I had to harvest my Blue Dream plant early due to some larger mold spots I found on the buds. To prevent the mold from spreading to my other plants, I acted quickly and made the cut. Unfortunately, this meant I couldn't give her a proper flush. Despite the abrupt end, the aroma of the buds is fantastic, and I'm optimistic about the taste. During trimming, the scissors became sticky with resin, which is a good sign of potency. I carefully harvested bud by bud to ensure I didn't miss any mold-affected areas. Unfortunately, the main bud had the worst mold spot, so I had to take it apart. It's puzzling since they were never outside during rain and only had to contend with morning dew. Overall, I'm pleased with this grow and feel humble. It was an incredible journey filled with challenges and triumphs. I'm looking forward to enjoying the fruits of my labor and learning from the experience. Thank you to all my growmies for following along and being part of this learning experience. After 9 days of drying, I brought the Blue Dream buds into my apartment for the final trim before jarring. The initial yield was 40 grams, but during my last inspection, I discovered more mold spots, this time buried deep within the buds. Unfortunately, all the larger colas were affected, forcing me to take the buds almost completely apart. In the end, I managed to salvage 21 grams of pure, healthy buds without any mildew. I also set aside 6 grams of “quarantine” buds, which I’ll dry separately. Sadly, I lost 13 grams to mildew—a tough blow, but one of the harsh realities of outdoor growing. It’s disheartening, especially since three other friends experienced similar losses this season. Honestly, I’m not sure what I could have done differently, aside from discarding the plant earlier. But even with these setbacks, if the cured buds taste as good as they smell, I’ll still consider this grow a success. The genetics from Fastbuds proved to be solid, and I recognize that the challenges I faced were largely due to environmental factors and my own decisions. This was a learning experience, and despite the issues, I'm happy with what I've achieved.

I've grown this already 2x, but this is the first time growing in DWC. As far I remember it is the same size as my older grows, she seems healthy and putting a lot of energy in the roots. Next week probably she will start blooming and then we shall see her real size!

Went 60 days into flower could have possibly went longer but I felt like it’s where I wanted it to be also just couldn’t wait any longer. Overall great grow a lot of challenges but with the help of this site and my own research I’m happy with the results. I will weigh after drying and trimming

This week was very good plants look great. Flews are gone🙏 ✌️✌️ Buds grow perfect. I am very surprised, that they go so good. Hope they will stay healthy till the end.

Weekly up date on these gorgeous ladies. They are stacked and swelling amazing going through the flower stage. I really couldn't be happier with how these have grown as it's an easy one not being to temperamental. I've kept the ppm/ec around the same between 900-1100ppms. Still feeding 16oz daily and all in all Happy Growing.

Our beauty is now 6 weeks old and has officially entered the flowering stage! She has gained noticeable height and bushiness, showing off her healthy growth and vibrant energy. We've installed a net and gently guided her underneath to maximize the potential of each branch and ensure even light distribution. The light schedule remains 12/12. Daytime temperature is a steady 28°C, nighttime drops to 21°C, and humidity stays at 65%. We continue feeding her with Xpert Nutrients, providing all the essential elements she needs during flowering. CO2 supplementation also continues, supporting her vigorous development. They are titchy one will be no more than 15g the other 30g but it was a fun run. Beautiful big fat buds and I would really like another go with these under less pressure with the circumstances. I will add more photos! ** OK more photos added so yeah my guess was close a nice yield for the small space and little effort put in. I'm excited to see how my ones from scratch will turn out from my other diary🤩

Veg Week 3 Day 21 to 27 - 4/17 to 4/23 A lot more to talk about this week. It's topping and transfer week. I started the week off (day 21exactly) by making sure I had at least 5 to 6 nodes of growth and topped P1 down to the 4th node and P2 down to the 2nd node as a test. (typically I top to the 3rd) I also removed all other node branches and fan leaves and usual. I left a large stump in my tops so the nodes can use it to grow around and help support the larger weight of a mature plant. I gave a couple of days of recovery while I hand spread the nodes daily to train the new waterways through the nodes. I changed my schedule and watered a day after and then transferred the plants into their forever pots/top watered in Feed this week was .5gal transfer and top feed at 100ppm total before add-ins. I used 100ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) I then also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) and ph balance this week was for 6.2 Feed plan next week will be a final top feed of .5gallon and then turn the reservoir on. Tag 48, Woche 3 der Blüte kommt morgen zum Ende… 🌷🌺 Soweit haben sie sich extrem gut gestreckt und Bio Masse aufgebaut. Stamm kommt photoperiodischen am Ende der Blüte nah, deutet darauf hin, dass es der Pflanze super geht, sieegr als genügend Nährstoffe zur Verfügung hat und anstatt Stämme bauen zwei der Ladys einfach Rohrsysteme auf 😆 die angezeigten Äste sind teilweise so dick wie bei anderen die ganze Pflanze 🌱 Terps sind super Candy, eine Streckt sich komischerweise immer noch, war ein Spätzündung, dafür meiste Bio Masse von allen. 3 blühen bereits gut, eine davon lässt tatsächlich mit der Trichomproduktion auf sich warten, wieso keine Ahnung aber interessant zu beobachten 😄

In all this was a terrible harvest, and because I also do videos for my YouTube channel I don't update on Grow diaries properly which I will start doing with future grows.... Well on my next harvest will definitely do a better job of documenting my harvest details. But in regards to the Dark Phoenix, yeah not a strain I'm a fan off. At first I kept telling myself that I done a terrible job that's why i don't like it... But I need to keep in mind that I'm not going to like all strains, all strains are different and we all have different preferences. Some people might like the Dark Phoenix, me personally I'm not a fan. It has that earthy taste to it... Hashy/kushy...... Smoking it as I'm typing that's why 😅 and even with a longer cure I doubt it would make much of a difference to make me like it. But in all still a nice smoke, good high from her, the high hits you straight away and keeps you active and creative.... Don't know what else to say about her really, just trying to give you guys the best most accurate review that I can without bringing my own personal thoughts about the strain. I might not like it but its still a good smoke. 👍🏾😎
