This week was a little cloudy so it spend the most days under my lamp indoors. It's getting frosty, the buds are growing. When it's outdoors it get sometimes temperatures down to 13° in the morning, but this gives the leaves a beautiful black color :)

Week 7 (06/03 - 12/03) During this week I will continue to feed the plants mainly with Bio-bloom and Top-max every two watering day; I will consider to use Bio-grow too according to the status of the plants. At the moment, the Fat Banana #1 is shorter than others about 15cm but more bushy, it's funny because during the first two weeks of their life she was the taller one. During the past week, the Blue cheese has grown a lot reaching the taller Fat Banana #2. At the beginning of this week they both are 65cm tall. I bought a pH tester so, starting from this week, I will also adjust the pH level in order to maintain it between 6.0 and 6.5... better late than never. 06/03 D43: watering day. Added 2ml of Bio-bloom and 1ml of Top-max to 3l of tap water. I've adjusted the pH with 1ml of Terra Aquatica pH- to obtain a pH of 6.4 07/03 D44: - 08/03 D45: watering day. One liter of tap water each (pH 6.4). Note: I usually fill the watering can the day before and store it into the tent to avoid to use cold water. Yesterday I tested the water and I found a pH level of 7.4. This morning I re-tested the water into the watering can before watering and I found a pH level of 8.0!!! I guess that, every watering day during which I only used tap water, the pH level has always been far high. Could it be due to an accumulation of "salt" into the watering can?!? 09/03 D46: - 10/03 D47: watering day. Added 1ml Bio-grow, 2ml Bio-bloom, 1ml Top-max and 1.5ml Terra Aquatica pH- to 3 liters of tap water. 11/03 D48: One liter of tap water each @ pH 6.0. I'm trying to lower the pH because I noticed that the Fat Banana #2 has two/three fan leaves yellowing from the bottom. 12/03 D49: added 3ml of Bio-bloom and 2ml of Top-max to 3 liters of tap water.

*WEEK 1 DAY 6 OF FLOWER* Flipped the light to 12/12 6days ago and started scrogging I also gave her quite a huge defol 5days after the switch for better light penetration and airflow, for the first week everday ill be checking on the canopy any tops that are growing too tall compared to others will be trained underneath the scrog net, resulting in even light penetration throughout the whole canopy giving lower buds better light and of course the main reason - keeping the plants small :) started to implement the boost additives to boost K intake and i have also added a exhale co2 bag above the canopy to hopefully boost the co2 levels and promote faster, better growth! the deficiency i mentioned in the last week of veg, is not looking to get worse or worsening hmmmm strange effected leaves have been removed and overall she looks great! i dont wanna get to ahead of myself yet! as we still have a long way to go, but for my first run as from up to know i am pretty happy with myself and the growth of plant, i see so many growers with basic and even really bad deficiencys/diseases from early growth! even throughout there whole growth cycle... yes i have noticed a few weird things throughout the cycle but nothing extreme no NPK deficiencys so i am really pleased with this run! roll on the next ;) Wish me further look guys, Lets Grow!

DAY 28 : Hi all , hope your past week has been a positive one with lots of love and affection. I am at the point now where flowering should be starting to show throughout the plants usually. Their are many tiny white pistil hairs showing their female genetics across the bracts of them all now so it looks like flowering has begun !!!! The FC3000 has really given them plenty of light on their perfect spectrum to develop those nice fat fan leaves and now will no doubt take them through a great flowering period. It doesnt produce much heat at all and you can touch it for a while and still not feel too much heat. Ideal for stealthy gardens.. The Tip Spreading has been continued up to this point and it is clear to see how it works on keeping the heights down. By using additional l.s.t that wont slow growth down like the leaf tucking and threading the growing tips above the larger fan leaves that are still being used like solar factories producing copious amounts of food for the developing growth tips. The stems on the majority are nice and thick from the close stacking of the nodes and their is very little popcorn to remove from lower down. I will be keeping them all as open as I can now that we are going into the stretch periods pre flower. The potential is there now to create very chunky bud stacks but I think the Strawberry Pie have ideas of bursting out more . ! They are certainly all a lot more happy than the bonsai Mexican that has emerged in #1. Still very short and half the size ( or less!) than her sister in the next bed. She looks happy and healthy now but her initial shock at the soils make up had a negative impact very early on. Overall it has been a good week for their tip spreading l.s.t and setting them up for flowering and I hope that our next update will be the bud porn early stages. Be well and prosperous growmies

I preferred to remove my net this week, to more easily access my plants and water them. I hope the branches will hold I cut a lot of leaf this week. I hear different opinions that say it's beneficial others not... At least it will have the advantage of lowering the humidity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Water: tap water at 300 PPM, I add 0.7G of Hybrid powder and 0.3g of booster PK+ per liter to reach 950PPM and I adjust the PH to 5.8. I watered daily until water drained from the pot (to release nutrients from previous waterings) and I take a 3-4 day watering break to let it dry out before resuming a daily watering schedule. -Daytime temperature: 22-26°C -Night temperature: 20-24°C -Humidity: 50-75% ( Too high but it's hard to lower it... I need advice please contact me if you have :) ) -Lamp: Mars Hydro FC3000. intensity 90% at 35cm from the top leaves -Room: Mars Hydro 100x100x180cm -Extractor: Mars hydro 402 CFM Max. power 3/10 -Substrate : 70% coco, 25% perlite, 5% vermiculite. For those who follow me could see that I was absent and I apologize to you and the ladies in this tent. These seedsman northern lights are tough. I was out of town for work during their prime stretch phase and all they got was straight water added to the res. Two of them are specimens still and the one without the floraflex feeding cap isn’t getting the nutes distributed they way the plant likes so today I’ll modify one and see if I can make her happier. In the end I know they’ll end up strong but it was during the crucial stretch period and they needed more than they got. All we can do is move on and try to make them flourish. Thanks for looking. Have a great day.
