Welcome to Flower Week 2 of Sensi Seeds Karate Kid I'm excited to share my grow journey with you from my Sensi Seeds Project . It's going to be an incredible ride, full of learning, growing, and connecting with fellow growers from all around the world! Karate Kid got a Hard Start and also a lot of Problems After transplanting in her 16litre pot as the only Strain from this Round For this Project , I’ve chosen the Feminized Photo Strain Karate Kid : Here’s what I’m working with: • 🌱 Tent: 120x60x80 • 🧑‍🌾 Breeder Company: Sensi Seeds • 💧Strain Info : 25-33% • ⏳ Flowering Time: 8-10weeks

Week 1 Flower (2/28/22 - 3/06/22) Switched to flower on 3/01/22

Harvest time!

This past week was a busy one. Put a lot of work into the grow space and prepping them to switch. Moved over to the 5x5 tent and set up the netting. Went through a lot of defoliating spread out through the week to make sure it went as stress free for the plants as possible and then lollipopped the plant before changing over to Flower (remember this is my first time growing so didn’t want to overdue it). Me and the girl spent some time and Cleaned out the tent completely and finally got around to cleaning up some of the wiring throughout. I flushed all the plants with RO water (only pH) and then 3 days later i mixed in and topped all pots with fresh soil mix (FFOH, worm castings, and perlite). Drained and cleaned all pots and the tank, added in new water with a mix of cal mag, big grow, and tiger bloom (half amounts of everything) with PPM just over 1000. Switched over to flower just before this post so fingers crossed and hoping the next few weeks go smooth 🤞🏽 **Side Note** - Got a steal on some tents/lighting so decided to get things setup for my next grow. Got a handful of seeds I’ve had my eyes on and getting ready to order some more equipment and even a Centurion Hybrid Trimmer. So be on the lookout for my future grows!

16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

1-2 Day 58 from seed and start of week 9. She is on a chill day. 1-4 Cal/mag and drops. She will start flushing next water.

👨‍🚀👋 My 4 plants from this limited edition are still here and continuing to grow. (Genetics of this limited edition: Hawaiian Snow x Wedding Cake x Gelato 33) This week I start cutting a few lower branches from each plant. This way more energy should be available for the upper branches. All the plants survived my cuts! And keep growing 🙌 For this culture, I would like to let each plant grow with a main bud without "topping". I would like the tent to be filled and look like a Sog in flowering. (a total of 16 plants with 5 strains in this culture) My goal: at least 300g of dry buds🤞 ------------------------------------------------------------ 💧Watering each pot: Day 15 : 0.75 L With a little Bio enhancer ( 0.8grams/L) Day 21 : 0.75 L I use tap water, adjust the ph to around 6 and water ------------------------------------------------------------ 🔥❄️Temperature of the week : Day : 19-23°C (Humidity : 60-75%) Night : 14-17°C ------------------------------------------------------------ 🤩Equipment of the week : Light FC3000 Mars hydro. power 95% at 50cm Extractor 6 inch Mars Hydro. power 1/10. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent. Each on for 30 minutes then off for 1 hour. this rhythm repeats itself in a loop Heating mat 95x95cm. ON 45 minutes. OFF 30minutes. In a loop. Week 5 of our Legal Bio Grow is in the past... It is going very nice.. the plant is quite tall but mostly it is very branchy... it already indicates a good yeild... Added a little BioFlores from Canna.. Hope it goes good... fingers crossed👍

Week 13 – Day 91 / FLO 63 🌞 Temp: 24°C 💦 RH: 44% 💥 PPFD: 700 µmol 🌬️ VPD: 1.6 ⚡ EC: 0.2 💦 H2O: 800ml/24h Good nutrient control throughout the entire grow, I managed to completely eliminate nitrogen at the end, which makes me really happy, because the final taste will be much better. SHe have nice frosty buds with some fresh gasy flowering and citurs aroma. I do what i can to bring her to ripening but looks like we need a couple days more. SHe start drinking a little less soo we must be close. 👻👻👻

Gorilla Glue #1 - Harvest Comment - I Am Very Satisfied With What I Got, I got 3 ounce 7 grams - I Uses Advance Nutrients PH perfect In veg then I switch to the iguana juice organic juice for the flowering stage. I notice a much more slower growth when I switch to organic nutrients.00

This was my very first indoor grow in my cupboard with my 1 strain Do-Si-Wine and the other 1 Sunset-Sherbet. Growing the Do-Si-Wine was very fun and this strain especially is also quite tricky to LST because during the Vegetation the plant grows long and slinky, because of this I experienced a snap on week 6. (Here are my notes of the 6th Week) 30th September 2020 ( 11cm in height ) The Do-Si-Wine is growing very well, a very moderate growth as it says in it’s subscription, but none the less still a very beautiful grow so far. The bottom 4 colas are all stress trained to the edges of the pot to ensure each branch from each cola gets to grow outwards in its own space and to get more light. The stem is about 0.7cm thick which is not that thick compared to the SunSet Sherbet. While writing this I noticed my she has SNAPPED from her previous stress straining session, I was checking out the stem thickness and noticed the main stem had snapped. But luckily this is not the first this happened and I know how to fix this. To fix this all you need is some tape, now see if the plant didn’t completely break off you can still tape the plant back together and the plant should heal itself within a few days, although I need to wait a bit before I stress train this one again. She started making pistols🤗, but I’m not sure if this is because of the snap or if it’s getting ready to start blooming. All the side branches from the bottom 4 colas are all nice and long growing at a nice rate. The leaves are nice and strong reaching ( 11cm in length ) My experience from growing Do-Si-Wine 🎶🍷 from Cape Ape Seed seed bank is very good so far, on the site it says moderate growth difficulty and it is quite accurate compared to the Sunset Sherbet’s easy growth difficulty, it’s quite fun working with a moderate growth because the plant needs more tending to, for instance the side branches are thinnish and need to be stress trained often to reach the end of the pot, the plant is also very stiff because she snapped without me realising and had to tend to the break a day later. Also while growing this plant I noticed that the plant’s leaves are very dark green and the bud it’s going carry is going to be white so I can’t wait to see how she makes her buds. (Notes Done) So when I harvested on the 29 December 2020 (Week 19) I have definitely learned a lot about this strain, this strain is extremely exotic and is impossible to find and growing this strain was such a blessing as well being able to smoke top shelf exotic weed straight out of your Cupboard

PPFD: 600 µmol/m²/s DLI: 38 mol/m²/Tag Düngemittel: Sie bekommt CalMag von BioBizz zu Prävention. Ab Tag 8 haben wir angefangen sie mit einem Mineralischen NPK Dünger (NPK 7-3-5) zu Gießen . Besonderheiten: Wurde Getoppt und mit LST Trainiert -Tag 28 Heute haben wir sie Stark entlaubt und LST angewendet, in den nächsten Tagen wird sie weiter Trainiert. Bis sie in die Vorblüte wechselt. -Tag 30 Sie wurde Heute in einen der Großen Töpfe umgepflanzt und wird sich nun ein paar Tage erholen. Sie hat heute auch wieder eine Portion Wasser mit Dünger bekommen, Sie macht sie ganz gut :) -Tag 31 auch sie wurde heute trainiert und entlaubt 😗

Starting to look really nice had to take it out the tent as I hate the yellow tinge from the bulb cannot see the correct colour of leaves or how frosty she looks leaves look a little dark gonna start flush next watering , giving just over 2l every seccond day if I was to do this again I’d use a bigger pot but I was expecting this to be an auto. Branch with fasciation split into 4 still gonna get some nice buds on it just not as much as I could of had I noticed earlier in the grow

Things are going good, I am beginning to think about when to harvest. I have tried capturing some microscope shots of the trichomes with a 15x macro lens (BlitzWolf), but they turned out awful. They still look transparent and glasslike, and I did not see many, if any, amber trichomes. I am going on vacation next week, and wonder if plant will be fine with not being harvested before the 8th of July, two weeks from now. Day 3: Watered Day 4: Macro shots. Trichomes look transparent and glasslike, but since this is my first grow, any input from experienced growers is very welcome :-) Day 7: Watered. No amber trichomes in sight, I will wait one more week before the harvest.

- CBDiesel roots big improvement this week but still very insignificant root mass compared to others - Lemon Ice growing tall quickly - Many nice looking bud sites starting to pop on Lemon Ice and especially the Sour Tangies - Fed foliar spray once - Added CO2 this week - Continued to tuck stretching tops back under trellis net

The OG Kush made it through her final week of flower...56 days in total. Super sticky and smells like a mix of limonene and pinene and a hint of sweetness on the back end. I'm definitely happy I have a couple more of these beans. Super smooth run, chunky resinous buds. Thank you to everyone that visited to check my first Grow Diary out. 👉 I started the week thinking I would be harvesting a branch or two a day. I planned on starting at the top with the Queen and just work my way down a little at a time every day or so. This was to allow the lower levels of branches more time to mature to get an even result from top to bottom as far as bud 'ripeness'. 👉So I did start with the Queen. The trichomes looked perfect for what I wanted, mostly cloudy. This Queen cola was not 'typical' when compared to most Auto flower plants Ive grown. It wasnt even the highest of the colas on the plant. It was about the size of a pine cone and frosty. I did a close trim in it and hung it on my drying rack to dry. After one day the cola was placed in a paper bag and hung until its weight was 25% of the original wet weight after trimming. That took two more days and last night it was placed into a jar with a hygrometer. 12 hrs later the hygrometer was at 91% so I opened the jar lid. I will leave the lid open probably all day, may even take the bud out of a while and put on the hanger. It will repeat the process till stable at 62%. 👉 What I found at trimming was that perhaps the flower could possibly pump up a little more. Also it has so many leaves it made me start to hate leaves. I that made me conflicted because leaves are why everything happens...food factories. I could see the issue before I got close to harvesting and I am happy I didn't go on a massive defoliation campaign. That wouldn't have helped the sugar leave issue. I have been taking leaves for a few weeks now even though it may be hardly noticeable. It took a long time to do the type of trim I like. I avoid snipping calyx's as much as possible and will snip as many sugar leaves as close as I can. The rest of the harvest of this plant is going to be penance for just a few of the thoughtless or stupid things Ive done in the past...a trim purgatory that is going to be close to trim hell. But if the end result is as good as the white widow Ive had in the past, it will be pain worth enduring...if its a dud that tastes like grass because of all the leaves then I will learn how to make extracts. Almost always a bright side with cannabis. 👉So I will continue lots of pre-trimming any large sugar leaves on colas around the top and work my way to the bottom. I will also continue nutrient laden fertigations and get a little more plumpness of the flowers to offset the leaves. The plant is still thirsty and I see new calyx's on all the buds. I'm going to mix my nutrients between the late bloom mix and the ripen mix, with extra Flora Bloom, and extra KoolBloom.
