I appreciate y'all following along with me on another flower/ hedgehog season Cyrus

Cyrusdavirus High y'all 👋 It's been 10 days since we switched the light schedule to 12s and I see plenty of lady hairs but not quite into flower. The plants are all stretching pretty good or at least stacking up the nodes very nicely, this should make for some pretty colas I did another heavy top dressing of flower food this past Saturday. I feed them every two weeks and give them some potassium silicate in the water every two or three days Red tag: Royal Gold Pink tag: Geoflora While digging around the bottoms I trimmed up all the lower branches that won't make it up into the canopy and a few of the leaves that were in the shade We should see the HEDGEHOGS next week 🦔🦔 thank you for watching with me... Cyrusdavirus Hello there 👋 Well folks we have HEDGEHOGS 🦔🦔 YaY We are excited here in the growroom as the girls start flowering. They are shining like stars in the sky. I am always excited to watch the development of the buds 😍 It looks like the soil got a little hot after this last feeding, so I will feed them a little lighter next week especially the smaller plants As always I appreciate y'all following along with me, see you next week... Cyrusdavirus Hello again 👋 Here we are at the end of week 3 and the flowers are fully formed (HEDGEHOGS) we get to watch them turn into fat nugs over the next few weeks 😀 I wanted to leave the leaves on this time but I have been struggling with the humidity so I had to do a good defoliation this week. You can't really tell but I did, I promise 😆 I also did another round of flower food yesterday morning and of course we will still be giving them potassium silicate every few days They are a little droopy today because I wasn't able to water yesterday Thank you all for stopping by to watch the girls grow... Cyrusdavirus High y'all 👋 😲 I can't believe I split her for a second time 😲 I was doing some light defoliation on her and got a bit to rough 🙃 I'm sure she will be fine I've been seeing some sick girls over the last couple weeks and after talking with a friend he thought it looked like Zn deficiency which is normally caused by a high PH so I started mixing a little bit of citrus acid in my water in hopes it will take care of my problem 🤞🤞 With organic living soil the PH can vary in the dirt mostly because of the moisture levels and temperature of the soil. Most of the time the living critters will keep the PH where the plants ask them to (yes the plants talk to the dirt) but they can only do so much so it's a good idea to watch it. That is coming from the guy who hasn't checked my PH in probably 2 years 🤣 I fed them all some flower food (I an currently using 4 different brands) this morning and since we are getting closer to the end I adjusted the amount of food by sizes of the plant and how close they look to the chop and watered with the citrus acid water mix As always I thank y'all for following along with me.... Cyrusdavirus Hello y'all 👋 Look at these two sexy ladies 😍 they both look amazing with a perfect shape and long legs 😎 Another week in da books and the girls are doing good 👍 it looks like the PH issue is behind us except for a couple of the girls still aren't looking very happy I lifted the lights a little bit to lower the intensity a bit to protect the trichomes and terpenes while the plants start to ripen up. Too much intensity will evaporate the moisture from the tops of the buds and that moisture contains all your important goodies 😉 Until we meet again, Happy Growing... Cyrus

I lowered the nighttime temperature into the mid 60s and it shows already with a little color change. Cyrusdavirus Hello y'all 👋 If you remember there ended up being two of these because of another strain not making it into the growroom. I chopped one this week but I will do the harvest once I chop this second plant. The first one is a beauty as you can see in the pictures and her smell is lemon, citrus n skunk There are only a few left to harvest. I am working on them as they get ripe and I will continue to do the defoliation on them to prepare them for the chop ?🌴 Thanks so much for visiting the growroom...Cyrus PS: again I apologize for missing last week's update and now being late this week. Cyrusdavirus This is final harvest week in the growroom Plants are coming down all around me. As always I strip the plants down and put them back under the lights for a few days then I cut them down a hang them by the toes until around 20% humidity which is still a little wet but I like to start the sweating early so it slows the drying down a little and starts the cure Thanks for stopping by and for following along with me on another grow....
