Questa è veramente una bestia! E una delle poche genetica che mentre ingrossano i buds ne mette fuori ancora altri! È una cosa pazzesca! Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. No problems just steady grow haven't added any extra nutrients

This week I’m introducing my plant stands. It is a carousel design. They are lightweight, independent and can be put on/removed during growth with little effort or at the time of setup. I’ve had this idea for years, tried to find anything similar to it on line without success. I designed and assembled it about 2 years ago. It’s very versatile, can be modified for various uses and sizes, allows you 360 degrees access to you plant by rotation, brings you the ability to grow in a sea of green environment. Netting can be any size you desire and rotates with the plant. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Please take a look at my video this week that explains more. **The one on the plant now is actually designed for a 5 gallon bucket, I’ve simply modified it to work on this 2 gal bucket temporarily. This week she continues to outperform expectations and needed bracing because the weight of the flowers tipped her over. This was expected and remedied and all branches have now been spaced apart to allow bright lighting to penetrate deep into the plant. This is needed to mature out the lower buds. In another week I will cut back some more of the bigger leafs to allow even more light to get through. She continues to focus her energy on bud and trichome development (girth). The nutrient schedule has been updated as she is headed toward a late bloom cycle. Her smell is intensifying weekly. Maintain light power at 100% and PH at 6.24 I would highly recommend doing your own research on the blooming cycle. The change in nutrients is still controversial, but there is new and relevant studies that show of the main 3 NPK - K potassium was thought to boost flower production, the fact is this need on the plant remains relatively unchanged from vegetation through transition up to ripening. I continue to increase K in my schedule, but have started cutting back over this past year - up to 1/3 - without any noticeable difference. I have more that lends credibility to this theory I’ll explain next week. The case of bigger bud doesn’t mean anything special unless genetics and growth are in synergy. A quick note: I use General Hydroponics for nutrients and not this other one that is being listed, Terra Aquatica. I have no control over this update within Grow Diaries.

Plants came back out of their 36 hours of darkness and were a little droopy, so I made the decision to put them outside for the first day of light. Unfortunately they suffered from wind burn so I brought them back to the tent. Foliar fed the plants daily at 400PPM.

06/09: increased light from 50 to 55% 07/09: Gave her a litre of water with biogrow, rootjuice & bio-heaven 08/09: Measured her at 41cm tall today! 09/09: increased light from 60% tot 65% 10/09: Watered 1L with no added nutrients & increased her light to 75%. She has little pistol hairs so I assume its preflowering!!? I am so excited, its beautiful. 12/09: watered with 1L with rootjuice, bioheaven, biogrow, activera and calmag

Day 50 Both plants received their first feeding of Future Harvest Holland Secret 3 part combo and in less than 12 hours have perked up and look very energetic! If all goes well I will hopefully flipping to bloom in week 9 or 10
