Week 10 – Gorilla Girl in Full Bloom! We’ve hit Week 10, and our Gorilla Girl by Sweet Seeds is deep into the flowering stage — and looking absolutely stunning! Standing at around 70 cm, she’s fully adapted to the SCROG setup, with buds forming beautifully across the canopy. Her structure is strong, her leaves vibrant, and the aroma is starting to intensify. We continue feeding her with Xpert Nutrients Bloom Formula, and the results speak for themselves — healthy growth, solid bud formation, and great vitality. Massive thanks to Sweet Seeds for this incredible strain and to Xpert Nutrients for the excellent bloom support. The final stretch is getting close — and it’s looking promising!

Week 7 begins. Removed some dead leaves and big leaves that were blocking light to the lower parts of the plant. Buds are getting big and frosty! Very happy with the plants development up to this point.

So aufgehts mit Fettarschfrau. Gewählt Samen von Flo. Lasse nur eins von 3 erstmal keimen...also muss 100% Keimrate sitzen🤭...keine Selektion etc...und vor Allem ohne dieses Hopfenzeugs🤭 Kommen aber später sicher nicht in Living soil...obwohl ich Flo sympathisch finde, weiß ich mittlerweile, dass es einfach nur ein riesen Markt ist, mit dem man gut Geld verdienen kann. Mann muss lediglich den Gärtnern gut ins Gewissen reden und mit vielen Fachausdrucken wie "Bodennahrungsnetzwerk" etc. gut umgehen...aber es funktioniert. Wurde übrigens alles bei den Amerikanern abgekuckt...wie fast alles andere auch. Dort natürlich alles viel größer wie es z.B. -------------------------------------------- Week 14 // Dec 4 - Dec 10 -------------------------------------------- - Dec 10th puts us at day 96 from seed and everything is going smoothly for the most part - but they still need to mature a bit more. - i'm definitely seeing the difference in the phenos; one plant going yellow and another is going purple. - Sage #2, the smaller plant, really hasn't shown me any issues and is fading out to purple and still looks great today. - Still running beneficials and enzymes: Microbial mass every two weeks and Orca twice a week and Z9 once a week. ​- Plants are eating and drinking as top off is dropping daily and PPMs dropping as a result. - I'm still alternating Overdrive (15ml) and AN Coco Bloom (10ml) and shooting for a high target of 750ppm each dose. - I'm giving a dose at about the 690ppm mark. The dose brings ppm back up to 750ppm. I've been doing this daily with a top-off bucket with plain RO maintaing the water level. ​- I'm checking trichomes daily, just getting milky now on the calyxes (bracts). But, I'm still not seeing much amber yet and still lots of clear trichomes on the lower growth. - Sage #3 leaves are getting pretty brittle. The RH is way too dry for a rust fungus issue and would have spread by now to the other plant (Sage #2) I'd imagine. I don't know if it was salt build-up or calmag deficiency in early flower with a combination of nute burn, but now I'm leaning toward nutrient burn and CMH light burn even though it was the bigger plant of the two. Sage #2 doesnt have any issues. Balancing the needs of two phenos in RDWC can be challenging. - I'll admit I did push the ppms for a bit of tip burn, but it is weird why the bigger plant would burn if that is the case. - Either way, the upper sugar leaves have on Sage #3 are rusty, breaking off, and brittle on the top of the flowers. I need to figure it out so I can correct it next time. Plenty of PK between overdrive and bloom, calmag really isn't needed in late flower so the deficiency shouldn't have progressed if it was a calcium or magnesium issue in the early flower. - RH is dry enough I'm not too worried about any rot and trying to clean up any dead leaf matter when i see it. - I'm not rushing anything for the sake of harvest, but I do need these plants need to finish up... I'm worried I may in trim jail on Christmas after a 10 day dry. - Expecting to harvest any day, but who knows at this point could be another 10 days until mostly milky and I feel the THC content is optimal. Curing time. Doing it in jars. I feel like only half the product is full and thick and other half loose and stringy buds. I had many issues getting it right for my first time which I believe led to this. One is watering which I didn’t fully grasp until too late, other is over doing nutes, then I had temp issues. Learning a lot and really happy that I was able to harvest anything.

Week 6 had an issue with critical purple decapitating herself over night after I must’ve staked her down too hard. So CP has been topped, with LST. I guess we will see how the yields compare at harvest, eh? The smell is LOUD asf when I unzip the tent as well. Such a beautiful smell to get smacked with. Also started Hindu Kush auto - really lost my mind. 11 plants total with my outside grows. my excitement overruns my anxiety for lack of space right now...

Week 2 of flower is in the books and all 3 girls are looking extremely healthy. Perfect time to start packing on the weight. There are tons if bud sites that will get tons of light due to all the defoliation I've done. I've never defiliated plants this much before and I'm curious to see the difference in bud production below the canopy level. I love trying new things and experimenting with these plants. Always coming up with new ideas on how to do things and making things easier along the way. Can't wait to see how much I'll get off all 3 and see the difference in phenotypes.

This was an easy grow, and had some amazing results. This is some of my best homegrown to date ❤️ the ladies were easy to manage, no PM, pests or disease. The root balls were enormous, wasn’t much soil to recover. They got heavy in the end from the weight but managed to stay upright for the most part. They were big stretchers , prepare for that, scrog was a good way to go but some of the eager beavers got away from me, which ended in some massive colas. Overall easy to grow, no surprises and you won’t regret the results! 10/10 ❤️👊🤤
